Amazing hotel! Comfy rooms, spotless clean. Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings and the most valuable asset of the resort is the people working there. Very kind and helpful with genuine smiles and kindness. Also, the food is superb! Highly recommended!

The review is about the treatment I received after leaving the hotel. During our visit there the room service ladies took my daughter's towel, by mistake I suppose, along with the hotel towels (although our towel was nothing like the hotel's). When I informed the receptionists they told me that they would send it to me by courier. After repeated communications by me (they never bothered to call me, although I explained that it had sentimental value for my daughter) they answered that the towel was lost and that it wasn't the hotel's fault, but the cleaning store's they work with. For me, that kind of explanation shows no respect to the customer and overshadowed all our staying experience at the hotel. The 2 stars is because most of the staff was polite.
