I feel I should let people know who are looking at this resort as a place for vacation that the pictures on their website are very misleading. This resort is old and very dated . The rooms are not clean . The furniture is dirty and stained . I wanted to leave as soon as I got here but of course it is not refundable. What a waste of money . Huge disappointment . This place needs to be completely remodeled . The food is mediocre at best. I used to like Secrets Resorts as I have been to several but this will be my last .

Great hotel, but not as good as it was five years ago. Customer facing staff are great but room service was very poor. Housekeeping could also be improved
