First. Many thanks for the welcome and the provided accommodation service. At the beginning, when we were choosing accommodation in Kalamitsi, we were almost disappointed when we couldn't make a reservation through Booking, because everything was fully booked, and this particular accommodation was our first choice. And then I contacted the owner directly and to my pleasant surprise, everything was resolved. In the room, fresh water was waiting for us in the fridge, instant coffee and tea on the table. Shower shampoos in the bathroom. Like in a hotel. The beds are comfortable with thick mattresses. The bedding is changed regularly and always with a new pattern and color of towels. All done with taste and, most importantly, everything clean and functional. You can see that attention was paid to practical and decorative details, which delighted me. Outside the room or apartment is a beautiful garden where you can also sit or prepare a barbecue in the natural shade. We didn't use the barbecue, but I noticed that it had all the necessary accessories. Parking lot. My car has never had a nicer parking spot. All of this is different from the rooms and suites of the same scheme that we have had the opportunity to see so far. I have been on vacation in Greece enough times to be able to claim this. Various islands here and there, full board at the hotel and various studios. This is a beautiful corner combined with an almost unreal beautiful beach. If you don't understand what Dimitris wanted to do with the facility, it's better to pass it by. And what he has created is a complete impression of Greece and the Mediterranean and a sweet corner of peace and relaxation with a sense of taste. If you understand that and don't mind the creeping vines on the balcony and the gecko calling out on the wall at night while drinking Recin or beer while solving crosswords, then this is the right place for you. Less modern, more rustic. Nothing would stop us from coming again. Warm greetings for Danijela and Dimitris and the cat Yellow who deceived me, because until the last day I thought he was dangerous, but it turned out that he likes to be cuddled a lot.

Good place for family vacation...

The worst host ever, unpleasant, unprofessional, in fact the most unkind Greek we have ever met. The apartment is not worth half of its price. The apartment is too small, the kitchen they have cannot be called a kitchen, ants and spiders are everywhere, they enter the room because the windows and doors do not seal properly. The only plus of this accommodation is parking and wifi. Serbs, an important recommendation, pass this accommodation and if they give it to you for free, don't go there. There is no closet, there is a hole in the wall with a 30cm shutter that represents a door. We knew that the water was not for drinking, but nowhere in the whole of Sithonia we had not seen such dirty water and smelled such a stench. The water is yellow, I'm not sure if it's even safe to shower with it.The day before we supposed to check out, the host wanted to throw us out, saying that it was the last paid day even though we had another day booked. When they realized their mistake, we didn't even get an apology from the big boss. Dimitris we suggest that if you want to continue keep living and making money from your guests, you should enroll in a school for hospitality and tourism or something like that... For start learn to say hi, hello, good morning to people you are living from.
