Un immense hôtel de Downtown, doté d'une piscine sur le rooftop, disposant de chambres très spacieuses et vraiment équipées

Un immense hôtel de Downtown installé dans un gratte-ciel moderne. Les infrastructures sont de qualité, les chambres très spacieuses et vraiment parfaitement équipées. Mention spéciale pour les Bay View qui offrent un panorama sur la baie de Biscayne. Le bar près du lobby est animé le soir et on apprécie la piscine sur le rooftop, le club de fitness, le spa et les quatre restaurants. Pratique, le Starbucks sur place pour prendre un café à emporter avant de partir explorer Downtown. À la nuit tombée, la façade s'illumine. Une bonne adresse dans l'ensemble.

I didn't stay here, I actually did a video production job and spent the whole day in the Brickell Room. I found the staff and the hotel catering very good. If you are a corporate client trying to find a space to hold a conference or something similar, I would definitely recommend this hotel

Paid a lot of money we came here for ultra order
Room service still been one hr didn’t get the food yet it’s 12am I’m gonna get extra fat so let’s wait and see what time they come I had to get a wheelchair they took one hr it’s crazy…..

This might be the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Incredibly over priced to begin with and then two nights of the loudest rudest music playing. It was like being in a dungeon of hell. The noise was vibrating through the windows so loudly that even a TV at its loudest could not cover any of the sound. Air conditioner fan was not working. Customer service could not or would not offer any respite. And the icing on the cake was that we spent over 750 a night when it was priced online at 544. My head is hurting, its midnight, the windows are still vibrating and we have to leave at 430 in the am.
