For the price of the room, they could afford to buy a decent pull out couch bed. The pull out bed has a thin mattress similar to a jail cell. Maybe they could find a decent pull out couch at the local GoodWill
Staff was average, we only spent one night and were glad to leave. If you have a family find a different hotel or bring something to sleep on

Terrible customer service. Just awful. You’ll get better reception at a cheap motel. The front desk person never smiled once, never asked us about our stay, they were completely indifferent. Also, unless you are into super loud club music blasting then do not book here. There are two nice pools but they have obnoxiously loud music you can hear from a mile away. Yes, there’s a very loud pool party they advertise, but also each day after 2 PM (weekdays) the music is obnoxiously loud- it can be heard from anywhere around the hotel. I enjoy a fun Miami Beach chill party vibe, but this was really annoying. The rooms are small but cute enough, however there is no wardrobe or closet to hang your clothes. Also, the lobby looks a bit dated/ ‘90s and but not in an cool intentional way. The best part about this hotel is the location, and the pools are nice if you can tolerate the blasting music. I got a low rate last minute to stay here- so I’m fine. However, if I had to pay over $300 a night here I’d be furious.

My family of 5 stayed here for spring break 2024. The rooms are large and have lots of outdoor light etc. They are carpeted and dank smelling like years of college spring breakers’ lingering scents. We received 4 towels for 5 days for our stay when we have 5 registered guests. We asked for more towels at the front desk… never received them. We tried to call the front desk numerous times and no one answered. The beds are rock hard, have a plastic covering on them that’s makes them terribly uncomfortable and noisy. The restaurant is only open a few days during the week but do not bother trying to eat there. We went for breakfast and there was 1 person working… after 25 mins without service, we left. It’s dingy and old and not a nice atmosphere at all. The hotel makes guests wear cheap plastic bracelets but I’ve never seen any employees meandering about to check if you’re legal. The ‘bay view’ rooms have a balcony and it seems nice but it’s noisy due to the road traffic running under the balcony at all times of day and night. It’s not a relaxing place to read or have coffee. The kitchen in the suite does not offer anything at all extra… they do not empty the trash, etc. Several of the drawers on the furniture were falling out, broken. The fitness room is a joke - don’t bother getting a special key from the front desk. The pool chairs are faded and worn out. There is a restaurant near the pool with good food/ slow service. The beach is nice… your apartment comes with 2 chairs but you can rent more and an umbrella for $$. You are given towel cards and must keep up with your beach towel and card or you’ll be charged $20/ towel. The elevators are slow and you have to use a back alley housekeeping elevator to take your luggage up and down. It’s easier to take the stairs. The staff painted the front walkway, ledge where people sit to wait on Ubers. They marked it off partially with tape - not clearly and no signs… my family and I ruined 3 pairs of pants and bags by sitting in an area of wet paint that wasn’t marked or communicated. Overall, this hotel has been a disappointment. I would not recommend it.

Na přespání plně dostačující. Starší, čisté pokoje.
