Voy a romper una lanza a favor del hotel. Estuve alojado 3 noches en la habitación 20. Confieso que fui con miedo después de leer el día anterior a mi llegada algunas de las reseñas que estaban publicadas, pero, lejos de la realidad, nada de lo negativo que otros comentan se cumplió. Servicio atento y amable, baños y habitación limpios, no me cobraron sabanas y toallas... La única pega, y esto no se puede solucionar, es el ruido; se escucha demasiado los ruidos de la calle y los de dentro del hotel.

The only place in France, Italy or Switzerland I stayed that refused to let me have my bike with me. Even though it was going to be packed in a box. At first she said it was not a problem and when I returned I was then told no, apparently by someone else, whom I was not allowed to talk to. I was told that a cardboard box was not a bike box, even though I had collected it from a bike shop and the girl at the desk googled bike boxes to show me what one should look like and on the same page of images there was my box. One you can buy for travel. It was the first time I've met someone so unjoyful and had such a dumb argument with in Italy. One of the best countries you can visit! Avoid this 'hotel' as apparently they will also refuse anyone with large suitcases. The service was lacking any kind of customer care even before the argument about the size of average bikes and thus bike boxes in the world. I can't imagined what a family with a pram would do...

Cet hôtel à Milan offre un excellent emplacement et des tarifs raisonnables pour le centre de Milan. Parfait pour un court séjour. Accueil chaleureux, particulièrement de la part de Karim, toujours souriant et serviable. Une expérience agréable !

Очень хорошое расроложение. Рядом станция метро. Есть супермаркет. Не далеко от центрального вокзала и центра города. Рекомнндую не привередливым туристам.

Per chi ha necessità di un breve soggiorno per lavoro va più che bene, data la vicinanza a metro e stazione centrale. Stanza piccola ma funzionale.

Peccato per i bagni in comune, ma erano puliti.

Non ho mai fatto una brutta esperienza del genere, camere vecchissime e sporche, mobili degli anni 60 che puzzano di veccihume, bagni in comuni paragonabili a quelle di una stazione ferroviaria abbandonata, mama dove siamo? Ma io vi chiamo i carabinieri.per tutto questo ho pagato 82 Euro, ladroni !!!!!!

Absolutamente un robo, vas al cuarto pero cuando sales del hotel no puedes llevarte las llaves, me robaron un vestido que más tarde dijeron que iban a solucionar y llevan semanas sin contestar por mucho que les escribo. Si tengo que dejar mis cosas y darles las llaves como mínimo que pongan una caja fuerte para que no os roben como a mi.
Los baños asquerosos, limpiados sin desinfectante y una vez al día solo, que siendo compartidos pues…..

Do NOT stay at this hotel! We had Bed bugs, and the mattresses are disgusting. The staff is super in denial and just changed the sheets, and laughed in our faces. Hygiene in this hotel is not a priority! Shared bathrooms with about 20 rooms.
I am just so disgusted right now. We ended up leaving and we have to try to deal with the manager tomorrow to get a refund.

this is the worst hotel i have EVER been in. BED BUGS EVERYWHERE. so disgusting. mattress under the sheet was completely yellow and brown. and the guy working night shift was absolutely terrible!’ he offered to change the sheets and then tried to flip the mattress to the other brown side and more bugs came out. he said it was “lint” and brushed them onto the ground alive. we did not get our money back and was forced to find a new hotel at 1am. The picture I add is only 1 of the many bugs that were crawling on ALL the mattresses (out of the 3 in the room).

Teniamo sempre presente che si parla di una struttura alberghiera ad una stella,quindi non aspettatevi la piscina o la spa...invece potrete trovare camere piccole ma ben pute e grande cortesia dai receptionist. Il vero punto di forza dell'albergo è la posizione, vicinissima a corso Buenos Aires e alla fermata metro di Porta Venezia.

Photo is only shower. But it's disgusting everywhere. The windows are broken, it feels that you sleeping outside. They don't have even a ketler, so this hotel is with the children, but you don't have where warm it up food for baby, cos they don't have a microwave. So they don't have anything! No parking as well.

avrei dato una stella però non è possibile
abbiamo riservato una stanza con 4 letti e dopo aver fatto 2 kilometri a piedi non si sono degnati di farci entrare. VERGOGNA

A cualquier cosa se le llama hotel hoy en día. No recomiendo una estancia duradera en este lugar. El baño compartido hace que constantemente deba tener un cuidado para los diferentes usuarios que habitan el hotel. Sin ninguna duda mucho que mejorar en el cuidado e higiene.
