Χωρίς αμφιβολίες προτείνω σε όσους ξέρω που επισκέπτονται Τήνο τη φιλική ψαροταβέρνα του Μαΐστρου, που ποτέ δεν απογοητευει, για θαλασσινά φρέσκα και εύγεστα με συνοδεία ρακής δίπλα στη θάλασσα του Πάνορμου. Αγαπημένη ψαρόσουπα κακαβιά κ βραστό σαλαχι που σαλεύει...

Επισκευτήκαμε την ψαροταβέρνα "Μα'ι'στρο" στον γραφικό Πάνορμο και είχαμε μια υπέροχη βραδιά,σ αυτό τον όμορφο λιτό περιβάλλοντα χώρο του εστιατοριού.Η σερβιτόρα ήταν πρόθυμη να μας αναλύσει όλα τα υλικά των πιάτων που επιλέξαμε,λογω του οτι υπήρχε στην παρέα άτομο με διατροφική ιδιαιτερότητα.Άψογη η σερβιτόρα από την αρχή μέχρι και το τέλος, του γευματός μας.Οι επιλογές των πιάτων μας ηταν οι εξής και τις συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα:πατάτες τηγανιτές,πεντανόστιμη ταραμοσαλάτα,μελιτζάνες του σεφ,κρεμμυδοκεφτέδες,την αξιεπαινη bost σαλάτα!!! και μια μα'ι'στρο,φρεσκότατα καλαμαράκια(περιγράφω τα πιατα και αναπολώ τις γεύσεις)τα καλαμαράκια ήταν τρυφερά και νοστιμότατα!υπέροχες γαρίδες σαγανάκι (που είχαν πολύ καλό μέγεθος)...ειναι αυτό που λένε χορταίνεις στο μάτι αλλα ΒΕΒΑΙΩΣ και στο στομάχι.Φρέσκιες και καλοψημένες σαρδέλες και για κλείσιμο,μ'ολη την απαραίτητη προετοίμασία του τραπεζιού μας,απ αυτό το φιλόξενο πλάσμα την σερβιτόρα...περάσαμε στην απόλυτη γαριδομακαρονάδα!Ηταν ολα καταπληκτικά!τα λόγια φαίνονται λίγα μπροστά στην πραγματικότητα της εμπειρίας μας στον Μα'ι'στρο!

We had THE WORST dinner here we have ever had in Greece in our lives. Warning straight away, if you're in Panormos bay, don't come here!!!! Go to "To Limanaki" instead, we ate there twice, the food was delicious and we were always welcomed in a friendly way. We only tried "Maḯstros" on 04/10/2023 to give another restaurant in the bay a chance and were the only guests there at around 6pm. We ordered fava - it tasted absolutely horrible, somehow like frozen and reheated, with huge chunks of raw onion all around it. The fried cheese was too salty and dripping in grease, we have tried much better ones on the island. The boiled green amaranth was absolutely disgusting, don't know if it tastes better in other places. We don't know how you can manage to badly prepare grilled sardines but this was the case here. Dripping in oil and they simply didn't taste good or fresh. The service was extremely unfriendly, we came by the night before (on 03/10/2023) at 8pm (4h before their indicated closing time on Google Maps, which is written as midnight), asking whether we could have dinner. We were greeted with an annoyed face, pretty much a facial expression that we would force them to serve food. We proposed to come back the next day but were greeted in the same way... Being the only customers, we were sitting there for ages with our empty plates in front of us after we finished, while the waitress was sitting at a table behind us and smoking... This restaurant is an absolute joke. We instantly felt how bad the food was, having discomfort in the stomach right after eating.

We enjoyed our lunch with incredible views of the Aegean Sea and Planitis island.

There aren’t many restaurant options in this area of the island so we were happy to find a spot at Maïstros to grab late lunch.

We enjoyed the fishermen’s spaghetti with a cup of white wine. We ordered the fried squid to share, it was fresh and tasty. The fried squid dish pictured is 2/3rd of the full portion.

Kudos to the staff for specifying the seafood items that are fresh and that are frozen before they’re cooked for patrons.

Staff was helpful and they treated us with a small lemon slushy at the end of our meal—it was the perfect ending to a relaxing lunch by the sea.

Δεν μας δόθηκε η ευκαιρία να δοκιμάσουμε τα πιάτα γιατί θεωρήθηκε καλή ιδέα αντί με ευγενικό τρόπο να μας πουν να μην παρκαρουν να μας βάλουν τις φωνές. Που απλά σταματήσαμε για να αποβιβάσουμε τα παιδια,δεν είχαμε σκοπό καν να παρκάρουμε. Η σερβιτόρα , αγενέστατη και με πολύ υφάκι . Ο τρόπος τους απλά απαράδεκτος και Σημειωτέον, υπήρχαν αμάξια παρκαρισμένα ακριβώς δίπλα!

Μπράβο στον Αντώνη για τον τόσο όμορφο και φιλόξενο χώρο! Το φαγητό καταπληκτικό και φρεσκοτατο και η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη! Θα ξαναερθουμε διότι εκτιμούμε την προθυμία & την τόσο όμορφη συμπεριφορά, αλλά και το ωραίο φαγητό!

Μέτριο ακριβό φαγητό, ακαθάριστες γαρίδες. Συμπαθητική σαλατα και κρεμμυδοκεφτεδες. Το μαγαζί μέσα στις μύγες δε μπορέσαμε να απολαύσουμε το μέτριο φαγητό καθώς έπρεπε συνεχώς να διώχνουμε το σμήνος απο μύγες

Really nice fish restaurant in the small port of Panormos with sea just 5m away from your feet. We had calamari, octopus, chorta, tzatziki and sardela on the grill. Everything was really tasty and super flavourful.

Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση από Τρίτη για Σάββατο και ενώ ζήτησα τραπέζι μπροστά για τέσσερα άτομα με θετική απάντηση, μας έδωσαν τραπέζι πίσω στον τοίχο χωρίς αέρα. Όταν φτάσαμε μας είπαν ότι τραπέζι μπροστά παίρνει οποίος προλάβει. Φύγαμε.

Ίσως η καλύτερη ψαροταβέρνα του νησιού στον Πάνορμο . Σπεσιαλιτέ φρέσκα ψάρια ,κακαβιά ,σαλάχι και μακαρονάδες θαλασσινών . Πολύ νόστιμα φρέσκα με γρήγορο σερβις και καλές τιμές . .

Κακή εξυπηρέτηση. τεράστια αναμονή ενώ είχε μόνο 5 τραπέζια. Προσωπικό με αγένεια. Όχι περιποιημένος - καθαρός χώρος. Απαράδεκτο!

We ate a really tasty lunch at Maistros. The food was exquisite, especially the kolokythokeftedes and the fried kalamarakia. The portions were big and everything smelled nice! The restaurant has a nice view at the Ormos of Panormos and the staff was really kind and eager to help. I would highly recommend this tavern to anyone that wants a tasteful meal with logical prices!

Questo è sicuramente il miglior ristorante di pesce. Purtroppo noi non siamo stati causa continui cambiamenti di programma ma hanno accettato prenotazione da facebook e quindi accettato la cancellazione. Buon biglietto da visita. Ci andremo appena si ritorna.
