Avis MILAN APARTMENT RENTAL Milan

The apartment is very centrally located in Milan and close to the central station, but that's probably the only positive thing to say about the apartment. The staff is rude, the sinks in both toilets are blocked, the microwave doesn't work, and a lot of the furnishings are broken. Anything that doesn't work when you arrive is deducted from the deposit when you leave, even though the staff is aware of this. If you like rude staff and paying extra charges when you leave, then I can strongly recommend this apartment.

ESPERIENZA DA INCUBO!!! Partiamo dal giorno prima in cui chiamo per chiedere informazioni sul check in. Mi risponde un signore alquanto scocciato che mi dice che il check in è da effettuare massimo intorno le 19.30 e che lui non aspetta, chiudendomi quasi il telefono in faccia!
Il giorno del pernottamento arriviamo alle 18, unica nota positiva la ragazza della reception molto gentile. Arriviamo in camera e qui avviene il disastro. Appartamento sporco, divano sporco di sperma, materasso del letto sfondato, con spalliera del letto sporca con un colore e una patina tendente al marrone…Capitolo bagno, water su soffione di doccia inesistente, bidet sporco con un capello lungo e attorcigliato sul bordo. Ma ora arriva il bello, lavandino del bagno otturato, ci viene comunicato da una signora delle pulizie che rientra in appartamento dopo il Nostro ingresso. Dopo poco ci si presenta alla porta il signore del giorno prima, con l’intento di sistemare il lavandino. Smonta il lavandino, con scarsi risultati, se la prende con i produttori di lavandini di fare prodotti scadenti (povero lavandino sta li da 20 anni), alla fine getta la spugna, ci consiglia di tenere un secchio sotto il lavandino, va via , ma prima si lava le mani nel lavandino , sporca lo stesso di color nero da mani sporche, schizza acqua ovunque e va via. Dopo un’ora abbiamo deciso di abbandonare la stanza e cercare un’altra soluzione ( soluzione cara in quanto settimana del salone del mobile). In una parola uno SCHIFO, non lascerei neanche il mio cane in un posto simile.

Expectation VS reality. We booked an apartment with 1 King Bed, 1 Single Bed, 1 Sofa bed for our family of 5. Stayed at a room with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa bed. Single bed cannot be found. Thus, 3 of us stayed in the sofa bed. Bad experience. Also, elevator is scary and small. Room is not well maintained. Paints are ripped in the bathroom. No toiletries holder in the shower. It is close to the train station but better to choose other options. It is also noisy.

Genial todo, la chica de recepción muy amable, el apartamento limpio y cómodo, el aire funciona perfectamente y las camas cómodas, lo único es que el wifi no funcionaba bien. Por lo demás todo genial

Το δωμάτιο πολύ μέτριο είχε υγρασία χαλασμένο καζανάκι καθόλου καλή μόνωση ακούγαμε τους δίπλα σαν να ήταν μέσα στο δικό μας δωμάτιο .
Να προσέξετε και να διαβάστε πολύ καλά της πληροφορίες προτού κλίσετε γτ άμα δεν άφταστε στην ώρα σας έχει πολιτική να σας χρεώσουν 50€ την ώρα ????‍♀️
Το μόνο καλό η τοποθεσία έχεις τα πάντα πολύ κοντά .

Anche se il albergho è in un ottimo luogo ed è economico, c'erano alcuni problemi: la reception funziona solo dalle 9:30 alle 20:00 e se si arriva più tardi si deve pagare 50€. Se si arriva prima dalle 15:00 si deve pagare per lasciare i bagagli. La camera era soddisfacente ma c'era un po di umidità, la vaschetta del gabinetto era rotto ed il divano-letto era scomodo. Fate attenzione al booking: dice che si dove lasciare come garanzia 50€ per ogni notte (vengono restituiti alle fine del soggiorno).

The reception apparently works 9:30-20:00. Be warned if you arrive later than 20:00 they charge you 50€ extra until 21:00. After 21:00 I don't know what happens, but we met some guests that had arrived later and there was nobody at the reception, no other phone to call, and they were left to their own devices. I felt really bad for them.
Also, it says at the booking site that you have to give a deposit of 50€ per night at the reception while you check in, in case of damages. If you check out earlier than 9:30 they will put the money back in your bank account, if you leave while the reception is working they will just check the room and give it back immediately.
In our room there was humidity on the wall and the toilet flush had some problem and we could hear it all day long. At least it was clean & both receptionists were nice. It's quite cheaper than other hotels and close to centrale, but having no reception at night is kinda sketchy.

Worst staff ever. Unpolite and unprofessional hotel.
Don’t come to this hotel, ever!
We couldn’t do the check in because the reception closes at 20, if you want to do the check in until 21 is possible by there’s a €50 fee. I wouldn’t arrive before 21 anyway, so I came in the second day to do the check in, an the receptionist told me that I needed to pay a €50 fee to do the check in for the room I already paid by Expedia.
Sum up: don’t come! Worst scam ever!

It's a very nice hotel!
Although we were not very good at English, we were able to spend a comfortable time thanks to the kindness of the owner.
The location is also very good as it is close to Milan Central Station.
People who rate this hotel poorly should stay at a higher rated hotel. We had no problems.

Buen apartamento con cocina, ducha y baño amplio, calidad bastante buena.
Venimos de España y la ubicación es perfecta para moverte en tren, ya que la estación está a 2 minutos.
Emmy, la chica de recepción, 10/10. Fue atenta con nosotros en todo momento explicándonos todo para que lo entendamos, con un inglés simple lográis entenderos y eso se hace más agradable para nosotros.
Recomendable avisar con unas horas de antelación porque los apartamentos están en un bloque de pisos.
Piden fianza de 100€ se puede pagar en efectivo y al hacer el check-out se te entrega sin problema, lo veo bien.

I had a bad experience with the service in this apartment. If you make a late check in after 8 pm the reception is closed and they don’t leave the keys in a key box. The owner told us to pay 200 euro for the transfer from airport to the hotel so he will give us the keys. I really didn’t understand this. The owner told us if we refuse the transfer he can let the key in another place and we should pay a fee pf 100 euro.
The apartment was not clean.
Avoid this appartment.

Nothing was good from my experience to this place. The sink ti was fill of water apo t'ime. Comunication with staff so bad

If u have a late check in you will be left outside app and u have to pay a lot of money to get the key

Don't book in this hotel if you go after 8 pm...
I booked my stay for 2 night and i had night flight. I understand is app and they don't offer service 24h but they can provide a safe box or a place where to let the key.
I had to book another flight to be there in time and take the key and when i take it they say to me put the key in the box
So i made all the road to put the key on the box they had it and they say they dont have.
The communication with staff very bad
They say if u dont come you need yo pay 100 euro to take the key somewhere else
Everything no sense
Just dont book in this app

Unbelievable.
If you check-in after 8 pm, you are supposed to:
- pay 50 euros cash (fifty) for the trouble
- go get the keys in a place 3 km away from the apartment.
Of course, I was informed the day before, had to reserve another hotel, and lost all I had payed (luckily I was supposed to stay just one night!).

Good quality-price ratio.
Near the central station, it is very easy to move everywhere with the public transport.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la Estación central cosa que facilita el viaje.
Estaba muy limpio aunque los desagues no funcionaban bien.
Iguslmente la valoración es muy buena!!

Posizione comodissima a 3 minuti dalla stazione Centrale. Molta rigidità nell'organizzazione. Abbiamo prenotato per due coppie e abbiamo fovuto preparare da soli il seconfo letto. In bagno abbiamo trovato residuo sporco dei visitatori precedenti. Non c'è colazione sul posto nè una convenzione con un bar della zona. Non si possono lasciare i bagagli (arrivo o partenza) ma si viene indirizzati a un deposito limitrofo. Lenziola lise e consunte, bucate. Molto migliorabile.
