Couldn’t book because the duty manager named MAKSOUD would not accept a valid digital copy of an EID. The manager became aggressive and insulted the client by spitting on the person. Can you believe such disgusting people are still working in hospitality and still maintain a job?

We had an absolutely amazing time at southern sun hotel abu dhabi. The rooms were spacious and spotless, The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable . but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the reception staff are incredibly helpful . this was one of the nicest places we stayed…

عندما حجزت عن طريق الهاتف وتم ابلغهم بالفطور شامل سعر الحجز
وعندما نزلت للفطور قالو لي يجب عليك الدفع سعر الافطار علما باني اخبرتهم بالهاتف
وعندما راجعت الاستقبال يتكلم معك باسلوب وقح ومهذب بنفس الوقت

روائح الغرف بشعه
غير متوفر فراشه اسنان بالفندق
ومكوه الملابس ايضا غير متوفره
واذا تريد كي ملابسك يجبرك على دفع رسوم خدمه

لم اكرر تجربتي بهذا الفندق مره اخرى ????????????????????????????????????????

Hotel pas moderne du tout avec une réceptionniste à caractère bizarre. Tout l’hôtel est dans une ambiance bizarre resté et bloqué à l’année de sa construction.
La chambre était bruyante et l’hotel pas serviable à part le monsieur de la piscine très gentil.
Trouvez un autre hotel si vous descendez à Abu dhabi

Exceptional 4-Star hotel with great facilities to suite the needs of everyone.
This is my "go to" hotel whenever i am in Abu Dhabi..i love it here!!
Check-in was seamless and the they all paid attention to details.
I even got a late check-out when i requested, this was a very pleasant end to my stay.

Ich war wirklich schon in vielen hotels auf der ganzen Welt unterwegs. Aber das Frühstück im Southern Sun ist wirklich vom anderen Stern ????...außerdem ist alles sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls superfreundlich. Der Pool Mitarbeiter "Guru" war sehr witzig und hat uns immer bei Laune gehalten.

It was a wonderful experience in southern sun restaurant. I attended a iftar buffet. This restaurant has an beautiful location and the Food was very tasty specially non-veg dishes was delicious.The elegant decor of the hotel creates a wonderfully regal ambiance.

Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und Lösungsorientiert.
Leider ist das Hotel aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr so schön wie zum Beispiel bei 'booking' angezeigt wird.
Die Zimmer müssen unbedingt renoviert werden und durch das kaputte Fenster kam sehr viel Lärm von der Straße. Dadurch ist der Preis für ein Zimmer zu hoch. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es bessere und modernere Hotels für den gleichen Preis.

Ce magnifique hôtel à la déco exceptionnelle est très bien situé près de la Corniche.
Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien insonorisées (nous étions proches de l'ascenseur et nous n'avons rien entendu).
L'accueil et le personnel sont charmant, le petit déjeuner est fantastique !
Nous sommes allées deux fois au bar/resto du 27ème étage, c'est vraiment bien.
C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons je l'espère.
