Bulgari hotel has the best service of any of the big 5 star hotels in Milano. The rooms are a bit cramped but are furnished beautifully. On the ground floor you can enjoy the best imbibing at any Milanese hotel bar thanks to Patrick Greco et al.

Small rooms, bad service, super expensive. The worst hotel deal in my life. Any other hotel in the area will be a better choice.

The service was very bad
Fisrt they messed up the airport pick-up, they forgot to send us a car.
Then We asked for arrangements in the room for our anniversary and they did nothing.
The day of our anniversary we booked a nice dinner place with special arrangements, through the concierge and he arranged the car, but unfortunately they took us to the wrong location
I told them to book at martini D&G, they said your reservation is all set at 11 PM.
we went there and we were surprised that we had no reservation and that the place starts closing @10:30 pm

We visited the bar to get some drinks.
Impeccable and iconic place, the bar is super relaxing, very comfortable.
The attention of the staff is amazing, we felt over the moon.
I ordered a Bulgari signature cocktail which was more than exquisite, my boyfriend got a drink with tequila, he also loved it.
Yes, the prices are high but you get what you pay: quality.

**Construction**I truly love this hotel. This is my second stay. The staff and everything are superb, but there is currently a construction project happening. I awoke to the sound of jackhammers at 8:00 am and it has not stopped. Impossible to sleep. Impossible to work. Impossible to have a Zoom or call without incessant racket. Check that the project is complete before booking your stay.

What a disappointment at the home country of this Brand. The worst service more recently we experienced. Arrogant and not attentive staff. A shame compared to other BULGARI Hotels. In all case my reference if it comes to this brand is the Paris property. Here everything is perfect from reception to service, attention and food. Personally, and many of my friends confirm, this property is most like the reference in Paris. I hope the Milan one changes on the friendliness and client attention. Maybe staff visits an other Bulgari…

This is a Terrific hotel in Milan. We had 2 beautiful connecting rooms on 2A. Breakfast was nice, all day menu was adequate. It's in a good location, it's a little further to walk but not far. The only let down was I thought the concierges could have done a better job. Forgetting some requests and failing to properly inform us on a few things we needed to bring despite having a lot of notice. But all in all a very good stay at the Bvlgari hotel. The boys out the front were first class with help and dealing with our luggage.

I had a terrible foodpoisening after my stay mid of October this year. As my wife and I have eaten from the same plates each day 2 days before and in the hotel, despite the tiramisu only I had, it was clear where I got it from. The doctor, brought by the hotel, charging 300 Euro for a consultation of 5 minutes, more than confirmed my assumption.
The hotel weather offered an excuse in any kind of form on site (okay I was Ill at that point) nor afterwards (as we stayed one night and the day after we had to drive 6 hrs back to Switzerland!) .
As I haven’t heard anything back I asked and informed the travel agent and the answer of bulgari was more than disappointing. Absolutely unacceptable that they do not admit fault where it is clearly due and also di not even offer to pay for the overpriced doctor and the dinner we had. Or the stay, which we didn’t enjoy. At least something. But now the credit card company takes care of it. Unfortunately after a couple of nice stays: last time!

Ho prenotato qui per una cena e devo dire che ne sono uscita molto contenta.
Ambiente elegante e camerieri attenti al servizio. Menù vario adatto a ogni esigenza.
Abbiamo ordinato tagliata e cotoletta alta con vari contorni e devo dire che la tagliata ci ha lasciato il segno. Cotoletta buona sono rimasta un po’ delusa dal dolce dove la mela si perdeva ma a parte questo tutto buono.
È stato un po’ complicato capire la location esatta ma all’entrata sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno parcheggiato l’auto.
