One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Staff were amazing- so accommodating and kind, especially given the storm causing cancellations for flights, they helped us book a extra night last minute due to a cancelled flight which was an easy and smooth process. Breakfast is amazing too- really tasty and homemade.

We've stayed here quite a few times in the last few months, travelling up and and down from Kerry for cancer treatments. It is such a lovely place, the staff are very kind and helpful and really made our stay easier given our circumstances. On our last visit earlier this week, they had even upgraded our room. We stayed in the Georgian part of the building, which is absolutely gorgeous, stylish and very peaceful. The breakfast is always delicious and the dining area is nice and airy. I would highly recommend Number 31 to anyone thinking of visiting.

We've stayed here twice and recommend to friends visiting Dublin. It was staffed 24hrs and staff were incredibly helpful. They were always cleaning over our week and a half there. The breakfast was delicious but make sure to make time for it because it's like dining at a restaurant and takes a bit of time. There is espresso available all day and a self serve bar. We came during Ireland's one week of summer for the year in May/June so our room was a bit warm but otherwise very nice and cozy. Our first room was in the same side as the kitchen and was noisy at times but generally okay as we were up. Our second room was across the garden and got upgraded to a lovely suite. Our GoCar was just outside the Georgian rooms and great location.

I loved staying here ! So well located, quiet and secluded, but so central to center of Dublin. The staff are so helpful and thoughtful. Delicious and hearty breakfast options…
I will definitely stay here again when I am in Dublin!

Beautiful Art deco decorated boutique hotel fairly close to Dublin center (Temple Bar).

Stayed here last year in March, overall it was okay.
Pros: the breakfast was outstanding, location is quiet but central enough that we were able to walk to most destinations in the city.
Cons: The room was small and cold. I understand it's a boutique hotel in an old building, but the minimalist design omits some comfort. When we arrived, the owner was in the lobby making disparaging comments about some guests that had just left. His attitude changed to friendly as soon as we walked in, and it felt really contrived and fake. We were glad the weather was nice so we could get outside and didn't have to spend much time at the hotel.

No 31 is a wonderful find in the heart of Dublin, the Hotel is hidden down a side street and has secret garden feel to it. Ruth provided a warm welcome on check in. The room is stunning. The garden is beautiful. This oasis of calm and tranquility is topped by the best breakfast you will find. Delia and her masterful team continue the magic of No 31 with a beautiful assortment of fruits, homemade breads, and eggs florentine that started our day in the best possible way. What a lovely surprise, well done to you all.

We absolutely loved staying at Number 31. My mom, sister, and I were traveling together and had neighboring rooms in the front of the house. Our rooms were well appointed and the beds were comfy. Delia's breakfast was beyond stellar each day, definitely a highlight. Additionally the seating and honor bar are fun options to utilize while getting ready or to relax after a day walking around. Dublin in general is very pedestrian friendly, so while Number 31 is tucked away, we were still able to walk most places. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic hotel. Cozy rooms with top of the line linens and mattresses. And the breakfast is A+ — Delia is a great chef (and very nice!)
