The crew on the boat were indeed commendable - friendly and accommodating. However, the tour did not live up to the promises made by our representative, Linda. Throughout the excursion, we primarily learned about coconuts, with a stark contrast between Linda's description and the actual tour content. The promised exploration of various locations turned into a rushed and disappointing visit to the coconut factory.
The most disappointing aspect of the experience was the organization of the tour. Instead of a leisurely exploration, we felt herded like animals, shuttled around in trucks with little time to appreciate the listed attractions. The entire experience was marred by a sense of rush, leaving us eager to return to our resort.
The situation took a turn for the worse when we approached Linda the next day to express our concerns. Her demeanour shifted noticeably, becoming rude and unsympathetic. Instead of addressing our grievances with professionalism and empathy, Linda's response further soured our impression of Mason's Travel.
Feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as customers, we made the decision to cancel our remaining excursions with Mason's Travel and opted for a different provider that better aligned with our expectations. It's regrettable that what started as a promising introduction turned into a disappointing and unfulfilling experience.
In conclusion, while Mason's Travel may have some positive aspects, my personal encounter with them was marred by a discrepancy between promises and reality, a rushed and unfulfilling tour, and a lack of professional customer service when voicing concerns. As travellers seeking memorable experiences, we expected more from Mason's Travel and were ultimately left disappointed.

1) Abholservice am Morgen: Pünktlich, schnell, freundlich. Aber stets mit einer Hand am Mobilephone und nur mit einer Hand am Steuer...
2) Rückfahrservice am Abend: Es war den bereits Anwesenden Busfahrern nicht klar, welcher andere Bus in den Süden fuhr... so stieg ein Päärchen in den falschen Bus. Wir haben gottlob noch einmal mehr nachgefragt, statt der Vermutung des einen Fahrers Folge geleistet....
3) Im Package hätte ein BBQ enthalten sein sollen (ist auch momentan so noch ausgeschrieben - includes BBQ Lunch). Das bedeutet etwas mit Grill, soviel ich weiss..., stattdessen gab es - durchaus schmackhaft, aber trotzdem - Currys - auf dem Schiff...
Moyenne ist natürlich informativ und sehr schön. Auch das Schnorcheln war toll. Die Sicht nicht ganz so klar, aber dafür kann Manson nichts, es war noch leicht windig und der erste Tag nach Regenfällen. Das Glas-Seitenfenster-Unterwasser-Boot... Gut, dass die enge Erfahrung nicht allzu lange dauerte. Wegen dem Ziel, sich vor dem Schnorcheln über die Unterwasserwelt zu informieren, macht es Sinn.
