Solar de Lalém signifie « manoir au-dessus du village ». Situé à l’entrée du petit port de Maia, c’est un manoir rénové dont le premier édifice, la chapelle de Saint-Sébastien, remonte à 1687 (toujours en état). L'entrée a été construite en 1742 et la maison, entièrement rénovée et agrandie, a été achevée en 1850. 10 chambres, dont 6 dans la maison principale (une suite) et 4 dans une annexe. Situation très agréable (piscine, jardin). Accueil chaleureux. Curiosités ou activités sportives à proximité. Il est impératif de réserver. Très bon standing.
