Машина брудна всередині, сидіння в плямах. Палива 1/4, я маю вираховувати скільки проїхав і скільки маю залити палива? Чому б не взяти досвід у інших компаній і не подавати авто з повним баком!?

Sehr unfreundlich und unkooperative. War das absolut letzte mal das wir da gebucht haben. Bei den Konkurrenz wird man viel freundlicher und Besser behandelt!
Achtung wollen einen nur teure Versicherungen Verkaufen.

Pick up in Zagreb airport, drop off Dubrovnik Airport, booked through bookings premium car and got Velar d300 s, brilliant service and car excellent, definitely recommend, i will book again Enterprise/Alamo Zagreb or any city in Croatia!

Avoid this company if you want to spend your vacation actually vacationing.

Bad experience for the 2nd time in a row. First one was in 2021 and we've been using other rental agencies in the meantime, but Enterprise had a really good price so we took a risk.

I booked a Mazda CX-5 or similar and got a CX-30, which is significantly smaller (can only fit one big suitcase in the trunk, compare to 3 in cx-5). Car was shaking above 130kmph, it was in bad condition, dirty, with a lots of scratches inside and out, and safety suite was not working - probably because it was too dirty but I'm not cleaning their cars.
I reached out to customer.service@enterprise.hr and Silvio suggested to call around and see what's available - because who doesn't love doing other people's work while on vacation, right?

I called and stopped back the next day and they didn't have anything, but they said someone would call me. Nobody called.

3 days later, I called and they said they would have something tomorrow. I was given a Jeep Compass and while still in the parking lot I realized that the car has following issues: 1. right turn signal not working, 2. infotainment screen not working (climate control, radio, etc. NOT WORKING), 3. key fob battery was low and again - safety suite options were not working in this car also. I just didn't have time to talk to the wall again, so I left.

I reached back to Silvio at customer.service@enterprise.hr to thank them for a great car they provided and got no answer since (it has been 10 days).

Great rental experience! I’ve used them several times in the past few years. Very transparent, professional and they make it a simple and quick process. Very competitive pricing as well. The way car rental should be. Just like here in the USA. Will rent from them again.

Without question, the best car rental experience we've ever had while traveling. Counter staff went as far as writing a list of must-try foods while in Croatia, some of which we were unaware of. Parking lot staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive both while picking up and dropping off the car. Good people.

Note that instead of being required to fill the fuel tank prior to drop off, we were required to return it with the same amount of fuel we picked it up with...so pay attention to your gauge before you drive off (although it's also documented in your paperwork). I assume this is standard practice at this particular airport, judging by the relative absence of gas stations nearby.

All in all a pleasant experience for what can often be a hassle. Highly recommend.

I paid $379 for my 2 weeks stay to rent a car through my credit card . I arrived at the airport and I asked how much is the insurance for the car during the 2 week period and the guy charged me $553 extra just for the insurance. This place is an absolute joke. How can you charge more for car insurance then actual rent a car . Never again am I renting anything from Zagreb. You should be ashamed of yourself. Avoid big time .

My husband and I hired many Enterprise cars during our European holiday. Our rental experience with the Croatian staff was the most informative & seamless.
Barbara was our first point of contact in Zagreb (also our first rental during our trip) and assisted us with a minor, unexpected issue. Phillip was very helpful when talking us through our rental vehicle - Thanks!

When returning our vehicle to Dubrovnik Airport, Vlatko was professional and reassuring when helping us through our second problem.

Being our first time hiring & driving a rental vehicle, we definitely learnt the importance & benefit of taking out full insurance.

Alles bestens. Sehr nette Dame am Empfangsschalter im Flughafengebäude. Hatte vorher Vollversicherung abgeschlossen und die Dame hat einen nicht versucht irgendwelche nervigen Versicherungen oder teurere Autos anzudrehen. Einfach sehr nett und höflich. Direkte Auto Abholung bzw Übergabe auch ohne Probleme und nett.
Weiter so. Hoffe ihr bleibt so.
