Jako fina hrana ali sve je bilo s mesom, pa bi vegetarijanci ostali gladni. Među konobarima najsusretljivija je bila djevojka za koju mi se čini da nije stalno zaposlena već na ispomoći, no jedina je isprobala rakiju za koju smo tvrdili da je ocat, a konobari to nisu htjeli osobno provjeriti. Cijeli ugođaj je ipak najviše pokvarila preglasna glazba zbog koje se skoro uopće nije moglo razgovarati ni sa osobom koja sjedi tik uz vas. Začudilo me je i što je u restoranu dozvoljeno pušenje iako se istovremeno poslužuje hrana, no možda su samo previše željeli zadovoljiti sve goste.

Rezervirali smo stol za troje preko weba i dobili smo potvrdu rezervacije (14:00). Došli smo u rezerviranom terminu u prazan prostor gdje nam je rečeno da ne rade i da nas ne mogu poslužiti tj. da rade samo navečer za velike skupine ljudi. Očito ni ne prate web rezervacije jer su bili zatečeni našim dolaskom. Ljudi, budite fer i ugasite web ako ga ne koristite, a ne da inkomodirate ljude. Idući put idem negdje u Baranju, a ne u ovu smijuriju od "ugostiteljskog objekta".
Pozdrav dečku koji je bio uljudan i ispričao se, ali palac dolje za vlasnika koji ovo dozvoljava.

We entered the still-open venue, where there was also a private party. We made friends with some people, had some wine (and paid for it ourselves, as it was only fair), befriended others at the party, and started dancing. With the excuse of accidentally breaking a glass (a glass we were willing to pay for if they had asked), the owner kicked us out just because we were Italian. Stupid racist jerk. Terrible place. Shameful.

I have been here a few times in the past and chose it for our 25th wedding anniversary. The waiter was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and capable. The food was excellent and good sized portions. When the owner heard it was our anniversary he presented us with a substantial gift and gave my family a tour of his new business next door which will open in September (Osjecka pivnica). My family had a wonderful evening.

Made a reservation that was confirmed through Reserve with Google. Came to the restaurant under pouring rain only to be told that this is not what they use anymore and that I should’ve called. They also did not bother to help us find a table.

Kept coming to this place for years, but no more.

Ispričavam se na dvojci, ali zašto petkom ne poslužujete ribu? Petak, ljudi moji, jedini božji dan za ribu! Nisam ekipu poslala 1.4., tada bih shvatila lošu foru, iako nije dobro zezati gladne ljude ni tada, ali kada ekipu iz Zagreba pošaljem u Slavonsku kuću i u petak ne poslužujete ribu (really??).. Ne mogu napisati kulturniju recenziju, uistinu mi je žao.

I recommend making a reservation.
When I arrived at around 730pm, and didn't have a reservation, they didn't seem to want to accept me...despite it not being full, even by the time I left.
In the end the owner\manager grudgingly said I could eat, but only if I accepted the mixed grill. He allowed me no other food choice.
I found this a bit odd, especially as when other local people arrived, they seemed to have a choice to freely order from the menu.

Despite it not being what I wanted to eat, I tried it anyway, and the meat was quite good.
Sausage, chevapi, chicken, pork all of which were cooked deliciously, and beef pattie which was so so.
I might have rated the food higher had I been allowed to choose food I wanted.

Ambience was nice, a bit quiet early on until the tables started to fill.
There was some kind of band bringing in gear by the time I finished my meal, so I didn't get a chance to hear that.

Despite the not so welcoming owner, the waitress was super nice, so I added stars for her service, or it would have been rated lower for the unwelcoming feel.
