Only loud and rude Russians everywhere. The hotel even plays Russian music during breakfast. Don't go here, it's not a five star hotel..

we really enjoyed our stay at Savoy for 4 nights. the mountain views from our rooms were soo spectacular and especially the staff and service provided made our stay feel so homely.
Id love to mention a few staff who were so helpful and friendly during our stay, Aliya from the guest relation was soo helpful with information around Savoy, there after we were taken around by cheerful Andrew. our time at the restaurant having dinner and breakfast was the best times . the food was amazingly good and wed love to appreciate the following who made our stay very memorable. Johnsie , Naomi ,Judith was very cheerful and friendly, not forgetting Rupert ,Hendrina and Shaker and finally Shelly and Margaret from the guest relation. Savoy was good to us and I must visit again soon. Keep UP..!!

Пожалуй, лучшее предложение на Сейшелах. Дорого, очень дорого ,но на сейшелах везде дорого и это далеко не самый дорогой там вариант проживания. Но локация места самая толковая, все остальное тоже достойно. Бассейн, номера, питание.

Piękny hotel, obsługa pomocna i miła. Zlokalizowany przy zatoce- woda w oceanie spokojna i ciepła. Bardzo polecam.

Отмечали здесь юбилей - нам сделали бесплатно апргрейд номера. Кухня отличная (брали fb). Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. На пляже обитает морская черепаха слева у желтого буйка - берите маски!

Wir können das Savoy absolut empfehlen. Zimmer sind "groß geschnitten" und mit Allen ausgestattet was mann benötigt. Service wird wirklich groß geschrieben und das Personal ist absolut freundlich. Zwischen Strand und Hotel befindet sich eine Promenade mit kleinen Geschäften und Imbiss-Läden bzw. Restaurants. Das Savoy hat einen riesigen Pool, Temperatur des Pools ist bei ungefähr 30 Grad und bietet flache Stellen für Kinder und ist maximal ca. 1,60 tief. Für Taucher ist sehr gut gesorgt: 3 Stationen innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Das Abendessen hat jeden Abend ein Motto z.B. italienisch, asiatisch, kreolisch, arabisch, usw. Zum Frühstück gibt es auch warme Speisen. An allen Zugängen ist Sicherheitspersonal vorhanden.

Wir haben mit unserer Familie im Juli 2023 fünf Nächte im Savoy verbracht (Zimmer im Erdgeschoss; praktische Nähe zum Pool). Einzig würde ich bemerken, dass angesichts der heutigen Situation Interessierte wissen sollten, dass sich das Hotel Savoy Resort & SPA sowie das benachbarte Hotel Coral Strand in russischem Eigentum befindet. Da führt auch dazu dass sich dort etliche (selbstbewusste) Russen aufhalten was halt heutzutage unterschiedlich wahrgenommen werden kann… Wirklich Probleme hatten wir nun deswegen nicht aber es kann halt zu einem "Thema" werden.
Der Pool - notabene der grösste auf den Seychellen - ist wirklich toll angelegt. Schade dass nicht mehr alle Liegeplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Nur durch Promenade vom Strand getrennt. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge möglich. Saubere Zimmer, guter Service. Grosszügige Umgebung welche entsprechen Pflege braucht. Schade dass die Arbeiten heutzutage motorisiert erfolgen (Stichwort: Laubbläser, Motorsägen...) Daher nicht immer ruhig.

Judith vom Restaurant hat uns jeden Abend gefragt wie es geht ob alles okay war, vielen Dank für die netten Gespräche. An der Rezeption freundliche kompetente Mitarbeiter. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Poll. Wir können das Savoy 100 % empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

A great hotel resorts in Beau Vallon. The room was spacious, with walk in closet, big bathroom with tub, and living room.
It was monsoon season when we came, it rained mostly in the morning.
We had a day trip to the other islands on our check out day, checked out early im the morning, came back late from the trip, and the hotel still allowed us to take a shower before we left for the airport at midnight.
What a good hospitality. Really appreciate the helpful and friendly staffs.

Everything was perfect. From the very check-in until the check-out. Reception staff were extremely helpful and went beyond to make us happy and comfortable - in particular, Abdul.Thanks a lot for all your help when we needed it. Another person that I have to mention is the room maid making our room daily. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. She was ever so polite and always with a smile on her face. A big THANK YOU from the couple from room 1109.

Fazit:
Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und versucht alles um den Kunden Zufrieden zu stellen.

Das Check-In verlief absolut Reibungslos, auch gestaffelt mit unterschiedlichen Ankunftszeiten war kein Problem, wir wurden sehr schnell und unkompliziert eingecheckt.

Das Personal gibt sich sehr viel mühe dem Gast einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Personal ist die Visitenkarte eines jedes Hotel und hier kann ich das Personal nur Loben! Danke für die Angenehmen Tage.

Das Frühstück Buffet lässt kaum einen wundch offen. Über ein deftiges oder einfaches Frühstück wird hier sehr viel in sehr hoher Qualität Angeboten.

Der Strand ist ein Traum, wunderschöner Sandstrand, und für die Gäste sind spezielle Liegen zur Verfügung welche vom Personal auf wunsch an den gewünschten Ort aufgestellt werden.

Dennoch ist das alter des Hotels ersichtlich. Zimmer Telefone sind Defekt und Funktionen nicht, ein Ersatztelefon wurde oder Konnte nicht zu Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer Beleuchtung war teilweise Defekt, der Tresor musste Ausgetauscht werden, das Bügeleisen war ebenfalls Defekt. Was sehr Frustrierend ist wenn ein besonderer Anlass wie eine Hochzeit ansteht.
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel handelt es sich gleich um mehrere Mängel welche so nicht sein dürften.

Die Anlage ist sehr Gepflegt, der grosse Pool lädt zum Planschen ein, wobei bei dem Strand ist ein Pool nicht mehr notwendig finde ich. Dennoch sehr schön.

Die Lifte sind Angsteinfliessend, die Türen gehen sehr Langsam auf und zu, die Sicherung zur Erkennung das etwas zwischen der tür ist Funktioniert teilweise nicht. Teilweise habe ich den Eindruck das der Lift stecken geblieben ist da sich die Türen bis zu 1 min. Nicht öffnen Liessen.

Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić Hotel Savoy. Obiekt na najwyższym poziomie, czysto, przyjemnie i pięknie. Bardzo dobre śniadania, świeżo wyciskane soki, pyszne owoce. Kolacja - codziennie inna kuchnia - włoska, indyjska, arabska, chińska.. Obsługa hotelowa dosłownie 11/10 - wszyscy uśmiechnięci, mili, uczynni i pomocni. Na koniec nasz supervisor Mr. Elna Abdul przedłużył dobę hotelową do godziny 18:00 z uwagi na lot późnym wieczorem!

We had a very good vacation. The service can be a little bit faster, but other things were perfect.

I was indecisive between a 4 and 5, but there's more positive points than negative. Excellent location, rooms are great, spacious. Breakfast is very good. Staff I don't have words for amazing people working on this hotel. One of the best in terms of staff, very well done. Nearby beach one of the best in Mahe Seychelles. These were the positive, the negative, and just a few things, the rooms start to need some fixing, in the bathroom the door of the shower didn't closed well, come many water outside. On the pool, the outside floor needs an urgent renovation, and for me, the last negative point kid's club when we are on vacations Sometimes, we need to have some quality time 1 to 2 hours this club 1st kid's with 3 years has to be accomplished with parents why? No explanation. The people working there don't look to have any interest in the kids,just seating there no interaction, nothing. It's the only point that needs to be rethinking.

Friendly staff

Notre séjour était incroyable ! Tout était parfait - la chambre, le petit-déjeuner, tout le quartier, les boissons, la mer. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique, la chambre était propre. Tout était au rendez-vous. Un grand merci à Mme Oliwia qui a rendu notre séjour encore meilleur !

Expérience parfaite au Savoy, toute l’équipe de l’hôtel a été très gentille et serviable avec nous, globalement : à nos petits soins.
Le petit déjeuner façon buffet était tout simplement parfait et très copieux.
Nous recommandons vivement le savoy pour son emplacement à Mahé, pour les excursions proposées et la gentillesse des équipes. Un grand merci spécialement à Kimberley.

C'était un bon choix pour un premier séjour dans la rue aux Seychelles. Les emplacements sont super à côté de tant de choses. Le service était excellent, grâce à Ahmad, le responsable de la réception. Il a fait preuve d'un niveau de soutien incroyable pour rendre le séjour encore meilleur. Il était comme la « cerise sur le gâteau ». Dans l’ensemble, c’est un séjour incroyable et je ne resterai ici que si je reviens ici.

Il est minuit en ce moment et une soirée privée se déroule juste au-dessus de moi. J'ai appelé la réception et les relations avec les clients et je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse pratique concernant le bruit à ce moment-là. S'il y a une fête d'anniversaire, celle-ci doit avoir lieu ailleurs. Il s’agit d’un hôtel cinq étoiles, il doit y avoir un autre endroit pour organiser une fête d’anniversaire et non un endroit où les autres clients de l’hôtel souhaitent passer la nuit.

Un hôtel qui se revendique 5 étoiles mais qui ne les vaut pas du tout. Service clientèle désastreux, absence de respect de la chambre réservée, et comme seule réponse « ça sera comme ça et pas autrement ».
Chambre spacieuse mais forte humidité. Machine à café dans la chambre mais il y faut bien sûr payer le café. Nous avons demandé un peu de glace suite à une blessure au pied, nous l’attendons toujours.
Nous avons demandé de l’aide pour nos bagages, nous l’attendons toujours.
Un prix bien trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.
Vous trouverez bien meilleur et bien moins cher à Mahé.
Nous ne recommandons pas du tout.
