Absolutely love the staff/food /and security always makes us feel safe wellcommed and above all fabulous food as always coming here years and now my husband needs long term palliative care and has mobility issues but staff help us in every way possible and carter for my husbands health as making us feel comfortable and bring us our food over piping hot and making sure if we need anything else and security always keeps my husband feel safe wen trying to get to bathroom ???? reccommed to everyone and hopefully my husband has another 1/2/years to enjoy your food deserts thanks to all staff and security ????????

I order vegetarian pizza meal. They asked me which sauce I would like you to have on my chips. I told them Taco sauce with extra cheese and guess what! I got my chips with minced beef in it! I am vegetarian and It’s so stupid of them to put beef in my chips!

Très mal accueilli. Le personnel n'est pas là pour vous aider et essaie de vous faire payer plus cher en vous disant : "Prenez ça, prenez-ci" alors que vous voulez juste une pizza à la base... Très déçu

They are getting worse taking on green cards with little to no English I ordered a bacon cheese burger with burger sauce just bacon cheese burger sauce to get no bacon just cheese and sauce sort out your staff

Rude staff who got our order wrong and didn't change the burger to a large like I originally asked and gave me a small, found a grey hair in the chips, food was great despite that, chips tasted well salted and fresh and the burger was great too, but staff definitely need training

Horrible. Chips raw. I was waiting 15 min for a small pizza. I had to come and ask myself and my pizza was already waiting cold. 5 people to pack one can of Fanta. Avoid coming here

I was in the O'Connell Street Dublin restaurant and ordered a large chicken breast sandwich meal with an ice cream sundae plain.....chicken breast sandwich was bone dry, with practically no sauce at all and very small too...it was like eating cardboard terrible altogether....the ice cream was actually green...This is what was given to me and I can't eat certain food colourings I brought this back to the counter to have it changed and was offered a milk shake instead, apparently this is the colour of the ice cream and there was nothing she could do..... it wasn't white ice cream it was green...... if I had eaten this ice cream
it could have made me very ill....... very poor indeed....20th March 2024 about 12.30 afternoon....

Wir waren gestern Abend gegen 22 Uhr im Supermac's. Vorab moechte ich positiv anmerken dass der junge Mann der uns bedient hat wirklich freundlich war.

Das essen war eine Katastrophe. Unsere Chickentenders waren aufjedenfall alt. Die Panade war Pappig und die Chickentenders lauwarm. Wir haben beide unsere Portion Chickentenders nicht aufgegessen.
Die Pommes waren zwar reichlich aber in einer unangenehmen Weise weich. Ich weiss dass Irland einige Sachen nicht knusprig macht und auch die Pommes sind hier weicher - aber das gestern war ein neues Level. Unsere Pommes haben wir komplett draufgelassen.

Das Ambiente ist ein wenig runtergerockt aber die Tische und der Boden war sauber! Ich mochte dass Sie einen Sicherheitsmann im Laden hatten.
Ausserdem war schoen dass die Getraenke bis oben hin gefuellt waren.
