The rooms are nice for the pricing and the SPA is very decent.
IMO it's missing a swimming pool anyways.
S pozitivne strane spa zona je odlična, i usluga tamo vrhunska, jedino tamo sam se osječala kao gost. Staff sa recepcije pristojan i profesionalan.
Hotel definitivno ne zaslužuje 4*
Hotel iz vanka na slikama izgleda okej, a sve ostalo katastrofa.
Posteljinu,papire,peškire smo imali za 1 dan a bili smo 3,zamolili smo na recepciji da nam ociste sobu,ali nas je doceka isti nered,narucili smo dostavu hrane NISU NAM DALI UNJETI HRANU U SOBU pa smo ipak unjeli i dobili KAZNU od 20 eura za to?!?!?
U liftovima ne rade tipke.
Hotel zaudara i nije onakav kakav se predstavlja.
Cure na recepciji su neke od njih bile okej ,a neke su bile neljubazne.
Parking preskup za navedenu lokaciju,dorucak preskup 18 eura a ne vrijedi 7

Very unwelcoming stuff at the reception.Lock wasn't working on the door.Had to leave the luggage in front of the door and go to reception to sort it out. Bad start.
Dirty big spots on the floor.No basic amenities in the room like sewing kit, toiletries in the bathroom or pen and paper as should be expected from 4 star hotel.
After breakfast was stopped and asked in front of other hotel guests to be told that mine breakfast wasn't included and they need my signature.After insisting that was there was, no apology from front desk lady Naomi even was her fault not bothering to check up properly in her system. Terrible arrogant attitude.
Tv not working in the gym, also some exercising machines.Nobody bothers to check or repair.
Tried restaurant in the hotel/Cortes club. It was totally empty ,courteous waiter.Food tasty.When I had asked for the bill was asked cash or card.I settled on card.After realising cash was left in the room told a waiter would prefer card. The new waiter appeared and hearing that the preferred method of payment was changed became angry and aggressive.
Definitely not a four star hotel.
Tried to get in touch/ email with reception manager who never bothered to respond to my request to meet up help to improve service in his hotel.
My impression is badly managed hotel with a stuff with an attitude. One gets impression their main attention is on Korean and sports groups.
AVOUD AT ALL COSTS.
La pizzería es muy recomendable y los precios en general están muy bien , es una zona apartada del centro a 10 minutos andando dispone de un centro comercial grande donde disponen de restaurantes
Recomiendo el hotel si se desean días de relax
