Prekrasan hotel koji prezentira Opatiju kakva je nekad više bila, otmjena, elegantna...
Djelatnici preljubazni, vrlo čisto, a hrana zaista odlična, od doručka s bogatim izborom peciva, kruha, mlijeka (biljnog, običnog, bez laktoze), narezaka, voća, salata, slatkog , slanog, bezlutenskog, možete dan početi i čašom pjenušca ako želite...
Naravno i večere su bile odlične npr.bogat izbor hladnih predjela, ručno rađene tjestenine, rìžota, pečenja, svježeg povrća za salate, a sve pripremljeno da nije preteško...
A za desert veliki izbor prefinih kolača, a ako netko želi tu je i sladoled...
Bazen vrlo čist, voda jako ugodna, osvježavajuće, nema gužve ( bili oko 11.30)...
Općenito hotelom vlada jedna opuštena i prijateljska atmosfera za koju su zaslužni zaposlenici hotela, i zato im veliko hvala.
Vraćamo se svakako opet.

Sfeervol hotel in een groot romantisch uitziend, karakteristiek gebouw.

Zimmer groß und vor allem hatten wir im 5. Stock wirklich eine traumhafte Aussicht.

Leider wir bei so großen Hotels häufig der Fall: Es fehlt das gewisse Extra um auf 5 von 5 Sterne zu kommen. Außerdem gab es hier den schlechtesten Kaffee, den wir auf unserer Kroatienreise erdulden mussten.

Der Innenausstatter hat etwas vermurkst, zum Beispiel passt der Wasserhahn nicht zum Waschbecken, was sich bei der Handhabung bemerkbar macht. Das ist natürlich jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Clean room, peaceful spa and wellness, variety of food at breakfast and dinner, kind staff. Would recommend!

The team of the hotel is great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfest was also excellent. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere at the Kavarna Strauss. A very nice old fashioned coffee house. We will shurely visit the hotel again. Thanks to the team.
P.S. They love dogs.

Von der makellosen Sauberkeit der Zimmer bis hin zu den hervorragenden Einrichtungen des Hotels, alles übertraf meine Erwartungen. Doch was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich machte, war das außergewöhnliche Engagement und die Herzlichkeit des Personals. Insbesondere möchte ich Natascha hervorheben, deren Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unübertroffen waren.Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns dank Natascha wie zu Hause im Palace Hotel. Sie war immer verfügbar, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten, Empfehlungen auszusprechen und dafür zu sorgen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Ihre Kenntnisse über Opatija und ihre Bereitschaft, das Extra-Meile für die Gäste zu gehen, waren bemerkenswert. Es war offensichtlich, dass sie sich wirklich um das Wohlergehen jedes Gastes kümmert.Neben dem exzellenten Service waren auch die anderen Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts im Palace Hotel beeindruckend. Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel es weiß jede Berufsgruppe was zu tun ist um den Gast einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.
Wenn man als Gast Wünsche äußert werden diese nach Möglichkeit sofort umgesetzt.
Ein Punkt der uns gefehlt hat war im Angebotenen TV Programm es gab leider kein einziges Programm wo man die Möglichkeit hatte Österreichische Nachrichtensendungen zu verfolgen,auch nicht im Teletext nachzusehen.
Dafür gab es für uns ein Überangebot an Deutschsprachigen Sendern.
Vielleicht könnte man diesen Punkt überdenken oder vielleicht sogar umsetzen.
Wir sagen danke für die erholsamen Urlaustage und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Prekrasan stari hotel austrogarskog stila, osoblje na visini, hrana odlicna, interijer odise u skladu s vremenom izgradnje hotela.
Wellness bi jedino da je malo veci, saune konkretno i taj cijeli kompleks.

Es un referent i clàssic hotel. Genial les habitacions amb vistes, espaioses I lluminoses. El esmorzar es molt recomanable.

Osoblje izrazito ljubazno, lokacija predivna, pogled isto tako, jedino soba na najvišem katu ima uski balkon na koji ne stane stol, samo dvije stolice okrenute jedna prema drugoj pa prilikom sjedenja ograda zaklanja pogled. Veliki izbor hrane za doručak i večeru. Hotel i sobe čisti, za svaku pohvalu.

Lijepo je uređen. Hrana je izvrsna. Lokacija savršena. A osoblje predivno.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit top Lage. Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter und man sieht die Spuren der vergangen Jahre an so manchen Stellen. Was aber nicht stört. Es ist sauber und hat einen guten Service. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Der Spabereich ist ganz ok das Wasser könnte wärmer sein.

Predivan hotel, kraljevski ambijent, ljubazno osoblje, odlična hrana, spa, wellness, bazen s morskom vodom, udobne sobe, prekrasan pogled...jednom riječju savršeno!

Bookirani romantični paket u pravom smislu je bio romantičan i osoblje se pobrinulo da se osjećamo ugodno. Velike pohvale svima.

All was very good , but the service was catastrophe, theare they work a waiter who don't know to speak English or German ....this is unbelievable......

Super sobe, hrana in lokacija

Our room was not in the main building, due to an error on booking service, so we need to go outside to get to wellness center and restaurant.

I had the most relaxing time at the Hotel and will visit this lovely place again. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant

We stayed in one of the seaview rooms with a balcony on the 4th floor and the view was really amazing! Also, this hotel is old so the walls are thick and you don't hear your neighbours like in most newly built hotels.
Everything is super clean. Most of the staff is really nice and welcoming.

When booking, we asked about late check-out in the afternoon and received a message it was done deal, only to find out at the hotel that the staff doesn't know anything about that. Ok, customer service is done elsewhere but it's disapponting they didn't tell the hotel staff. And one of the receptionist was really rude, almost aggressive, to prove us we're wrong because she didn't find and info about it. After showing her the email and the message from the hotel saying "ok, you can stay longer without any extra charge" she went in other room and printed our booking reservation, came with a bunch of papers and agressivly pkaced it in front of us with words "OK, SHOW ME WHERE WE SAID YES!". Oh wow, she really eager to prove us wrong. The way she did that together with her tone of voice was super disrespectful (young girl with curly hair). She managed to ruin the whole experience for us in 2 minutes. And all she had to do was be polite. She could say no while being polite but she chose to be rude. She stayed rude even after we talked to her supervisor at the check-out, so she didn't learn a thing about communication. So sad people like that girl work with guests...every other person in the hotel was super nice but she ruined everything. Aggressive behaviour should never be tolerated.

Her supervisor was really calm and polite, explained us what happened with our special request and apologized for her coworker's behaviour. Ljuba, thanks and sorry you had to do that because your colleague was rude. Maybe it's time for some staff communication training.

As for the wellness zone, it was great. A big pool was nice (135-200cm deep, some 30m long I think), as weel as Finish and Turkish sauna, with an ice bucket shower! Loved it. The lady working there was so welcoming and explained us everything. There are also the fitness room and massage/pedicure rooms (didn't use).

The only negative thing about wellness zone is that it's super hard to reach if you have any mobility issues (so many steps up and down, no wonder there were almost no elderly people at the pool)

I'd come again, but would check before arrival whether the staff knows what their customer service has offered. If you're having mobility problems, this is not the right hotel for you.

Hotel nas je osvojio svojim bečkim šarmom, odličnim smještajem, ljubaznošću osoblja, odličnom hranom, vrhunskim slasticama, bazenom ugodne temperature morske vode, to je hotel u koji opet želimo doći. Posebnu atrakciju, u produžetku recepcije, predstavlja dio žive pećine, na kojoj je izgrađen hotel, što nije nigdje navedeno u reklamnom materijalu o hotelu Bellevue.

Tolles Hotel mit super Lage direkt am Meer. Hatten das Superior Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick-sehr zu empfehlen!!

Für ältere Personen schwieriger, da zur Rezeption einige Stufen zu bewältigen sind

Kao penzioneri Liburnije imali smo ručak u hotelu Palace Belllevue koji smo platili po 20 eura a koji je bio više nego sramotan za te novce....crem juha, tri komadica mesa sa 5 krompirica, nigdje malo povrća, salata bez začina ( sramota da jedan takav hotel ima jednu karafu za ulje i jednu za ocat pa jos to moraš traziti po stolovima u sali)...boca crnog vina po 44 eura...obicna voda 4,40.... ..jedino je saher torta bila odlična.....s obzirom da smo njihovi penzioneri i da smo održavali tu tvrtku koju su oni sada preuzeli mogli su se malo vise potruditi.....ionako smo sve sami platili
