Fuimos a comer y buenísimo todo! Muy amables y sitio especial!

Nous avons mangé un soir au restaurant, un lieu charmant et un restaurant excellent. Les tapas sont très élaborés et plus que raffinés. Saveurs incroyables !
Le personnel est très sympathique également.

L’injonction il faut aller dîner la pourrait me rebuter mais l emplacement est très beau et dîner dehors dans ce jardin méditerranéen reste un très beau moment service bien mais peut être un peu trop rapide même on a du demander une pause avant le dessert pour apprécié le moment La cuisine n est pas si expérimentale que cela et cela vaux peut être mieux ainsi Cela reste bon sans tomber de sa chaise On retiendra le bel endroit même si la mer reste encore trop discrète

Pretty much a bad “soho house” copy, found the service nerve racking and not very much what I expected. Certainly not going to return to “Experimental Menorca”

Room 28 has flickering outside lights, pretty much way repaired but not done !

El sitio es precioso pero la comida es nefasta y no es barata. Todos los platos son muy pequeños y la mayoría flotan en un líquido x, de la cocina menorquina saben poco. Como mucho para ir a tomar una copa y ya. Una lástima no haber leído las críticas antes.

En respuesta a la respuesta del sitio: como dice la canción, nací en el mediterráneo y conozco perfectamente su gastronomía. Reitero lo escrito arriba: sitio snob, comida mal

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel fin aout. Hôtel bien placé, crique a proximité et environnement agréable.

Point positif : La cuisine du restaurant est incroyable, bravo au chef, des plats travaillés tout ça en utilisant des produits de qualité, beaucoup de saveur, on a vraiment envie de tout prendre. Je conseille vraiment lors de votre séjour à Minorque de réserver une table dans cet établissement.

Point négatif : l'hôtel : rapport qualité - prix vraiment en dessous (prix de la chambre avec jardin en aout = 600 €). Chambre mal insonorisée (chambre 42) que ça soit avec nos voisins sur le côté que ceux du dessus (utilisation de boules quies obligatoire pour éviter de participer aux discussion de nos voisins et nous avons dû débrancher le frigo tellement celui-ci faisait du bruit car enfermer dans une caisse qui résonne dans toute la chambre). Vis a vis avec les passants, le jardin n'est donc pas un lieu de tranquillité (jardin = terrasse en gravier).

Enfin nous avions réservé deux massages le lendemain matin (un à 10h et un autre à 11h), lors de la réservation nous avions imaginé pouvoir profiter de la chambre au moins jusqu'à midi (comme la plupart des hôtels de luxe sur l'île) afin de pouvoir nous changer après le massage. Eh bien, non, on nous a prié de libérer la chambre à 11h le matin même (la dame de ménage était là quand nous faisions nos valises). Une impression d'être mis a la porte illico presto tout ça pour la coquette de 600 € :)
Nous aurions préférés qu'a la réservation on nous mentionne cet élément, nous n'aurions pas réservé les deux massages car tout les bénéfices sont partie avec le départ express.

Le personnel était quand même agréable malgré un petit manque d'organisation en général (difficulté de réservé le restaurant par exemple on a du appeler suite a nos différents échangent de mails pour au final avoir deux réservations).

Pour résumé, venez profiter du restaurant uniquement, le prix est bien trop élevé par rapport aux prestations plus que classique.

Molto bello e buono, anche se i camerieri un po’ distratti. Cibo semplice ma salutare, porzioni moderate, ma ambiente molto bello, ci torneremmo volentieri.

Todo es perfecto: instalaciones, spa, servicio, ambiente, nos habíamos quedado anteriormente y nos gusto mucho pero ahora dejan venir con niños (o las veces anteriores no había) y la zona de la piscina parecía un kids club: hinchables por todo, gritos, niños corriendo, salpicando; se perdió por completo la mística que habíamos vivido. Se paga para estar en el Experimental en plan relax pero la experiencia termina siendo de all inclusive ClubMed.

Amazing experience, boutique chic and design hotel.

Everything in this place is unique and captivating, from the rooms design, to all accessories and signs around the hotel, to the food and drinks offered.

The food offered is amazing and interesting and exciting enough to find something new every single day!

We have seriously decided that Experimental is a must visit and stay any time we will plan coming to Menorca.

Nice location and love the concept and music but the restaurant and lunch was overpriced. The food was nice but mediocre. The cocktails were not the same level as in Ibiza or Paris. I would recommended other places for lunch.

Endroit magnifique, chaleureux et accueillant.
Une nourriture élaborée, recherchée, travaillée et surtout délicieuse. Un joli équilibre des saveurs avec des associations surprenantes mais qui marchent.
Merci pour l’expérience, c’était ma meilleure soirée à Minorque.

Not a large selection of food but the service, staff, location, and price makes up for it.

La comida muy básica. Si es cierto que los camareros son muy educados y serviciales, pero en sí, el restaurante al medio día está 0 preparado para que vayas expresamente a comer. Pagas 100€ de media (2 pers.) por comer en el chiringuito de piscina de un hotel, eso si, el hotel espectacular. Mucho Menorca Experimental, pero como he leído en otros comentarios, EXPERIMEMTO FALLIDO. La comida basiquísima y la cantidad ni os cuento. Supongo que para cenar cambiará la cosa. Simplemente merece la pena por ir a ver el sitio pero deja muchísimo que desear.

Espaço com um ambiente incrível. Pratos muito bem confeccionados. Mais caro que s média em Menorca, mas s experiência diferente e de qualidade justificam-no.

Beautiful place to explore!
The dishes are very accurate and presenting well also very good, I found it overrated for the portions , I went out still hungry ???? and had 4 dishes. The entries are more like appetizers, but definitely is not enough. Last dish we wanted almost 40min !!!

Not getting why when I ask espresso macchiato, I get cappuccino ???? it shouldn’t happen in place like this.

insupportable de devoir donner sa carte de credit pour garantir la reservation.... c est a priori me soupçonner d etre tres mal élevé !!!
j ai faillit annuler, à cause de cela et des emails répétés pour confirmer que je serais bien là, a 21H30 .... et quand je suis arrivé ma table n était pas prête et j ai du attendre 30 minutes pour avoir une table !!!
le barman ne m a meme pas regardé pendant tout ce temps alors que nous attendions notre table !!!
et lorsque j ai enfin eu ma table et que l on ma donné le menu il m a été dit que la cuisine fermait dans 15 minutes !!!!

en dehors de cela le cadre est superbe et la cuisine creative et délicieuse ... le servie a table est tres agréable ....
quel dommage de gâcher cette belle experience par un système de reservation totalement prétentieux !!!

We went for lunch and had a great experience! Food was delicious and portions were big. I would have liked to try here for dinner as their dinner area looked much more beautiful than their lunch area.

The venue is not easy to find, as there are no directions on the website, nor are there signs on the road leading to the hotel. Our GPS is a little out of date so the best way of finding the hotel is a combination of Google Maps and paper map. Having said that, we did locate it.

The setting is impressive, a lovely building and dining area.

The menu included some very well constructed dishes, but we didn’t know how large, hence filling, each dish was. We were told that the kitchen wanted guests to order starters and main course at the outset, but we had been warned by friends that they ordered far too much food that arrived all together. We opted to order starters, see how filling they were, then order mains. This worked well. The pan tomate starter was fairly ordinary but the pizzetta was excellent. Both mains, the sirvia carpaccio and grilled chicken were pleasant. With hindsight I should have added some vegetables but by the time the mains arrived it was too late.

Overall it was a very good experience, and quite unlike anything else that we have experienced on the island.

We love the combination of elegance, originality and informality, in everything at Experimental. The food is a taste adventure, all finely prepared, and combines the best ingredients with local tradition and invention! The grilled sea bass and asparagus are delicious, but the lamb chops are unforgettable, the heat on the tongue arresting complimented by the tart fruitiness (of orange and pomegrante) and the eastern spice of the preparation.

We were, however, disappointed by the new wine list having dined here often and both unusual and superb choices, particularly from the Balearics. The new list has little of that, and is quite limited overall. The delightfully relaxed service (staff are unfailing helpful and friendly) can occasionally result in delays in the arrival of the food, though not unreasonable.

We love the restaurant and it's beguiling design, setting, and originality. Perfect chill-out chic!!!

Food was delicious, we ordered the watermelon salad, patatas bravas, pan con tomate, tuna tartare and aguachile.
Service was great! The food came out fast, staff was friendly and efficient.
The best was the Torija bread pudding with vanilla ice cream! Highly recommend. It was the most delicious dessert we have had in the island.
The only feedback for this place is that the aguachile and tuna tartare could be a bit bigger the portions.
