OMILOS RESTAURANT

The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially the hostess. We had to wait 15 minutes for our table at 10pm, weren’t offered any drinks while we waited, and got no apologies. Then we waited 30 minutes for the wine. As for the food most dishes were nice but the lamb dish was overcooked and dry. No dairy free desserts or decaf coffee at the end. Overall disappointing experience

αρχικα πριν γραψω το οτιδηποτε θεωρω οτι πρεπει να απολογηθώ για το οτι δεν αφήσαμε tips… ειλικρινά δεν είχαμε άλλα μετρητά πανω μας για αυτό ήρθαμε να χαλάσουμε, νιώθουμε ντροπή ???? το φαγητό εξαιρετικό, όπως και η τοποθεσία αλλά και η εξυπηρέτηση. μπορεί να καθυστέρησαν να μας φέρουν τον λογαριασμό, ωστόσο αυτό συνέβη επειδή είχαν πολλά τραπέζια να εξυπηρετήσουν. δεν βρήκαμε τραπέζι την μέρα που θέλαμε, ωστόσο φρόντισαν να έχουμε το καλύτερο την επόμενη. σίγουρα το συνιστώ, είναι μοναδική εμπειρία. και πάλι συγγνώμη για τα tips????????????

A very unpleasent experience to have dinner here. The food was fine but too small portions. Very unfriendly service, it seemed like deep down they didn't want you there at all. Furthermore a very tense vibe on the terrace, due to the personnel and the odd music. Also mandatory to order food, and it seems weird to them if you start with a drink.

Wir waren heute im Omilos Abendessen. Das Essen war wirklich gut und man hat uns auch einen tollen Tisch fertig gemacht!
ABER:
Der Service war leider nicht entsprechend. Als man merkte, dass wir nur einen Wein für 45 € und insgesamt zu zweit nur 145 € ausgegeben haben, wurde weder uns Wein nachgeschenkt, noch uns extra Eiswürfel für den Wein gebracht. Nicht falsch verstehen, dass wir das unbedingt brauchen, aber wenn das an allen anderen Tischen passiert, nur bei uns nicht, dann ist das schon eine Abwertung. Vielleicht haben wir auch die falsche Kleidung getragen. Wir wissen es leider nicht.
Apropos:
Das Brot waren leider Aufbackbrötchen, wie wir sie von Edeka kennen und diese gehören in diese Lokalität nicht hin. Dessert war leider alles mit Lemon angereichert und mit 4 Desserts zur Auswahl für uns nichts dabei.
Schade, hatten uns darauf gefreut, aber werden nicht wieder kommen.
