Hôtel impressionnant avec une décoration ultra harmonieuse.

C'est à côté de la porte Saint-Jean que se trouve l'un des plus luxueux établissements de la cité médiévale. Ancienne résidence des Chevaliers, construite en 1340, cette auberge ne sera malheureusement pas à la portée de toutes les bourses mais les chanceux pourront apprécier le travail de rénovation réalisé ici, réellement impressionnant. On apprécie le souci du détail et les objets de collection qui font de l’hôtel un musée vivant, à la décoration ultra harmonieuse. Accueil personnalisé et professionnel, et tout le confort attendu de ce type d'établissement.

Absolutely the nicest place we’ve ever stayed at!! Thank you Nikos and Angela for your amazing hospitality!! And to Paris for beautiful piano serenades while sipping wine in the lovely courtyard!

We recently stayed here for a long weekend during our honeymoon. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place. Nikos and Angela were amazing hosts. They have truly thought of EVERYTHING when designing their hotel. No detail is forgotten. The rooms are luxurious and completely stocked with every toiletry, snack, and comfort you could think of. The breakfast they serve each morning is delicious and beautifully done. The drinks in the evening had us planning our day around coming back to the hotel to sit in the beautiful garden and have a drink. Beyond the absolute beauty and perfection of the actual hotel space, the thoughtfulness of Nikos and Angela is something I’ve never experienced in all of my travels. They have created their own app that shows you how to get anywhere in Rhodes, where to eat, and how to get back to the hotel no matter where you’re at. Nikos took time out of each day to set up a specialized list of tourist recommendations based on our interests and wants. It truly was so much more than a hotel stay – this was an experience where you felt truly taken care of and excited to come back to the hotel each night. I would honestly come back to Rhodes just to stay at Kókkini Porta Rossa again.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world! The hospitality of the family that runs it is unparalleled. The building is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location by the St. John's gate is convenient. It's only a short walk to the busier streets, but you're far enough off of them to not get the noise. The area is very safe, even at night.
Every detail and want has been provided for. Breakfast (included) is a 4 course feast of the highest quality. The rooms are well stocked with local snacks and beverages (all included). The ground floor lounge and bar are at your convenience as well (included). The most amazing part is that Nikos will build you a daily itinerary, complete with maps and a companion app. His recommendations are superb and will help you get the most of your visit to Rhodes. The staff will arrange reservations, transport, rentals, tours etc. on your behalf. Stay at least 3 nights, two was not enough!
