Originaire de Kilkenny, John Britton lance en 2019 des tours guidés en anglais, français et allemand, après avoir travaillé dans l'hôtellerie et notamment comme guide au château de Kilkenny. Le château fait d'ailleurs partie, avec douze autres lieux incontournables de la ville comme la cathédrale Saint-Canice, la brasserie Smithwick ou encore l'abbaye dominicaine Black Abbey, de cette visite de deux heures qui promet une balade de 4 kilomètres en partant de The Parade. Passionnant !

We love walking tours and take them every where we travel. John was an excellent guide and helped us to really get to know and appreciate Kilkenny. He was born and raised in the area and had gobs of info to share. We really enjoyed our time in Kilkenny in large part because we felt we knew it so well…thanks to John. We highly recommend you take a walking tour with John. He’s reasonably priced too!

We took the two hour walking tour which was very informative and interesting. John is very knowledgeable and funny. There were four of us and we all loved the tour. I would recommend the tour to anyone.

My group of four booked a walking tour of Kilkenny with John a week ago after meeting in an Ireland Facebook group. The tour was great and John was informative and funny. He answered all our questions and the time went by so quickly. We loved Kilkenny and we would all recommend John 100%.
