Otel işletmesi nasıl bir otel işletilir bilgisi yok ve oldukça kabalar.Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptık ve ödemesi alındı check out yaparken bizden tekrar ödeme istediler. Bankadan ödendiğine dair bilgi gösterdim, fatura gösterdim kabul etmediler üstelik ödemezseniz polis çağıracağım dediler. Booking ile konuştum firma ödemenin yapıldığını ve ödeme yapılmadan otelden ayrılabileceğimi söyledi. Otele booking tarafından ödeme alınmamasına dair mail atıldı ve telefon edildi ancak yinede benden para istediler ve beni 1 saat boyunca beklettiler. Üstelik burdan çıkamazsınız diyip aracımın plakasını not almaya çalıştırlar. Ödeme yapıldığına dair booking 1 saat telefonla konuştu ve sonunda ödemenin yapıldığını anladılar. Kesinlikle otel işletmeyi bilmiyorlar.Kahvaltı yetersiz, odalar çok eski ve kokuyor. Oldukça bakımsız. Otel oldukça kaba ve saygısız bir işletme. Otel ödeme yapmama rağmen sürekli bizden para istedi.

The hotel management has no information on how a hotel is run and they are quite rude. We made a reservation through Booking and the payment was received, they asked us to pay again while checking out. I showed the information that it was paid from the bank, I showed the invoice, they did not accept, moreover, they said that if you do not pay, I will call the police. I talked to Booking and the company said that the payment was made and I could leave the hotel without paying. An e-mail was sent and a phone call was sent to the hotel about the lack of payment by booking, but they still asked me for money and made me wait for 1 hour. Moreover, they say you can't get out of here and try to take note of my vehicle's license plate. Booking talked on the phone for 1 hour about the payment and they finally understood that the payment was made. They certainly do not know how to run a hotel. The breakfast is inadequate, the rooms are very old and smelly. Pretty neglected. The hotel is a very rude and disrespectful business. The hotel was extremely rude and constantly asked us for money even though I paid.

Το μέρος είναι καλό ! Η τοποθεσία βολεύει πολύ διότι είσαι στο κέντρο.
Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση με χαμόγελα!!
Δεν έχουμε κανένα παράπονο παρά μόνο μια μικρή παρατήρηση :
Ενα νεράκι στο ψυγείο καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει

είναι μπροστά στη κεντρική πλατεία τις Κομοτηνής. Καλές οι τιμές του, φαγητό πολύ μέτριο με καλές τιμές. τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία, όλες οι βαθμολογίες.

Παλιό ξενοδοχείο, στο κέντρο της πόλης, με καθαρά αλλά παλιά δωμάτια, εξυπηρετικούς κι ευγενικούς υπαλλήλους και καλό πρωινό. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι το καλοκαίρι έχει ακριβώς απέναντι ένα καλοκαιρινό μπαρ που δυστυχώς δε σέβεται τους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου.....
