We stayed in a 2 bedroom corner apartment. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment was large. They could of used some touch up in some places, but overall were clean. It's in a good location but a little hard to get in and out of the garage.
My issue is with the customer service, or lack of. The staff does not seem very welcoming and actually seemed bothered by having to check in or out guests.
I just checked my credit card statement and see that I was charged an additional fee (room was pre-paid). I called the hotel and the person I spoke to could not tell me what it was for. I was told I had to speak to someone in reservations, they don't answer and the voice mailbox is full.
So beware of your credit card charges.

very bad experience, my first time coming to this hotel and the security guy greeted me with a bad attitude, I don't know how they have people like that working here

Plaża hotelowa Ok. Basen mały, ale tez Ok.Brak czynnej restauracji . Bar przy basenie czynny tylko do godz.17. Jedzenie we własnym zakresie , ewentualnie inne restauracje.

I wanted to like this place, but it's death by a thousand cuts for me.

The good: The location has beach access, which was a big plus for me. Lot of reviews seem to have had issues with the staff but that wasn't the case for me. Every interaction I had with staff was positive. Beach towels are provided with a card you get at check-in. Just make sure to get that card back when you return your towel. Rooms were also very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Water tastes ok and the hot water works fine. There is also a free trolley service nearby as well.

The Bad: Dining options are very limited. My room had a kitchen but if you plan on using it there are a lot of basic things you won't have. There is no dishsoap, coffee filters, sponges, papertowel, napkins, salt, pepper and sugar. There is a dishwasher but they only provide two pods. Towels are also rationed very heavily here. I stayed at some sketchy places that still managed to provide more towels than this place did. Our room was also right next to a heavy door to the stairs, which would make a huge bang every time someone used it. There is a little playground in the courtyard I would not recommend letting your kids play on. I saw a piece of the equipment just sitting on the floor the whole time I was here. I'm guessing it was to keep the play equipment stable because I clearly could see it leaning towards that broken peice.

The Ugly: There is a lot of ugly here. I mean a lot. Don't let some of the photos fool you. The carpet in our rooms were vacuumed, but stains were easily visible everywhere. Everything felt like I was staying at a resort in the Eastern Bloc. A lot of work needs to be done to this building and rooms in general.

Beds are very squeaky and not comfortable— caved in and could feel the springs on one side. The property needs a lot of TLC. Nice beach— and swimming in the ocean. Umbrella rentals are $20 a day. Parking is $40. a day. Elevators were extremely slow— ended up using the service elevator most of the time. I was repeatedly told at the pool that I was allowed one towel a day— which seems odd to me— most hotels/resorts let you use an umbrella and trade in towels if you go to the beach again. The pool was small. Beach location was nice— but far from any restaurants/activities— must have a car.

I found a giant hairball on my toilet seat when we arrived and gum stuck to the nightstand. My husband would give the hotel a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating— it wasn’t terrible— but it wasn’t great.

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel for its great price and great pictures online. I called in advance to get early check in, but they told me I had to physically be in the hotel for that. When we got there around 11, they were not avaliable to provide us with early check in. They also charged me 150 dollars a night per room for resort fees, which was incorrect, and 293 dollars for each room for incidentals. In advance! Not a hold, but charged, and then only after our stay they would put it back on my card in ten days. The room was comfortable, nothing to write home about. Any time we called the front desk, they NEVER answered! I had to wait until the cleaning crew was in the hallway to ask for something. Asking for anything took a couple of hours until we got to the room. When we got to the beach, we were told we would get complementary ice water and as many towels as we wanted. We got one towel and no water. To get to the outdoor pool and beach you have to go through a back door and go around the entire hotel until you get there. The pool bar was open for maybe an hour each day we were there. When we checked out, they had charged me AGAIN for the room. I had told them we had paid in advance but we were charged twice. We were told we had to wait ten days until almost 1000 dollars will be put back on the card. I’m sorry. I am extremely not impressed. We stayed in best western because we always stay at the one in Pleasantville, Pennsylvania which is always amazing. But this was NOT a good experience

The truth is that the rooms never changed the towel service or the sheet service, very mistreatment of the staff, my room did not even have a hair dryer, the television in the room had no signal, the Internet is useless, it is an old hotel, it is not what they describe it to you. In the photo, the service of the people in the folder is very bad and they discriminate against people who speak Spanish. The shame of the customer service folder is a rude homophobia against gay people. I felt a very big homophobia from that lady. It cut me off leg with a marble that they were able to tell me if I had attention after I told them that look what happened to me that is to say I do not recommend that hotel to anyone who has a child since look what happened to me with my leg thank God no They were major damages but I could have had something if I had cut my leg. I would give the hotel a number of 0 after 11 at night no one is in the hotel folder at all the truth is very bad service and I paid 800 dollars for 3 days and The day I went to leave, my flight was delayed and they told me that I had to pay 171 dollars more. The truth is, it was a nightmare. I don't recommend that place to anyone. It's not like it shows in the photo. Everything is a lie. They deceive the customer. I went. cheated.

I read many terrible reviews for this place and took a gamble on staying here so here it goes. The lobby area has a luxury look, it appeals to the eye. The 2 elevators are very slow but the service elevator can be an option. Rooms were spacious and mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with exactly what one needs necessary to utilize the area, yes we have to take our trash out I mean it's obvious yet not an issue. Hallways were very quiet, pool area is nice the wooden loungers need to be tossed asap they were all broken and wobbly there was only one security guy who harassed everyone trying to enjoy themselves in the pool, the other security guys were laid back relax and let kids do what kids do. The beach allows 2 lounge chairs to a suite at no extra fee which I think is not a problem but they'll get you for $20 an umbrella. Google maps makes it very clear how far you are from everything so there's no reason to complain about the distance, Collins Express will get you most place for free so use it.

Stayed in a 2 br oceanfront suite. The view was nice (or what we could see was nice, the windows were dirty), and they provided parking (with a daily fee). The room was clean enough but NOT kid friendly. All of the floors except the bedrooms were a slippery tile, there are gaps on the balcony that are so wide my 5 year old could have fallen through, wires everywhere, slippery shower. Several outlets in the kitchen didn't work and the toaster burnt bread on the lowest setting. There is zero housekeeping, you have to dump your dirty towels on the carpet in the hallway which is disgusting and call every day for new towels. We always asked for 5 washcloths and 5 towels, but that's apparently too big of a number to count to because they never got it right. You can't get towels for the beach until 9:30 which is annoying considering we were out by 8, and even worse, they lock up the chairs until 10. Then you are only allowed 2, and even though they were in line with the hotel they literally made me get up and moved my chair 5 feet to the left behind a bunch of people. The beach itself is disgusting. Everyone smokes. Used cigarettes, condoms, tampon applicators, shards of glass bottles, wrappers, IV TUBING everywhere, just complete trash. The workers just sat in their chairs on the beach with their feet propped up and watched the guests clean up their beach. They should be responsible for cleaning up the property, but they were more concerned about my attire walking through the lobby than the state of their hotel or beach. I was stopped by a cop who told me to cover up my FULL COVERAGE MATERNIYY BATHING SUIT. Although if you have a teeny tiny sheet wrap covering your thong you're golden.

Danke an alle Mitarbeiter.

The only good thing about the resort is that it’s close to the beach. Everything else is NOT how it looks in pictures on their website. Our bathtub was peeling, the top coat was literally coming off. The pool is super outdated, the pool table they had a picture of us not usable because it’s super old, beat up and the cue sticks are garbage. Breakfast is way too expensive for the quality. There are no microwaves in the rooms. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Worst location in Miami. No restaurants or shopping nearby. Full kitchen with no soap to wash dishes. Gnats throughout the room. Security guard acts likes she’s Miami PD with the biggest chip on her shoulder. Beach is nice and quiet.

Customer service is worst i seen in awhile. Worst attitudes from the front desk people to the guys that take care of parking. Had cockroachs in our room and before offering a new room they asked if they wanted them to come kill it. Which also means Aqua has roachs, which we ate at and got sick before finding cockroachs in room. Had to wait another whole day for new room so had to sleep in main lobby on couch. Parking in garage is super tight not much room to move around and very overpriced considering were staying AT the hotel. When we go new room a/c was not working all too well and the toilet was leaking from the bottom. Spent thousands at this hotel every year. This year by far was the worst and will not be returning in the future unless there was some big changes made. Only good thing i can say about it was the balcony view was nice.

The only experience I have here is with events. Staff, amenities, and food were good. The problem is that you can't turn the music up during noise ordinance hours because a neighbor complains and somehow has connections with miami beach that then show up intimidating with code enforcement team. The security is over the djs shoulder the whole time throwing off their focus. The sound level requirement was unreasonably low, making 30+ people events not doable there in the evening.

For the price of the room, they could afford to buy a decent pull out couch bed. The pull out bed has a thin mattress similar to a jail cell. Maybe they could find a decent pull out couch at the local GoodWill
Staff was average, we only spent one night and were glad to leave. If you have a family find a different hotel or bring something to sleep on

Terrible customer service. Just awful. You’ll get better reception at a cheap motel. The front desk person never smiled once, never asked us about our stay, they were completely indifferent. Also, unless you are into super loud club music blasting then do not book here. There are two nice pools but they have obnoxiously loud music you can hear from a mile away. Yes, there’s a very loud pool party they advertise, but also each day after 2 PM (weekdays) the music is obnoxiously loud- it can be heard from anywhere around the hotel. I enjoy a fun Miami Beach chill party vibe, but this was really annoying. The rooms are small but cute enough, however there is no wardrobe or closet to hang your clothes. Also, the lobby looks a bit dated/ ‘90s and but not in an cool intentional way. The best part about this hotel is the location, and the pools are nice if you can tolerate the blasting music. I got a low rate last minute to stay here- so I’m fine. However, if I had to pay over $300 a night here I’d be furious.

My family of 5 stayed here for spring break 2024. The rooms are large and have lots of outdoor light etc. They are carpeted and dank smelling like years of college spring breakers’ lingering scents. We received 4 towels for 5 days for our stay when we have 5 registered guests. We asked for more towels at the front desk… never received them. We tried to call the front desk numerous times and no one answered. The beds are rock hard, have a plastic covering on them that’s makes them terribly uncomfortable and noisy. The restaurant is only open a few days during the week but do not bother trying to eat there. We went for breakfast and there was 1 person working… after 25 mins without service, we left. It’s dingy and old and not a nice atmosphere at all. The hotel makes guests wear cheap plastic bracelets but I’ve never seen any employees meandering about to check if you’re legal. The ‘bay view’ rooms have a balcony and it seems nice but it’s noisy due to the road traffic running under the balcony at all times of day and night. It’s not a relaxing place to read or have coffee. The kitchen in the suite does not offer anything at all extra… they do not empty the trash, etc. Several of the drawers on the furniture were falling out, broken. The fitness room is a joke - don’t bother getting a special key from the front desk. The pool chairs are faded and worn out. There is a restaurant near the pool with good food/ slow service. The beach is nice… your apartment comes with 2 chairs but you can rent more and an umbrella for $$. You are given towel cards and must keep up with your beach towel and card or you’ll be charged $20/ towel. The elevators are slow and you have to use a back alley housekeeping elevator to take your luggage up and down. It’s easier to take the stairs. The staff painted the front walkway, ledge where people sit to wait on Ubers. They marked it off partially with tape - not clearly and no signs… my family and I ruined 3 pairs of pants and bags by sitting in an area of wet paint that wasn’t marked or communicated. Overall, this hotel has been a disappointment. I would not recommend it.
