Excellent cœur d'artichaut à la romaine. Excellentes pizzas, service rapide et efficace. Cadre agréable et à l'abri des touristes.

Not the best Italian food I had in Rome, but a great place for a quick bite. The area around this restaurant is great. Kind of like the SoHo of Rome.

Un accueil déplorable ... les serveurs ne vous calcul pas a votre arrivé , après 5 bonnes minutes à attendre et voyant les serveurs faire des allers retours devant nous sans même nous calculer et nous dire quoique ce soit quand on osé enfin demander si il est possible de manger , le serveur nous prend de haut et nous répond avec un air supérieur que l'on doit attendre ... lamentable !!!

It was thanks to Anthony Bourdain and his show No Reservations that I discovered the best cacio e pepe in the world. For me, their tagliolini cacio e pepe served a bowl of parmigiano reggiano is the best dish on the face of the planet. Roma Sparita also makes amazing puntarelle and carciofi alla Giudia. A must try when in Rome.

Amazing, authentic home cooked Italian food in a traditional setting at incredibly reasonable prices. If you want beautifully cooked, traditional Roman cuisine with a quintessential bustling Italian ambiance and atmosphere, this is the place to go! We had delicious Casio e Pepe, Carbonara and Ravioli, with the shredded courgette dish on the side. The tiramisu was insane. All washed down with delicious wine and brought to us with excellent service. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back

The gnocchi was absolutely phenomenal! I’d recommend making a reservation in advance. The service was so personable and we will definitely be back!

La cacio e pepe più buona che abbia mai mangiato. Ottima anche la carbonara. Piatti della tradizione romana fatti a regola d’arte. Personale gentile ed amichevole.

Not sure if the timing of our arrival was not great. Our reservation was right at the time the door opened. The appetizers came fast but we waited for 45 minutes for our main course. After 45 mins I asked if my food is arriving they said the chef forgot our ticket and she has just put a rush on our ticket. The food arrived after 10 mins the pasta was semi cooked and the pizza was okay. Had bad experience. This is basically from my experience. The person who was serving us was extremely nice. She tried to do everything to make sure we do not have a bad experience.

Ristorante tipico che affaccia su una piazza bella e tranquilla. La cacio e pepe è il punto di forza e in effetti è buona. Viene però servita in un cestino di parmigiano che potrebbe essere benissimo evitato visto che è immangiabile. La carbonara è da evitare. Come anche non riprenderei il carciofo alla Giudia, arrivato subito, ma freddo ed eccessivamente bruciato. Ottima invece la frittura dei filetti. Il servizio è veloce e attento, ma la disposizione dei tavoli che ricorda il tetris, davvero pessima.

Aggiornamento... Tiramisù ottimo, ma il biscotto prevale rispetto alla poca crema.

This places was recommended by several podcasts I listen to, and maybe it has become too popular for its own good. I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. The food is good not excellent in my opinion. The service is good. The atmosphere had a lot of tourists, which is why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere.

Way overrated. Cacio e pepe was way too salty. Saltier than the ocean. The condescending waiter didn't want to acknowledge my feedback. The center portion of the croquettes were still frozen. Mussels were so tiny. Never seen anything like it. The wine was good. We needed the wine to forget how forgettable this meal was. Highly recommend skipping this place.

Great classic Roman restaurant. Very good Cacio and Pepe and overall a wonderful Roman experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Price quality ratio is perfect.

メールで予約をして夜に伺いました。オープン直後は予約してなくても何とか入れてくませんかと頼んで入っているお客さんもいましたが、基本的に予約で埋まっているみたいで時間制限ありでした。

アーティチョークとカルボナーラを頂きました。

とても美味しいのですが生クリームを使っていない本場のカルボナーラはかなり塩っぱく、私には美味しいけど塩っぱすぎて苦しかったです。量はprimoで日本で一皿頼むのと同じ十分な量が提供されるのでsecondも頼むと多いかもしれないです。

チーズの器みたいなのに入っているのがカチョエペペみたいです。叶うことならこのお店でカチョエペペ食べてみたかったです。チキンのトマト煮などもボリューミーで美味しそうでした。

接客も1人の日本人に対しても丁寧に接してくれました。ただ1人、2人客だと問答無用でテラス席かもしれません。ストーブありますが寒かっだです。

For the past few days, I've been waiting for that meal that would wow me. There were plenty of very good ones, but that amazing one arrived tonight at Roma Sparita. Everything we ordered was just great. The appetizers, the subtle intensity of the flavors in our pastas, an artichoke romana and 2 delicious desserts, tiramisu and chocolate souffle. Great service too. Just a spectacular dining experience!

Things must have changed since the late great Anthony Bourdain visited, as the Cacio e Pepe was certainly not the best dish here. It was way too salty, but perhaps they just had a bad night. The pizzas, on the other hand, were very good. The grilled vegetables were fine as well. The service was friendly and fun. Overall not a bad experience, just not the incredible pasta we had anticipated.

Supply was tasty, beef steak was the toughest meat I’ve eaten in years, shoe sole describes is perfectly.

Prosciutto and mozzarella was very tasty. If it weren’t for the steak I’d rate it as mediocre.

Agréable resto avec une jolie terrasse. Excellente adresse pour une pause gourmande à Rome. À recommander.
