Nos alojamos la primera vez para la maratón de Barcelona, la verdad que fue una sorpresa, todo genial, el apartamento que cogimos super limpio, no faltaba ningún detalle,nos hemos sentido como en casa .... Y la recepción muy buena, muy atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos!volveremos seguro

We stayed here for 5 nights.
It's not a bad place for a family of 4.
If we had any inconvenience, we could ask anything and they tried to help us.
So we had a great time in Barcelona during our stay here.
I especially want to thank Julia for working even on Sunday to solve our wifi problem.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les appartements sont spacieux et très propres. Bien équipé. Bon emplacement dans la ville, le métro est vraiment à deux pas. L’accueil est très professionnel et sympathique.

The experience at check in last night left me with such a bitter taste.
I chose this apartment for the last part of our trip in Spain, because I wanted to gift myself a nice experience.
Unfortunately it was just the opposite, with the disastrous check in experience that ruined our evening, which coincidentally was the one before my birthday.
We arrived after 17:00, so I started the self check in, but I saw that I had to pay city tax for my 2 kids also. My phone had 5% battery left, so I used the phone near the check in kiosk and a very nice lady found a solution in less than 2 min: to give me a code that would open a box near the apartment where I’d find an emergency key to use until morning when I could sort everything at the reception.
The whole disaster started when I couldn’t find that box and, due to lack of battery, I had to go downstairs to call from there again to get more detailed instructions.
So I left my 8yo son with all the baggages and went again downstairs with my 7yo daughter (she was scared to stay without me and also badly needed to go to the toilet) to ask for extra details.
It took 6 or 7 calls and almost 40min to finally get a simple detail of where i had to look and how to open the ‘keypad’ and input the code. 2 or 3 calls were suddenly interrupted, no one except the first lady I spoke to and then the last gentleman (who finally gave me the much needed simple info about that box/keypad) spoke reasonable English and my basic Spanish wasn’t enough.
During this time my son got scared to wait alone upstairs, so he came down to stay with me and we left the luggage unattended, while my daughter was desperate for a toilet.
Seeing my kids like this, made me decide after the first 7-8 min to pay the full amount, even though they couldn’t guarantee that I’d get back the half that was charged for the kids.
But guess what?!! Their kiosk didn’t have a contactless option!!! It only accepts physical cards and I only had my phone to pay with. Who doesn’t have a contactless option in this day and age??!!! During this trip in Spain I have managed perfectly fine to pay using contactless (with my phone) everywhere but here.
So I was stuck waiting and re-calling over and over again, which totally ruined our mood and our whole evening.
Well, thank you for this birthday ‘gift’. NOT!
I would never return to this place, I’ll probably never book an Erik Vogel hotel anywhere.

The location is convenient, and the room was clean. The staff provided excellent service, and Julia from concierge was especially helpful. She recommended a fantastic restaurant for us to try.

Nice accommodation, elevator is the main issue, it is old and unreliable, so if you have a lot of luggage or years:-), I do not recommend it. The location is a bit away from the city center, 20 minutes walk. The girl at the reception speaking english with Italian accent was rude. Soundproofing was really poor.

El alojamiento muy céntrico y muy cerca de estaciones de metro para desplazarse por toda la ciudad. Muy buena limpieza y atención, en especial Carolina, que nos trató de forma expecional y nos recomendó el mejor restaurante. Recomendable 100%

It was a nice experience in Barcelona the place is very nice and the staff are very lovely, kind and welcomed us with wonderful hospitality (Julia, Carolina, Eva and sara)

We stayed in this service Apr for 2 nights. We absolutely love it. Convenient location, super clean room, spacious living space and bed rooms, well equipped kitchen (including dish washer and all cooking things) and nice mattress and pillows. We are surprised and pleased it has a washer and dryer combo machine. We booked from official site. We got a big bag breakfast basket including juicy, milk, bread, jam, olive oil, butter, muffin, coffee capsule,cereal! Check in was very easy and welcome. We are so happy we booked this stay. Highly recommended!

I spent a week at Eric’s recently. Many thanks to Julia and the rest of the staff for their caring service, they really make my stay very comfortable.
My apartment was lovely, quiet and with great sunny views. All the amenities to feel like I was living life in Barcelona were there, including a pretty much every piece of kitchenware imaginable.
The place is near the main touristic amenities and well-connected to the airport. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit, great value for the price.

Una muy buena experiencia, un departamento tipo estudio equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, lugar con buena limpieza.
Fue una grata sorpresa recibir una bolsa de desayuno qué te ofrecen la primera mañana de la estancia.
El único punto negativo es el aislamiento del ruido sobre todo en la mañana cuando empieza el tráfico en la calle.

incroyable , malgre que un docteur refuse de me laisser voyager car j ai une infection avec avis medical et attestation , Eric Vokel suites ne propose meme pas un remboursement partiel ou un report , 730 eus de perdu , des voleurs ! plus de coté humain dans votre facon de gerer les choses !

Prima Aufenthalt in den Suiten von Eric Vökel. Andy, der Rezeptionist, sorgte aufgrund seiner fröhlichen Art für einen so herzlichen Empfang. Daumen hoch für die Einstellung von Talenten wie Andy! Mach weiter so! Die Zimmer sind schön, modern und sauber und die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Suiten von Eric Vökel sind sicherlich ein guter Ort, um Barcelona zu erkunden und einige wenige Tage dort zu verbringen. Gerne wieder!

We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults+2 teens). We stayed at a one bedroom apartment. The kids loved their two twin beds that are separated by a Japanese looking sliding door. We have our own bedroom. There's a small dining table and living room. Room decor is clean and modern. We loved the balcony looking over the street. That is where I have my morning coffee. Bedroom and everything was great, clean and modern. There's a small kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, cutlery etc. We loved the location. We felt safe. The streets are fairly clean. There is locker storage on the main floor to store your luggage. There's an elevator but it is small.
A few cons : street can be abit loud but the windows once closed dampen it. You can still hear it slightly so if you're sensitive to noise, highly recommend ear plugs. Half the wall plugs didn't work so I had to unplug the lamps to charge our devices. The room came with two toilet paper rolls and when we asked for more, we were told we will be charged for additional. When I booked the room I didn't see this being mentioned. Front desk did recommend that I can easily purchase extras at the nearby supermarket. Laundry machine was tricky to understand. Recommend googling manual in English. When checkout, you have to take the garbage out. Not a big deal just didn't see it being mentioned when I booked the room on Expedia.
Overall, I would stay here again.

I was unable to go because of terrible event and asked them to postpone the date. They didn't allow this and never try to listen. I lost more than 2500 euro. No flexibility or understanding at all. Byeee

El apartamento está nuevo, súper limpio, con una decoración chulisima y además si viajas con niños pequeños es seguro, ya que no hay peligros en cada esquina.
La cocina y el baño perfectos y bien equipados.
El personal es súper amable.
Repetiré sin duda!!
