Love the Summit Inn, we visit often. Delish bloody Marys, Delish Pints and Delish bowls of cocktails sausages.

Can't really give a proper review as I only stopped for a quick pint of Guinness halfway through a hike.
Its location is perfect for a stop-off halfway through the full end to end cliff walk. Pint is good and the food appears to be well rated

This pub is ideally located on the summit of Howth Hill.
Ideally suited for walkers who want a spot for lunch or a drink after their walk.
I was with my elderly father, who at 94 years young went for lunch with my 2 siblings.
As we were entering the front door with my father in a wheelchair a member of staff quickly said he had a portable ramp and proceeded to place it over the steps to allow us to gain access without any difficulty.
Great service !
He then took us to a table beside the open fire and put logs into the fire to ensure my elderly father was warm and comfortable at the table !
We got our order of drinks delivered and placed our food order !
We were all very happy with the quality of the food.
The only criticism I have is that this establishment could do with a make-over as it's quite dated looking.
However, the service and food make up for any criticism of the decor.
I will return with my father as he's is now currently residing in a nursing home nearby.

A taxi driver recommended that I check this place out so I went with some friends after visiting the Howth Cliffs. The food was so good! It was perfect after that long walk

Had a few pints of Guinness on a lovely sunny day, walked the cliff path from the marina, nice finish to my walk to arrive here and have a pint,friendly atmosphere , very friendly staff,Thanks again

Perfekt für einen Drink nachdem man den Cliff-Walk gemacht hat - je nach Route hat man hier die halbe Strecke schon geschafft.

Quando noi italiani diciamo “No vabbè!”…
Questo pub è il top. Ci siamo fermati qui prima di iniziare la nostra escursione. Il cibo è di una bontà assurda. L’ hamburger è pazzesco, servito con patate rustiche ed accompagnate da una salsa strepitosa, per non parlare delle ali di pollo fritte con salsa bbq. I prezzi ci stanno e il personale gentile e col sorriso. CONSIGLIATISSIMO E DA RITORNARCI! ⭐️

Visited here today for lunch and the food was just average. The chicken wings were pretty tasty and my husband enjoyed his scampi, but the chips were very undercooked so I couldn’t eat most of them. I let the staff know but they didn’t seem to care, and they were still on the bill at the end. We live locally and won’t be back.

This is a pub, not a hotel! We called in the afternoon for a late lunch. The service was good and friendly and the drinks were fine. However, the food was just awful! The fish was not fresh and was a greyish colour, the batter was crisp but was a dark brown colour rather than golden! The chips were half cooked and the 'mushy peas' was a small ramekin of green liquid! Really, if you can't do decent fish and chips in Howth you have a problem!

Después de hacer la caminata en Howth, este lugar es increíble para beber y comer bien, si quieres una buena experiencia. El pub lo tiene todo , el personal es muy amable y atento a todo, puedes ver partidos( rugby y fútbol).

Es muy acogedor, puedes estar dentro/fuera y con muy buenas compañías.

Lovely service! They were kind enough to keep our luggage so we could do the cliff walk, which we really appreciated. Also, the Guinness was refreshing. Great location as well

It’s OK… the food was decent, the service was okay, and the prices were not as reasonable. The quality of the food does not justify the price and the service. Strictly no split bills, and gratuity not included?? In Europe! I recommend looking somewhere else!

Summit vaut le détour. Les plats y sont goûteux, le service sympathique et l'ambiance agréable. Un resto à Dublin à ne surtout pas rater.
