Un vrai plaisir de se réveiller le matin sous le soleil avec la vue sur la piscine et les palmiers dans ce lieu somptueux ! Les plus de l'hôtel : La piscine , la mer à quelques pas , les paysages magnifiques de l'île et la nourriture qui est EXCELLENTE , vraiment . Bravo aux cuisiniers , merci à vous ! Very peaceful, not ideal if you need to keep kids occupied constantly but if you need just a quick break it’s ideal. Me and my partner came for a quick easy week away and it was ideal. The rooms were a bit dated but they were exceptionally clean, the entire hotel was spotless. The staff were so friendly and kind, really lovely. Short walk down to the beach, restaurant by the harbour was wonderful for a coffee and a glass of wine. We went at the end of the season weather was great.

Stayed at this hotel in June 23 as a last-minute getaway, all inclusive. Great location, being only 15mins away from the airport. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, very well organised. The apartments were again clean and spacious and I liked the fact you had a bedroom and a separate living room area. Two pools, the main pool next to the main building, which also had the kids pool and then just across a walkway there was another large quiet pool, so you could sit away from the main area if you wanted to. I only used the main pool but what I liked about it was it had the usual metal steps to get in but also at each end there was a large area that was ‘sloped’ into the pool which made it nice and easy to walk in and out of the pool. Load of sun loungers and umbrellas. We were a group of 6 and never had any issues getting sun loungers together. None of this people putting out towels really early to secure a spot. Drinks we’re great, made to order an none of this package/pre made stuff and it was good measures. The staff were really chill about people having drinks in and around the pool. Then again there were no guests causing any issues, being stupid etc. Everyone was really respectful.
Food itself, unless you are an exceptionally picky eater then you will find something. All services had a mix of hot and cold foods. Breakfast there were fruits, cheeses, bread and lunch/evening food they had a salad bar, pizza station, fresh pasta station, little pre-made salads, ice creams, desserts and so much more. We were all really happy with the food offered. Dining area was clean and staff were really good at clearing things away.
Staff overall were all really friendly and helpful.
There’s a little shop which is under the hotel basically. Come out of reception, down a little slope and it’s right there. Great for snacks, souvenirs and getting water.
There’s also a lovely quiet beach cove about a 5-10mins walk from the hotel.

Excellent hôtel, propre et agréable. Le buffet du repas est de qualité et varié, chacun y trouvera son compte. La piscine est agréable et les animations également.

Una muy mala experiencia dada la nefasta comida que ofrecían. Es temporada baja pero no es admisible que no pudiéramos comer ni cenar allí al estar la comida en mal estado. Toda. Muchos bichos por toda la comida, carne cocinada congelada, etc. Adjunto las fotos de la comida en mal estado y con bichos.

Es un buen hotel si no quiere salir de él, no hay nada cerca, para todo hay que ir en coche, el pueblo más cercano está a 15 min coche y hay solo dos bares para comer.
En la habitación el primer día nos encontramos una cucaracha, era un bajos.
Hay varias piscinas, cuando llegamos un viernes a las 23 ya no había animación de ningún tipo.

Excelente ubicación, buen precio-calidad, personal amable, instalaciones limpias y bonitas, parqueo gratuito, variedad de comidas con rico sabor, piscina grande y cafetería con snack a buen precio.

Único inconveniente en el área no hay opciones de comida, pero eso es más problema de la zona que del hotel.

Desde hace ya muchos años que he ido a este precioso hotel. El personal es muy agradable, profesional y atento. Uno de los años que estuvimos alojados, tuvimos que ir de urgencias al médico y gestionaron muy bien todo el proceso, nos cuidaron como en casa. Cada vez que me dicen si conozco un buen hotel por menorca, lo recomiendo al 1000%. Esperemos volver lo mas pronto posible con la familia, es un placer saber que este es un hotel cercano, acogedor, limpio y sobretodo estan para y hacía el cliente. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestras estancias unas vacaciones inolvidables con todos incluidos. Además el echo de hacer amigos de otros países hace que te desarrolles en inglés, lo que nos gustó ya que de esta manera practicamos cada vez que vamos y el echo de reencontrarnos cada año con los misma gente del año anterior, hace que se formen amistades duraderas. Desde hace 10 años que tenemos amistades con otros clientes del hotel tanto de inglaterra como de otros paises y es un placer volver a vernos, quedar, reir y sobretodo reencontrarnos.

Appart hôtel avec des piscines plutôt sympa. Le personnel est très sympathique et aimable. Les cocktails et alcools au bar sont sympa et très généreux. Parking assez facile dans la rue. Le moins est que les buffets sont plus au niveau d'une cantine que d'un restaurant. Pas de variété et qualité des plats assez bas de gamme.

Un sitio magnífico en una isla preciosa, buen trato por parte del personal (mención especial a Belinda una mujer muy amable y simpática que nos trato genial), la cala a 3min andando y preciosa. Repetiré 100%.

We stayed there for 2 weeks and we were really happy with the hotel! The food at breakfast and lunch/dinner had a LOT of different options and was good. We found the location amazing as it was close to the airport and the area was very quiet. We stayed in a studio and we don't have any complaints - it was clean, quiet and comfortable (we are very simple and modest people so we don't need much to have a pleasant stay). The staff is all really kind but we would like to give a special thank you to Rosa, the front desk manager, for being so kind, joyful and accommodating and also to Yolanda in the buffet area for being so helpful and nice - these two people in particular really made our stay much more pleasant ???? The only thing we didn't really like was the animation at the hotel, as we are rather people who look for peace and quietness on holidays, but we were away from the hotel literally every day, all day long, and we would only return at night, when there was no more animation taking place. We will come back next year ????

El hotel muy chulo pero el buffet una auténtica birria. La comida malisima, escasa y las bebidas horribles.
Como no cambien, no vuelvo a comer ahi.

Camas incomodas y la habitacion no estaba limpia del todo, habia ropa interior de la pareja anterior cuando llegamos a la habiacion.

Un hotel genial para descansar y conocer la isla. Zonas comunes preciosas. Buena cocina. Tiene un plus ya que en la medida pensión entraba la bebida gratis cosa que se agradece cuando en el resto de sitios te clavan por las bebidas. Buenas limpieza y personal muy agradable. Rosa en recepción fue espectacular con nosotros desde que llegamos además de ser una gran conocedora de la isla.
Lo recomiendo aunque el Menorca es imprescindible el coche.
