Wir haben mit unserer Familie (Teenager) im Juli 2023 wunderbare sechs Nächte im Le Du verbracht (One Bedroom Familie Suite, renoviert, Obergeschoss - kein Strandblick). Absolut tolle Lage. Schmucke Anlage mit gelungenen künstlerischen Details. Nette Pools (derjenige in Strandnähe - mit whilrlfunktion - den Erwachsenen vorbehalten). Toller Service, nettes Personal. Geniales Ambiente im Restaurantbereich, insbesondere am Abend. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Dazu besser kein allzu grosses Auto mieten, kleiner Parkplatzbereich. Wirklich traumhafter, flach abfallender Strand. Achtung: Aber je nach Jahreszeit Stachelrochen möglich. Mit der nötigen Vorsicht jedoch problemlos. Würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Meines Wissens einziges Hotel in Besitz von Seychelloise. Besitzer begrüsst Hotelgäste noch persönlich!

Hôtel super ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La nourriture est bonne. La plage de l’hôtel est magnifique, ainsi que les deux piscines.
Je souligne la gentillesse du personnel. C’est un plaisir d’avoir séjourné au Duc de Praslin.

Affacciato su Côte d’or Beach, una delle più belle spiagge di Praslin, Le Duc e’ un moderno hotel adatto a chi cerca relax e al contempo anche divertimento.
La struttura si sviluppa su più zone:
Un corpo centrale dove è presente l’area ristorazione, la piscina centrale e le prime sistemazioni, una zona dove sono presenti delle bellissime garden suite affacciate su un’altra piscina e un’altra zona adults only di più recente costruzione con a disposizione una piscina riservata solamente alla clientela adulta. Bella e panoramica anche l’area gym e spa.
Direttamente sulla spiaggia è presente anche il Cafe’ des Arts, un bellissimo beach bar dove spesso vengono organizzate feste serali con dj set
Le stanze sono ampie e ben arredate: la mia garden suite era un’oasi di pace.
Menzione particolare per la cucina: buffet serale davvero di qualità, con prevalenza di cucina creola e qualche proposta internazionale. Colazione con stazioni di live cooking e ottima offerta di dolce e salato. Molto bella la location del ristorante circondato dalla natura.

This hotel definitely is far more than a 4 star. It should be a 5 star. Amazing food. Some of the best I have tasted and amazing staff. Grounds are beautiful too

깨끗하고, 조용하고, 조,석식도 나름 좋았음
무엇보다 직원들 대부분이 친절해서 괜찮음
아프리카 특징인지 모르겠는데 대부분의 현지인들이 친절하다는 느낌은 못받았음

Das Hotel Le Duc ist wirklich ein super schönes modernes Hotel.
Es besitzt über einen Zugang zum Strand, eine Poolanlage, grosses Fitnesscenter und diverse andere Dinge. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man brauchte.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendbuffet war zahlreich und alles schmeckte hervorragend.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider muss ich 1 Stern abziehen da wir seit Tag 1 Probleme mit unserer Zimmerkarte hatten. Sie funktionierte nicht und die Zimmer sowie auch die Fitnesstüre öffneten sich nicht. Ich war ungefähr 10x an der Rezeption in den 4 Tagen wo wir da waren. Ich wurde nicht ernst genommen und man sagte mir ich kriege eine neue Karte, die Dame an der Rezeption ging ins Büro und kam mit der gleichen Karte wieder. Dachte ich sei blöde und merke dies nicht. Ich habe besseres zu tun als täglich 3x zu Rezeption zu laufen.

Schönes, an Deko etwas überladenes, Hotel in direkter Strandlage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Beach Front Gebäude (neuer Teil) gebucht, das konnten wir allerdings aufgrund von Feucht- und Schimmelgeruch und Flecken an der Decke nicht beziehen. Es wurde uns dann ein weiteres Zimmer in dem Komplex angeboten, aber es stellt sich raus, dass dort gerade gestrichen wurde. Nach etwas hin und her (die Damen an der Rezeption durften nicht alleine entscheiden und mussten immer Rücksprache mit anderen Personen halten) haben wir dann ein großes Superior Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten bekommen, was halb renoviert war. Am nächsten Tag haben wir gesehen, dass das Zimmer, was wir zuerst bekommen sollten, auch gestrichen wurde. Also den neuen Gebäudekomplex besser meiden. Housekeeping war immer ordentlich und alles war vorhanden. Wir hatten HP gebucht und das Essen war wirklich top von der Auswahl und Geschmack, egal ob morgens oder abends. Tagesausflüge lieber außerhalb des Hotels buchen, die sind dort zu teuer.

Hotel stupendo a due passi dal mare, un luogo stupendo con personale molto cordiale e gentile. Camere pulite e molto ampie, tutte ristrutturate di recente. Servizio teli male gratuito che vengono cambiati ogni sera. Ristorante a buffet internazionale, grande varietà e ottima qualità. Unico neo l'acqua non inclusa nella cena. Un vero paradiso

Hotel spettacolare. Cibo veramente di livello a buffet, si trova ogni tipo di pietanza è sono tutte squisite. Personale gentile, disponibile e professionale. Camere ampie ben arredate, 3 piscine, ottima palestra e spa. Basta attraversare la strada (15 metri) per ritrovarsi su una delle spiagge più belle di Praslin. Veramente meraviglioso in tutto e per tutto

I would like to start off by saying that all of the positive reviews are true. We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and we were exceptionally satisfied with everything!
We have never met such friendly, kind and helpful staff in our whole lives. The owner Robert was very amiable and talkative, and the receptionists, including the manager of the reception, were always eager to help. The staff responsible for cleaning our room did a great job, the waitresses made sure we were always well served… everyone took great care of us and we couldn’t have been more satisfied!
When we arrived, the receptionist asked us about our special dietary preferences. We requested vegan food, and we were catered amazing food throughout our whole stay! The dishes were delightful, extremely tasty and of high quality, with the breakfast being rich and involving many options to choose from. The drinks at the bar were also excellent and delicious.
Our accommodation was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. The garden in the hotel’s area was beautiful and wonderful to take a walk in, and the beach was one of the most picturesque beaches of Praslin.
Overall, we highly recommend you stay in this hotel if you were to visit Praslin! We felt as if our stay was out of a fairytale, and we are definitely planning on coming back!

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel:
Das Essen / Buffet ist abends teilweise herausragend gut / lecker. An paar Abenden hatte ein Mann Musik gemacht und eine Angestellte dazu gesungen. Beides war sehr schön und angenehm.
Bei den Drinks an der Bar wird nicht an Alkohol gespart ????
Die Lage ist zudem gut. Man ist gleich am Strand und zum nächstgelegenen Bank-Automaten sind es fußläufig nur paar Minuten.
Als wir dort waren, waren dort viele Paare zur Hochzeitsreise, was meiner Meinung für das Hotel spricht.
Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, nicht aufdringlich und spricht zum Teil sehr flüssiges, klares Englisch. Das ist nicht bei vielen Einwohnern der Insel der Fall.
Wir können das Hotel zweifelsohne weiterempfehlen.

Tutti gentili e disponibili! Cibo ottimo e camere confortevoli. La posizione è strepitosa, spiaggia bianchissima e mare spettacolare, turchese e verde, meraviglioso. La spiaggia regala un panorama mozzafiato di giorno e un'atmosfera magica di sera. E poi un cielo azzurro favoloso o trapuntato di stelle! Sono innamorata, ho il mal d'Africa, voglio vivere lì!♥️

The service at reception, restaurant and room + everywhere else were extremely friendly, ready to help and well trained.
New fresh and exotic meals were served every breakfast and dinner with a massive menu to choose from (buffet).
Clean, modern and big rooms with free water and towel service everyday, extremely comfortable!
The hotel lies 50m from the beach and has a nice garden&pool.
ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION!

The hotel is very nice and offers good value for the price. The staff is lovely, and the service is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a pool. The hotel is slightly dated, so I recommend staying in the newer section. However, the food wasn't particularly tasty.

Superbe expérience,
Un hôtel très bien placé, avec une personnel d'une amabilité remarquable. Absolument pas intrusifs, et toujours à votre service.
La restauration est d'un excellent niveau et il y en a pour les gouts, c'est varié, bien cuisiné et il est difficile de reprocher quoi que ce soit.
Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées. Tout le nécessaire est présent.
Les extérieurs sont soignés, très bien entretenus, d'une propreté remarquable.
Beaucoup de possibilité de se reposer au calme, autour des piscines, ou à 20 mètres de la plage, et de prendre un verre en musique le soir au Café des Arts.
Deux petits bémols, le wifi capricieux, et le changement des draps oubliés.
Une très belle adresse, un personnel pro et accueillant, un hôtel superbe, propre et très bien entretenu.
BRAVO pour ce bel établissement en route pour la cinquième étoile.

Absolutely amazing place! The place is beautiful and we really enjoyed our time here. Robert, Ron and the whole staff at the hotel including the guys at the reception, the restaurant, the kitchen, the security and the room service were incredibly helpful and kind the entire time!

Beach not good. Many algae. Nobody clean it from the beach (as I understand all beaches are municipal). If you want best beach - take taxi to Anse Lacio (300 scr one way).

Hôtel correcte mais pas digne d’un quatre étoiles.
Beaucoup trop de buffet et pas assez de choix de plats à la carte. Le personnel vous appelle, et vient vous déranger dans la chambre trop souvent pour un oui ou non. Pas serviable et pas aimable.

Unfortunately, you omitted to give details upon Saturday evening which I will remind here.
On Saturday 04/11 the hotel held a beach party organized on the beach in front of the hotel facilities.
This was a public event, open to both tourists and the local community. The set up and service on that evening were unusual as we had installed stalls directly on the beach to allow to cater for the big crowd.
I am sure that you understand that what you experienced on that evening was not a drink at the hotel bar and that what you are rating is not the hotel service.
I do not believe that you can compare and rate the service at a public beach party under the hotel listing. And we will contact Google on this matter.
