Queremos transmitir nuestro agradecimiento tanto a Manorca Habitat como a los propietarios de Viniyaya por nuestra mas que agradable estancia en Menorca.
La empresa, por mediación de Gundi, nos ha facilitado todos los procesos administrativos para nuestra estancia. La entrada y salida han resultado muy cómodas. La casa es una maravilla. Tanto la distribución como la decoración y el utillaje de la vivienda son magníficos. El jardín y el entorno son también reseñables. De hecho, hemos comentado que volveremos a la isla y a la misma casa en caso de que este disponible. En definitiva, un autentico placer poder haber disfrutado de estos días.
Esperamos que la casa haya quedado en las mejores condiciones y que nuestros anfitriones estén igualmente contentos con nuestra estancia.

Excellent service from this company from my initial enquiry to the end of the holiday! We stayed in a fantastic villa ideally located on the outskirts but within 5 minutes of the centre of Es Castell. The villa has a beautiful spacious garden with a lovely pool, and inside it has all the facilities you would need for a great holiday

Avoid at all costs - dirty property, inaccurate listing and when we had the temerity to complain they left a false review. Menorca habitat were uncontactable for over 24 hrs and were forced by airbnb to return our full balance. They gave us two hours to leave the property (despite having a young family and no arranged accommodation) - I would be very cautious using this company. As other reviewers have mentioned the standard of cleanliness and repair of properties is poor and their customer service is defensive and clearly they do not care for the clients they are fleecing for money. A previous review mentioned the terrible smell in the property and the company responded to them “they would have sorted it but were not told until the client was leaving” however as the next clients in the house we could see no remedial action had been taken. In summary, poorly described, shabby house, with one bathroom as an outhouse and not even on the property, dirty, mouldy broken fixtures and woeful, surley and defensive customer service. The only advantage we had was we booked one of their properties through the intermediary of airbnb and they were able to rule in our favour and return our considerable balance. Avoid at all costs

Apartments - is a total rip off.
- overall cleaness is absolutely terrible, there are stains on the sofa, on the cupboard doors,
- the state of the mattresses are unacceptable 'see video and pictures - where you can hear the springs creaking. Those mattress are probably 100 years old and it would have been more confortable to sleep on the floor
- the fridge was smelling like a mix of rotting cheese and ham - is older than my grand mother
- the bathroom was completed dated, door wasn't closing probably and shower was not working properly in addition to being very dirty (cf. pictures).
- the sofa if you take the blanket off is full of stains and very smelly
- the house is not safe.
- I am not even mentioning that there is no AC (there is no mention there is - but do be aware) hence it is boiling hot which raises issues as per the safely.
- the washing machine was dirty as in a cump of refugees:((
I would advise not renting through "Menorca Habitat".

Nous sommes clients depuis 6 ans et chaque année le constat est le même: Menorca Habitat est une agence extrêmement fiable.
Quel que soit le problème rencontré dans le logement loué chez eux ils sont au rendez vous pour le régler au plus tôt.
C’est toujours très sympathique et souriant.
Bref…. Agence de toute confiance

Vista Alegre is located on one of the most beautiful spots I have ever seen in all my travels. Each morning I stood at the rail with my coffee and couldn't stop staring at the bay with its white cliffs, crystal water and perfect sand. The house is clean and has everything you might expect - all be it a little dated interiorly. The management company was very efficient and everything went smoothly. We would happily return again.

We rented a property in Binibequer, Casa Sarg Dorat, from this company and were really disappointed. Day by day we discovered more problems such as broken shower; lampshades and fans covered with thick dust, foul smelling mouldy liquid in the kitchen bin, and stained mouldy shower curtain to name just a few examples. They clearly have very low standards if they were prepared to let a property in that state.

Pongo 4 estrellas por la gestión de la agencia, que supieron solucionar bastante bien los problemas. Sino mi reseña sería de -5 estrellas.

Alquilamos un apartamento para 4 personas, dos adultos y dos niños, Arenal jardín 55-4, un desastre, nada más entrar se nos caía el mundo, suciedad por todas partes, bichos, armarios sin puertas, la televisión no funcionaba, los cables rotos, menaje sucio y sin limpiar, sabanas usadas, todo lleno de pelos y mas....era asqueroso.

Nos pusimos rápidamente en contacto con la agencia ( sobre las 23:00) y al dia siguiente ya habían organizado todo para limpiar o trasladarnos a otras localizaciones, que fue la opción que elegimos.

Yo aun no sé de quién fue la culpa, pero la agencia lo soluciono muy bien y es de agradecer. Solo creo que la agencia debería de comprobar de alguna manera el estado de los inmuebles antes de que los clientes lleguen allí.

Adjunto varias imágenes pero no me deja subir los videos, que es donde se ve realmente el estado del apartamento.

Una vergüenza, pero como digo, pongo esa nota por la forma de solucionar la agencia el problema, si encuentro el apartamento por internet intentaré subir mas información de él.

Tutto stupendo e perfetto!
Casa bellissima, spaziosa, dispone di tutte le comodità, cucina ben fornita, piscina bellissima e pulita, giardino bellissimo e curato! Anche la zona è molto tranquilla ma vicinissima al paese ed ai market. Grazie

Empresa no recomendable, en concreto el trato de la señora Gunti es inaceptable.

Pasamos una semana en VILLA SIRENA y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que el jardín de la casa estaba lleno de RATAS, la cocina de hormigas y en el tejado había dos colmenas. Llevamos 10 años pasando temporadas de verano en Menorca concretamente siempre en la misma zona y JAMÁS habíamos visto una sola RATA. Aunque actuaron rápido el trato fue nefasto y como ya comenté, en concreto de la señora Gunti. RECONOCEN que sus propiedades tienen RATAS y que es algo normal. Ideal elegirles para pasar una buena semana en compañía de RATAS. En ningún momento se fue ni maleducado ni se amenazó pero si que se les traslado la molestia de cenar entre ratas y bañarte con ellas muertas en la piscina.
