部屋もリビングもキッチンも広々として清潔。落ち着いた雰囲気。
オーナーの英語は分かりやすく、細やかな気遣いが出来る方です。
ロケーションはノミンデパートから歩いて数分、近くにコンビニやレストランもあり便利です。
ランドリーサービスは一回5ドル、バスタオルも用意され、共同のバスルームにはシャンプー、ボディシャンプーもあります。
何件かウランバートルのゲストハウスを利用しましたが、一番のおすすめ。

위치: 국영백화점 5분거리. 시내 정중앙

가격: 합리적, 가성비 최고
1인실 욕실포함 원화 33,000원

객실: 깔끔함. 1인실임에도 객실이 넓음. 창문이 있어서 답답하지 않음.

시설: 여러층으로 객실과 식당이 나누어져 있으며 엘베는 있으나 사용불가. 이건좀 불편함.
하지만 계단 폭이 넓고 가파르지 않음.

직원: 사장님 친절하고 한국어,영어 잘하심. 직원들도 순박하고 착함.

조식: 식빵, 삺은계란, 커피, 우유, 쥬스 등 잘 갖추어져 있으며 양에 대한 제한은 없음.

Definitely a hostel I will choose to stay again when visiting UB. And I will organize my trip with the owner to perfect my trip since he is so informative, experienced and has a lot of networks.

Отличный хостел в центре Улан-батора. Чистые номера. Большая обеденная зона. Гостеприимный хозяин, хорошо говорит на русском языке.

Very clean and cozy rooms. We traveled with three people so this was the perfect accommodation for us. They had hot water even when Ulaanbaatar had the hot water shut off. Breakfast is not really a breakfast though, just beware. Breakfast is boiled eggs and raw bread with jam. This was fine to us though as we enjoyed exploring the various cafes and brunch options in UB. Just good for others to know. The owner was also extremely friendly and greeted us and arranged a good priced airport transfer for us.

Clean and peaceful place. Really nice owner.

Удобное расположение, условия, все чисто и аккуратно. Хозяин говорит по русски и по английский, что несомненно является преимуществом. Все просто супер!

Такой крутой хостел! Теплые комнаты, просторные общие кухни, можно приготовить кофе! Цена-подарок. Чистое постельное, чистый туалет. Супер-хозяин Ананд, все подробно и понятно объяснил. Несколько дней размещались еще в отдельных квартирах, все в центре, рядом площадь Сухбаатара, торговые центры, кафе, музеи. Спасибо!!!

Enjoyed the cost!!! I've stayed 10 days for only $157, extremely cheap. The owner speakes fluent English which helped a lot to do 'calling taxi and asking help in many way...

Great hostel. Rooms are very clean and tidy and the location is great. Owner is very polite, could speak English and Russian very well. They also offer various tours and services including transfer to and from airport which I used. Paying with various currencies is possible including mnt, krw and usd. Overall great experience, will stay there again

I initially thought you can't go wrong with hostels in UB and it was by accident that I booked ZayaHostel. The reviews were ok, but then suddenly their homepage was gone. Was that a "bad sign"? I then fortunately found another review from 2021 by someone who had spent the pandemic there. This positiv review convinced me eventually and I booked. Luckily... because other travelers reported other hostels that were very very bad. However, ZAYA Hostel is great in several ways:
1. It is a family business and the young owner is doing his best in many ways to maintain the hostel and respond to the needs of the customers. ATTENTION: some hostels in the country only call themselves Zaya and steal the good name that is known throughout the country!
2. The location is top central: in just a few steps you are in the middle of life in Ulaanbaatar and it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the most important and most beautiful museums (Central Museum, National Museum, GenghisKhanMuseum) or squares! Small snack bars or restos are also within walking distance and a large supermarket (Sansara) is practically on the doorstep, as is a shopping center (Department Store) - it's worth taking a look at the 4th floor here if you still have money left over for beautiful, more exquisite souvenirs .
3. the accommodation is safe and clean; The service is good and there is always someone on site to answer any questions. Laundry can be washed and (air and machine) dried. There is a kettle and a fridge in the kitchen - you can buy and store your own provisions. Internet connection is available in several places of the residential area, ie. if there are problems with a line, you can easily avoid it... The people who stay in the ZayaHostel are great - very friendly individual tourists and small groups.

Dislike · ...I can't think of anything bad only that I was not sure in the beginning, if this was good to book, because the homepage was down - also, the building looks a bit like not the best skyskraper. But this is due to the limited living space in UB. The language skills of staff were low in English but the owner has great English, Russian Skills and the staff also always tried to manage communication.
