Tout d'abord, je remercie le personnel de la réception, digne de grands hotels et le +++ c'est que ne font pas de différence entre un marocain (j'ai appréciée)et un étranger ,les mentalités ont bien changé et c'est parfait.

Furniture and fittings are dated.
Needs huge improvement.

Checkout procedure was disgraceful and disrespectful.

The receptionist Abdul and his manager omari are highly unfit for their roles. They harrassed my family at the checkout process to extract money saying their towels are missing. We told him we didn't even use their towels in the first place. He got aggressive. We showed our luggage and the guy didn't even apologise for thr behaviour. Racket of people to extract money at the checkout process by stressing customers in an hurry to get to airport. Then suddenly they started blaming the cleaning ladies.
We don't use their towels as we don't know how they are washed. We always use our own towels. Its not worth it.
PLEASE AVOID THIS RESORT. I HOPE THIS COMMENT REACHES MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS. THEY NEED TO KNOW HOW THEIR STAFF IS WORKING.
Bon Petit déjeuner complet et servi dans appartement.
Emplacement idéal dans une palmeraie au calme absolue.
Pas de housse de couette et matelas fatigué
Trotz allem ein netter Aufenthalt dort.
