Nous avons eu notre mariage de rêve! Dans le sublime château de Pourtales ! Les salons historiques sont incroyables ! Les chambres confortables, et le personnels accueillant et bienveillant.

日本人です。Percの方にアップデートして宿泊しました。
部屋は広くてよかったです。特にシャワールームが広くて、夜と朝二回入りました。ヨーロッパのホテルではトップレベルにいい水回り設備でした。
周りの庭園も素晴らしく、自然とチルできます。
夜も虫の声だけが聞こえるようなとても落ち着いた環境で素晴らしいです。
中心地へは、車でP+Rの駅まで行って、トラムです。中心地へは車ではいけません。中心地に車で入るためには、特別な許可証が必要ですし、駐車場を探すのは難しいと思います。

Mon séjour a été des plus agréables sous plusieurs aspects. Le personnel s’est distingué par sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux, agrémentant ainsi mon expérience d’une touche conviviale. Ma chambre a su offrir un confort indéniable, et la présence discrète d’un ventilateur a apporté une agréable sensation de fraîcheur. Les vastes espaces extérieurs étaient entretenus avec soin, comme en témoigne ma rencontre fortuite avec le jardinier en partant. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner copieux servi dans une salle spacieuse, rehaussée par un mobilier élégant, a apporté une note finale parfaite à cette expérience. Une véritable réussite alliant discrétion et satisfaction.

Wer möchte nicht einmal in einem Schloss residieren?
Diese Möglichkeit erschließt sich im Château de Pourtalès. Wer es ein wenig günstiger haben möchte, nächtigt im Nebengebäude. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für alle Gäste im Schloss aufgebaut. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig aber nicht überladen.
Der Park lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen oder sogar zu einer Runde Laufen ein.
Der Service ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Die Anlage ist idyllisch und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine tolle Atmosphäre als Kontrast zur hektischen Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This recommendable Tourist Hotel is surrounded by the 5 hectares natural castle park. There are no guest rooms in the castle itself but in 3 two-storey buildings called Cottages right next to it. The Reception and the breakfast room are in the castle wing and the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
There is a courtyard with a pavilion and an area where you can find imperial seating, a Bar and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. The approach leads through a tree-lined avenue, before you reach to the public car park. There is also a public Garden Restaurant (from 4 pm) which is also popular from outside visitors. The Hotel is ideal for exploring Strasbourg and offers a moderate price level. The rooms are spacious and clean although the grounds could use a bit more maintenance.

A Strasbourg mais dans la nature. C'est un château magnifique, façade comme intérieur dans un cadre calme et majestueux. J'ai pu essayer le spa, petit mais vraiment charmant et me promener dans les sentiers de forêt.

Lieu magnifique, apaisant. Le domaine est très agréable pour se promener.
Les chambres pourraient être un peu rafraichies mais dans l'ensemble, tout est bien pensé, jusqu'au salon de thé avant d'aller se coucher.
L'espace SPA, qui vient d'ouvrir, est très bien aménagé (hammam, sauna, espace détente). Un vrai moment de détente.
Les petits déjeuners sont très complets et délicieux. Grand choix de produits (salé, sucré).
