Parking is a bummer if your car isn’t allowed in their lot due to size. Other than that, no problems and the rooms with the little kitchen and office are lovely

Hotel 2170 Lincoln provided my group of touring high school students with a seamless, enjoyable experience. The entire space was clean and warm, the rooms were spacious, and service was quick and professional. Its location--steps from the Green train line--was safe and convenient. Léonie Leclerc, the sales manager, was responsive, considerate, and attentive to our needs. You will be in great hands with Léonie and at Hotel 2170 Lincoln!

10/10 for this hotel .Our flight got cancelled the last minute so had to stay for one more night .We were so tired and frustrated .The young gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to give us an upgrade. Would definitely recommend this place.Staff is great.

Although this hotel is apparently a 3 star, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

The room was spotless, customer service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

They even upgraded us to another room at no additional cost.

I highly recommend this hotel. 5/5.

J'ai eu l'occasion d'organiser un meeting de travail dans cet hôtel. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, salle de réunion lumineuse avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Royal, déjeuners et collations copieux, disponibilité du personnel. Rapport qualité prix imbattable, à 2 pas du métro Atwater. Je recommande.

Lovely clean rooms with kitchenette. Friendly staff in a great location. Close to the metro or shopping malls, cinema. Rooms start to be a little dated for my taste with too much carpets. It's a personal preference. This is why 4 stars, but i still came here and would book it again. It was not my first visit. It hosts good, warm breakfast each morning. Location is safe with parking underground. For larger vehicles there is a parking nearby that can accommodate. Room to stop and drop luggage at the entrance. No valet. Popular for business trip. 20 dollar trip in taxi to old port.

Paid premium for this hotel via Qantas hotels. On arrival at this ‘downtown’ hotel there were individuals sitting on the stoop right outside smoking and drinking! We had to struggle to get our luggage in the door and the lift was tiny. The room was a 2 bed for 5 people, with a tiny bathroom and kitchenette.
The whole atmosphere was not great. To top it all, the hotel charged my credit card for the stay although I had fully paid and I had to ask for a refund before they realised. When I was refunded it was less the initial debit due to exchange rate movement. Not. Impressed. At. All!

Rooms are nice - size and layout will vary, but they are all suites with full kitchens. Great for short or long stays.

Check in can be slow at times, but the staff are friendly and helpful. There's only 2 elevators servicing many floors so you should expect a wait. Complimentary buffet breakfast is good, plenty of options.

Location is great - a couple of blocks from Atwater Metro station, so it's easy to get around using public transportation. Grocery store is only a few blocks away, plenty of restaurants in the area along Ste Catherine.

Overall, good value and I'll be back next year!

Excellent location with comfortable accommodations. Rodney from the front office provided exceptional assistance. Numerous dining options nearby, with downtown just minutes away.

5/10 juste pour l'emplacement
L'hotel est situé proche du centre-ville et des centres commerciaux, restaurants mais le service a été lent .
Nous avons trouvé des cigarettes fumées sur le balcon malgré que l'hôtel est strictement non fumeur,la piscine n'est pas disponible
Il manquait des draps pour le canapé et certains chaises étaient très vieilles.
Nous avons demandé des draps et on nous a demandé de descendre puisqu'il n'y avait personne qui pouvait venir à notre chambre.
Nous n'avons pas pu stationner notre voiture
Pour le petit déjeuner qui est "inclus"
Les choix ne sont pas nombreuses .
L'hotel ressemble plutôt à un airbnb 3 fois plus chèr. Je ne le recommande pas .

Edit: Response to hotel: Thank you for your response Catherine. The issue was only partially rectified only after repeated calls by last week. I received only $211.82 refund so far out of the $355. I'm still waiting for the remaining amount which I was told would be resolved this week. I sent another email to your accountant to follow up with no response yet. I would really like to close this and move on please. I would appreciate full resolution before the end of the week.

I was charged twice for a room back in September 2023.
I contacted the hotel and they sent me to their accountant. About a month ago, the accountant told me via email that she is investigating the matter. I even sent her screenshots of my credit card. Since then, I keep trying to reach her via email and phone and get no response on either. I'm tired of leaving her voicemails and emails. I called the front desk again today and asked to speak to a manager but she transferred my call to the accountant again despite my protests. I called back again and again and the front desk person keeps putting my call on hold without even talking to me. This is quite unprofessional and I believe she is in on this with the accountant and ignoring my calls on purpose. I have lost $355 due to a double charge and I cannot figure out how to contact anyone at this hotel to get my money back. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I will be filing a consumer case against them if I don't hear back in a day or two.
This is no way to make money by scamming your customers!!!

I came for surgery downtown at Westmount. This was the perfect location, and the staff couldn’t have been better. My husband stayed there while I had my operation and enjoyed the delicious free breakfast every morning. There are grocery stores etc steps away for meals and snacks. Having a little kitchenette saved so much money! When I got out of the surgical centre they provided me with a raised toilet seat, AND they let us check out 2 hours later so we didn’t have to rush to the airport. They were so accommodating, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you to ALL your staff for making this a perfect stay!!! God bless you all for your kindness to compassion to me after my operation.
We can’t wait to come back here to stay as tourists and check out downtown! Thank you again for everything, and see you again soon!

Léonie and her team are very easy to work with. They care about their groups and ensure a very positive experience. From the minute you engage with a booking until the end of your stay, they are supportive. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone bringing a team, school group or tour to Montreal. I use this hotel often and the care for our students is consistent every time.

Extremely disappointed at managements lack of professionalism and client-care. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Booked for a group of 23 people and a conference room. On-site crew during the stay were new but did a great job. I have been running after management to help me with my problems of stay and give me my invoices. Completely unsatisfactory stay, management is completely unprofessional. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here for one night 11/4-11/5/2023. The location is great. The room is spacious but the furniture and bedding are quite old. The surface of the chairs are pretty bad, for example. I booked this hotel through chase travel so the stay should have been paid for. When checking in, the receptionist first told me that I don’t have a reservation but after checking for minutes eventually said that she found it. When I checked out I was told everything looked good, but only later I found out that I was still charged. I had to call them four times and email their accounting to get the charge refunded. perhaps due to the exchange rate fluctuations the refund was a couple of dollars less than the false charge. I don’t really care about the small difference but they didn’t even care to explain this discrepancy when asked. I just hate it when the business assumes that the customer wouldn’t care such a small loss, but it is really the hotel’s fault to mess it up and wasted my time to make it right.

Really enjoyed my long stay here. Staff is very friendly and helped me with any questions I had about Montreal. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was a great addition to keep drinks, snacks, and to reheat food. Housekeeping always did a great job and the breakfast has a good amount of delicious variety. Area around the hotel is clean, safe, and quiet. Location wise it was the ideal spot. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay and if I were to come back I will definitely choose this hotel again!
