Regrettably this hotel was a complete disappointment even tough the location in Stegna is nice. The already pre-paid and pre-booked room was apprently rented out without any cleaning which was not accepted. The room was dirty in every corner, especially the bathroom. Never had any problem with a 3 star hotel, but the only expectation was at least a clean room. Unfortunately, this hotel does not even meet the lowest hygiene standards so that a stay over night was unacceptable and a switch to another hotel was needed. When there is a problem, there is no fair solution like a recharge of the payment. Payments made in advance will not be refunded in the event that the service for which you pay is not provided. Therefore, it is definetely recommended to not make an advance payment. Never again, it is recommended to check the other feedbacks which show the same problems. The hotel has been reported to booking.

Comments added to address below inaccurate allegations (Dec 4, 2022): 1. The stay was unacceptable due to the hygienic conditions - not because of distance. Rhodos Town has already been visited. Additional photos to document the status can be added. 2. The recension was added later after the stay now as there were a lot of discussion with booking and yourself as you very well know. The prepaid service was not fulfilled. The money was kept although your room could not used as it was too dirty to stay. There was no refund of the price. This is factual. You have received the money upfront without having provided the service. I do not pay for an uncleaned room nor do I stay in a hotel who rents out rooms in this state. When I make a reservation, I book at least a clean room. 3. The problem was described immediately once it was observed how dirty the room is. The hotel was also immediately left - no stay for 3 hours. 4. I do not care if a room is booked for only 1 night or 100 nights - it has to be cleaned. Otherwise, if you do not take care for guests visiting for one night, then cope with the honest feedback provided. People do not want their vacation ruined with such an experience.

Sehr schön und familiäre Atmosphäre . Man fühlt sich gleich wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Matratze war hart aber sonst war alles in allem Top ????????????

Odalar her gün temizlenmedi kahvaltı iyi değil. Klima içinde her gün 10€ isteniyor. Araba olmadan diğer yerleri gezmek zor. Plajın kenarında. Odanın içine su çay birakilmamiş .

They are kind and helpful, the place and the view is beautiful, you don't need more than that. Thanks to the whole family for their very hardwork for the delicious breakfasts and the cleanness. I hope we will meet again in Stegna. :)
