Les clients apprécient particulièrement l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à proximité des transports en commun et du centre-ville, ainsi que les services et installations proposés.

we changed the room 3 times and it's horrible on every level there is nothing good in this hotel I prefer to be outside, I had to book in another hotel. I honestly advise you not to book here
Edit: I did not provide "feedback that my issue is resolved". I said that I am good when receptionist asked "how are you?"
You mentioned that the first night there is no other room available yet I was not compensated in any way for the first night that I spent the night in fear sleeping with bugs running around.
The receptionist was extremely condescending, which is similar to your response. The whole time I raised this bug issue. I am constantly getting doubted by the staff members despite multiple photos. In fact, for the third attempt, I modified my schedule and made an effort to return to the hotel in the middle of the day in order to communicate with manager but got rejected and talked down to by the staff. I do not understand why a simple phone call was never offered to me as an option even when manager was not onsite. Or maybe I was lied to when I was told the manager was not available since you mentioned you are on site almost everyday. At this point after my third attempt, I was frustrated and did not want to further ruin my vacation and simply gave up.
It seems that whenever someone brought up an issue. The response of the staff is to procrastinate as much as possible until the customer give up. I do not recommend staying here.
What a shame because I like the theme of this hotel and the decor of the lobby and dining area. Had this issue was resolved properly, this would have been an amazing experiences.
