Un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile da Alfredo alla Scrofa

Alfredo alla Scrofa è un ristorante storico di Roma che vanta una tradizione che dura da oltre un secolo. L'atmosfera è accogliente e raffinata, con foto di celebrità alle pareti che testimoniano la fama del locale.

Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità dal cameriere Carlo, che si è dimostrato attento e premuroso per tutta la sera. Ci ha sapientemente guidati nella scelta dei piatti, consigliandoci le classiche fettuccine Alfredo, preparate con maestria e condite con un'abbondante dose di burro e parmigiano, davvero deliziose. Come secondo, abbiamo optato per il filetto alla cenere, una vera e propria prelibatezza. La carne era tenerissima e cotta alla perfezione, accompagnata da contorni di verdure freschissime e saporite.

Ogni portata è stata un vero piacere per il palato, un trionfo di sapori e tradizione culinaria romana. La qualità degli ingredienti era eccellente e la preparazione impeccabile.

Oltre all'ottima cucina, ciò che rende Alfredo alla Scrofa un ristorante davvero speciale è il servizio impeccabile. Carlo, il nostro cameriere, è stato davvero eccellente. Ha saputo consigliare i piatti giusti con competenza e cortesia, rendendo la nostra esperienza davvero indimenticabile.

Posso disse que é apenas marketing por ser um restaurante com “fama” e “histórico”, pois não parece passar disso.
Staff despreparados e pouco simpáticos para com as pessoas, seus clientes.
Outra surpresa foi que todas as pessoas na mesa deveriam comer, incluindo meu filho de apenas 3 anos. Por esse motivo precisei me retirar e não recomendo este lugar.

Brilliant experience, paid €35 pp for the fettuccine Alfredo and tiramisu, food and service were fantastic. Recommend booking online as we did a few days prior and I’m glad we did as there was a queue before the restaurant opened.

Restaurante tradicional italiano consolidado por su larga trayectoria con sus icónicos Fettuccini Alfredo. Cabe destacar su esencia principal que se encuentra en la calidad de la pasta, súper ligera que se deshace en boca. Ambos platos tenían un sabor exquisito, y en el caso de los fettuccini estaban preparados en mesa acompañados de la narración de su historia por parte del camarero. Los platos estaban deliciosos, pero las raciones no eran abundantes. El restaurante muy acogedor, transmitiendo su esencia clásica. Y trato correcto por parte de los camareros, muy atentos pero servicio muy ‘frio o distante’. Otro punto negativo a resaltar son las raciones, pese que el sabor era brutal, las cantidades eran escasa por el precio. Pese todo, se trata de un clásico que merece la pena probar.

Rezervasyonumuza 15 dakika geç gittik ve bebeğimiz olmasına rağmen bizi kapıda 40 dakika beklettiler. İçerde ise servis ve yemek asla umduğumuz gibi değildi. Kesinlikle overrated bir yer. Rezervasyon yapmaya ve kapıda beklemeye hiç değecek bir mekan değil. Tek güzel yanı güzel ortamı. Roma’da daha uygun fiyata çok daha iyi mekanlar bulabilirsiniz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

if you are a tourist you might not be disappointed. basically overpriced pasta and slow service. got to hear our waiter tell the same story about Alfredo pasta 3 times. lol. feels like you are cattle, and they tell you you only have your table for 2 hours, don't refill wine, charge a cover fee that doesn't include bread or water ????. cash cow, seems like they don't really care about customers.

It was not special,you may get same taste within less budget in any restaurant in Rome.
I got alfredo pasta with truffles but they cost same price with pasta and it is not good one and even there is no truffle taste!!!!

The food was terrible and super expensive. I’m living in rome for 2 years and I have never eat this much bad pasta, we ordered pasta alfredo which was super salty, other tables also couldn’t eat their food. We also ordered a simpe salad which was 15 € but it was a small portion which was not enough for a person. This is a real tourist scam

Nada como el Original!!! Lugar donde se inventó el delicioso fettuccine Alfredo. A pesar de que su carta es amplia y tiene diferentes platillos, la mayoría vamos por el fettuccine. Lo llevan a tu mesa y mientras los van mezclando, el mesero te cuenta la historia. De beber Hugo Splitz de entrada, vino Brunello di Montalcino, y café para terminar. El ambiente es bueno. Reservación necesaria, de lo contrario podrías no entrar. El precio es elevado, pero vale la pena.

Nisan 2024 Alfredo 24 euro. Masanızın yanında hikayesini anlatarak hazırlamaları çok güzel. Rezervasyon yaparken kart bilgilerinizi alıyorlar. Rezervasyonsuz girmek imkansıza yakın. Deneyim için gidilir fakat aşırı miktardaki parmesan bana ağır geldi lezzeti beğendiğimi söyleyemem.

If you are ever blessed to visit Rome, you cannot miss dining out at Alfredo's. No words can express the experience here. There are two establishments of Alfredo's and we visited both. The history here is worth the visit alone but the food is unbelievable. The birthplace of the original Fettuccine Alfredo, named for the owner and maker of the first fettuccine. I was able to enjoy this experience with my daughter, son in law, and five adult grandchildren along with two of their wives. Both establishments were amazing with service, food, and atmosphere, yet different. I recommend visiting and experiencing both restaurants as well. I also recommend making reservations before you go. Especially at the original establishment. You will be seated first, and believe me, you'll be surprised at the line outside the restaurant. Enjoy!!!

You should anticipate that only fetuchini is tasty, the rest dishes are just awful. Service is terrible(!

Apparently the home of the Fettuccine Alfredo.

Large indoor and outdoor amount of seating. There was a large queue here. But luckily I booked in advance, I would recommend.

The service was good and the waiter assembled the Alfredo at my table.

I ordered:
- Deep Fried Meatballs with lemon potato and pickle
- Original Fettuccine Alfredo
- Basil Pannacotta with Blueberries and crumble

All was very tasty. Highly recommend

Waiter was very rude and inpolite. Atmosphere was good but food is not quite good for our taste. I would not recommend.

La cuisine est vraiment très bonne, nous avons pris les ravioles mais le plat à ne pas rater est l’emblématique pâtes alfredo. Si j’ai quelque chose à reproché c’est le service dont l’organisation n’est pas optimale, 15min d’attente pour une bouteille d’eau.

Resto sympa à l'intérieur mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. En effet, nous avons pris la spécialité pâtes au parmesan et beurre à 22€. C'était correct mais pas non plus transcendant. Etant française, je n'ai pas fait attention au pain qui était en fait payant (4euros) et l'eau ( 2€). Egalement une autre mauvaise surprise, ils font payer 6€ de service ce qui est quand même abusé et le vin affiché 10€ sur la carte était à 12€ sur l'addition. Bref, un resto qui fait parler de lui parce qu'il y a des people qui ont mangé dedans mais c'est surtout du pur marketing.
