Il convient de souligner les expositions temporaires bien organisées qui ouvrent régulièrement de nouvelles perspectives et font de la Kunsthalle un lieu toujours passionnant. Les locaux sont spacieux et offrent suffisamment de place aux œuvres pour qu'elles puissent déployer leur effet.
L'audioguide est informatif et aide à comprendre encore mieux les expositions sans être trop exigeant. Le café offre également une possibilité agréable de se remémorer ses impressions autour d'un café ou d'un snack.
Un petit bémol : le prix d'entrée est un peu élevé par rapport à d'autres musées. Néanmoins, la Kunsthalle vaut chaque centime, surtout pour ceux qui sont passionnés par l'art sous toutes ses formes.
Of course, some of the art was outstanding, and The Wanderer Over the Sea of Fog is worth the admission alone. However, some of the art is not up to par, like the Dutch and Italian rooms.
The gallery has some exciting ideas to shake things up a bit. The exhibition about how to date and trace art, or how to spot a fake, is a really nice idea, even if not visually enticing enough. The one about different people describing an art piece is even more interesting, but then the recordings are too long and you can't skip them once they start, basically making you bored before you finish with the first one.
So, for me, a great art gallery that lacks a little bit in execution to be incredible.
Natürlich war es voll, und dennoch fand ich es schön. Man musste manchmal warten, wenn eine Gruppe vor einem Gemälde stand.
Was für mich nicht klappte war die Nutzung der App. Ich hatte häufig kein Netz, sodass ich früh aufgab. Mir reichten allerdings dann auch die ausführlichen Informationen neben den jeweiligen Gemälden.
The main room you come into from the entrance is epic and so stunning. I truly wish to go back and spend more time for each Art piece. I think about 3hrs is a good time to dedicate to visiting this museum.
