TRES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE

j'ai payé une journee pour un tour aux alentours de marrakech il ya quelques jours. je paye le tour mais cette agence annule faute de participants. l'agence me demande d'annuler moi meme sur le site Viator.Je refuse car je sais qu'en annulant en dessous des 24heures reglementaires je devrai payer quand meme. l'agence m'assure que non. j'annule sur viator et me voila prelevée de 100euros sans avoir fait de tour !!!! personne ne me répond ! c'est honteux !

Excellent Trip!!!

We booked a van and driver with this company for a day trip to ouarzazate and it was Above our expectations.

Marrakech - Essaouira

Nous rentrons d'une semaine au Maroc entre amis. Nous étions 33 personnes (adultes et enfants) et Walid s'est occupé de tout...Des transferts à notre hôtel en passant par la visite de Marrakech, la balade en chameau dans la Palmeraie, le jardin Majorelle et notre fantastique journée à Essaouira.
C'était parfait!!!
Véhicules propres et confortables, Chauffeurs ponctuels, souriants, agréables et disponibles. Un grand merci à Abdou et Anouar pour vous être si bien occupés de nous durant cette semaine.
Et merci également à walid, sa gentillesse son professionnalisme et ses autres talents nous ont conquis...
Nous avons hâte de revenir!

Amazing day trip

We booked one day trip with transfert marrakech and it was really a memorable one we had since we travel to morocco. We will highly recommand them to my family and friends.
