Wir haben mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Baby über € 7,300.00 bezahlt für 8 Nächte Vollpension. Wir hatten die Double Junior Deluxe Suite mit bestem Meerblick im 4. Stock. Zimmer 436.

Die Suite war groß, jedoch veraltet und mit unbequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet, ferner ohne Teppichböden! Highlight war die Terrasse mit traumhaften Ausblick und der Whirlpool im Bad. Ansonsten eher 4 Sterne. Modernisierung dringend erforderlich. Auch TV ohne HD Bild mit veralteter Technik. Dafür alle deutschen Programme.
Lob: walk-in closet.

Buffet war Bestenfalls 4 Sterne, zwar sehr vielseitig aber maximal guter Qualität. Keine Premium Auswahl wie Hummer oder Rinder fillet. Lunch war ganz schlecht mit Resten vom Vortag. Angestellte sehr freundlich, hier klare 5 Sterne Kategorie. Weg von der Suite bis zur Rezeption viel zu weit, Restaurant dito.
Man ist schneller am Strand als an der Rezeption, kein Scherz!

Unverschämt dass man bei über 7,000 Euro noch das Wasser beim dinner bezahlen soll. Nach Protest erhielten wir dieses Gratis. Zimmer Service und Rezeption eine einzige Katastrophe. Haben 15 Minuten vergeblich am Telefon auf Antwort gewartet. Waren mit Person mit Behinderung eingebucht, in Notfall hätten wir keine Hilfe ordern können.

Anlage sehr gut und gepflegt mit Deluxe Mini Golf Anlage und SPA mit 3 thermal Bädern. Hier 4,5 Sterne. Spa kostet aber 25 Euro extra pro Person. Unverständlich.

Würden nicht wieder kommen bei dem Preis von fast 700 Euro pro Nacht und Verpflegung.

Great Family experience and adventures at Sheraton Fuerteventura. Our Kids enjoy the KidsClub and give us time as a couple for pool&beach. Awesome Yambaland Team and fun experience at the Golf course. There are great breakfast and dinner buffet! We will repeat at Sheraton, but still have some days until we leave... Thank you.

Great hotel. Lovely clean facilities. Staff all great. Of note was Olga and the rest of the animation team, the bar staff (pool and reception bar), and the restaurant staff. Everybody, from the manager to the maid, always had a nice smile and passed the time of day and help. Facilities excellent, from the rooms to restaurant, to the toilets and daily entertainment was great. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic hotel, great all round facilities and pool. Further, the staff are all amazing. The location is perfect, situated at the back of a lovely beach. The promenade provides a lovely walk to many food spots, another lovely beach and a great little shopping centre. All in all, great value in a lovely location!

Great activities, particularly for our 11 and 13 year old boys. Big rooms and big bathrooms. Pools are great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Didn’t meet expectations from a 5 star hotel at all. Had much better experiences on 4 star hotels especially in terms of cleaning, food variety and service. Everthing is extremely worn out and not well maintained, shower caps, tiles in showers, carpets. Serving almost same food everday especially at lunch. Also our first day was so rough. All the staff looks so polite and smiling (some are actually really helpful) but they don’t hesitate rejecting you to have a table in the restaurant if you don’t know your room number yet. We needed to go back and forth all the time to sort things out. The guest comfort is not priority here. After achieving to get a table it takes ages to be served at the restaurant by the pool. Luckily they switched to buffet so we didn’t spend our holiday chasing people for 2 hours to get food. They work on solving the problems you are facing but it would take all my holiday to make those sorted so I would ideally expect them not happening in first place, especially in 5 star hotel. Will definetely never book a Sheraton or marriott hotel again.

The good parts are the calm beach that we have preferred over extremely crowded pool, great well maintained garden unlike the inside of the building and there are different attractions you can do during the day.

Fantastic family resort: good service, great kids’ entertainment, tasty breakfast!

Sadly the hotel is let down by incredibly poor internet / WiFi which makes it difficult to work / keep up to date with emails (WiFi isn’t working in room, in the gym, by the pool etc). Spent a fortune on roaming data charges.

Also swimming pools relatively cold.

Our initial room was very close to the evening entertainment (goes on until 10:30) which made it difffcult for our 6 year old to get to sleep but the manager was very quick and helpful to move us.

Sadly without WiFi I cannot see us returning here despite the most wonderful staff

Fuimos a este hotel y nos encantó. Es una maravilla sus trabajadores y las instalaciones con las que cuentan. Los monitores que cuidaron de nuestros hijos en las actividades son perfectos. Recomiendo este hotel al 100%.

5 Sterne sind nicht gleich 5 Sterne!

Wir lieben es die Welt zu bereisen und tolle 5 Sterne Häuser zu entdecken.

Wir waren letzte Woche noch in Venedig ( Jesolo ) im Hotel Almar - einen klasse 5 Sterne Hotel.

Leider ist unser Aufenthalt im Sheraton auf Fuerteventura eher ernüchternd.

Wir waren vor 2-3 Jahren schonmal hier und das Hotel hat stark nachgelassen. Zu den Top Häusern der Welt war es auch damals nicht zu vergleichen, trotzdem möchte ich hier nochmal unseren bisherigen Aufenthalt näher beschreiben und unsere Kritik respektvoll äußern.

Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen, dass das Personal steht’s bemüht wirkt, was besonderes beim einchecken spürbar war.

Das Zimmer:
Die Junior Suit ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und gut isoliert. Wenn die Türen geschlossen sind ist kaum etwas von außen zuhören.
Leider fällt die große Sprudelbadewanne halb auseinander. Die Verkleidung hängt lose an der äußeren Seitenwand. Wir müssen aufpassen, dass sich unser kleiner hier nicht verletzt. Der Duschkopf fällt ab und dass Wasser lässt sich nicht richtig einstellen.
Im Badezimmer gibt es nur einen Mülleimer im separaten WC.
Die Handtücher sind sehr knapp bemessen sodass diese teilweise nicht ausreichend sind.
Die Batterien der Fernbedienung sind leer, dass kommt aber in den besten Häusern mal vor ;)

Die Balkon Möbel sind schön und im guter Qualität, die Auflagen leider nicht!

Das Essen:
Für uns am enttäuschenden.
Das Brot ist nicht frisch und das aufgeschnittene Obst ist nur ok
Die Konfitüre kam aus einer Art riesigen seifenspender und hat dementsprechend geschmeckt.
Das Buffets beim Abendessen war wie in einer bessern Kantine.
Nach ca. 20 min durften wir etwas zutrinken bestellen und haben diese dann nach weiterer längeren Wartezeit erhalten, die ersten Speisen hatten wir zu der Zeit schon aufgegessen.
Auf den Stühlen im Esssaal lässt es sich nicht mehr gemütlich sitzen, da diese so extrem durchmessen waren.
Das Essensangebot hat nichts mit einer 5 Sterne Küche zutun - sorry !
Dafür ist das Frühstück inklusive, was aber vielleicht auch ein Grund für die Qualität ist.

Falls sich unser Eindruck bei dem A La Carte Restaurant änderten sollte, würden wir dies nochmal ergänzen.

Der Poolbereich ist groß aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Leider befindet sich das Hotel direkt unter der Einflugschneise des Flughafens und der regelmäßigen Fluglärm ist nicht so angenehm.

Die Promenade am Meer lädt zum spazieren ein. Leider funktioniert die Schlüsselanlage am Zaun nicht, sodass immer erst geklingelt werden muss um zurück aufs Gelände des Hotels zu kommen.
Die Türen werden dann ohne Kommunikation geöffnet. Dies ermöglicht aber natürlich auch ungebetenen Gästen den Zutritt.
Wir haben gesehen, wie Leute über den Zaun geklettert sind um die Tür von innen zu öffnen.
Security war nicht zu sehen.

Zusammenfassend gesagt, werden wir hier wohl keinen weiteren Aufenthalt mehr haben.
Leider ist die Kette wohl grundsätzlich etwas schwächer geworden, Dubai Anfang des Jahres war auch nicht so toll.
Die Hotel ist nicht schlecht, aber hat unser Meinung nach den Anschluss zu guten Häusern verloren.

Für Freunde von hochwertigen 5 Sterne Häusern ist auf den Kanaren das Ritz Carlton sehr zu empfehlen, hier gehts wohl für uns das nächste mal wieder hin.

Wir sind noch 5 Tage hier und werden morgen mal nach Lanzarote übersetzen um hier nochmal die Hotels erkunden und unseren Urlaub dort evtl. fortsetzen.

Maravilloso hotel, perfecto lugar donde pasar unas vacaciones con multitud de opciones, las habitaciones muy bien y el personal del hotel muy amable.

Todo muy bien, la atención muy buena. Destacar el miniclub, mi hija disfrutó mucho de sus vacaciones y las actividades.

Excelente hotel con excelente ubicación y personal. Muy bien atendidos en todo momento, se agradecen especialmente las diferentes actividades con los niños en la piscina. Volveremos.

A destacar el gran trato y amabilidad del personal. Las diversas actividades a lo largo del día son geniales y hacen de la estancia una oportunidad tanto para mantenerte activo como para descansar. Grata visita también al spa del hotel.

Great place to visit amazing spot and great food. Entertainment was amazing. Games and activities were great. There was something on everyday for all ages. Olga and Aaron were great and very entertaining. They were both very good at their activities.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant notre séjour à Fuerteventura et avons apprécié à la fois sa localisation et la qualité de ses prestations. Un accueil très sympathique, un personnel toujours à l'écoute, une restauration de qualité nous ont permis de passer de très agréables vacances sur cette île.

Grand hôtel avec très beau hall d'entrée et de belles chambres avec une très grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire . Les buffets du petits déjeuners sont delicieux et ceux du soir ont de quoi satisfaire tout le monde avec en particuliers des poissons frais que l'on fait griller par le cuisinier . Seuls les desserts sont le point faible mais on peut se rattraper avec le grand choix des entrées . Pour le déjeuner le restaurant en bord de piscine est parfait . Une piscine extérieure est chauffée , ce qui est parfait pour le mois de mars . Un petit centre commercial est à côté de l'hôtel et on peut longer la plage sur l'arrière .
