Here is my story with this hotel. I booked a double room in the address show on google. When me and my boyfriend arrived the hotel, we were led to a completely different seperate building which is 300 metres far away from the hotel. When I showed my confirmation letter, hotel tried to claim I booked seperate building but I DID NOT. The guy in the reception came up with a solution and offered a tiny single room to us which was completely unacceptable. He said he will refund the money. I did not get any money back, neither I stayed in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone experiencing this. I am still trying to get a refund. Hotel was not helpful on this matter. There are much better options and metro goes nearly everywhere in Milan!

Excellent rapport qualité prix, l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les principaux lieux touristiques. Séjour en famille avec des enfants. Chambres confortables, petit déjeuner correct. Très bon service à l'accueil, ils gardent les valises après le check-out. Parking dans le secteur à bon prix si on laisse la voiture pendant plusieurs jours.Pour manger ils ont des adresses où l'on a des réductions et l'on mange des plats traditionnels.
Muy buen precio para la calidad del servicio, nos encanto. No es lujoso pero todo estaba en buen estado, nuevo, limpio.

Hotel con una posizione invidiabile, Porta Venezia, Metro, ristoranti, posizionato in una strada tranquilla. Le camere sono ottimali, pulitissime, con tutti i servizi che di solito si trovano in alberghi a 4 stelle. Ma il valore aggiunto è il personale che lo gestisce e che accoglie gli ospiti, vi coccolano e vi forniscono informazioni per vivere al meglio la città. Ci sono stato da solo per lavoro e in vacanza con la famiglia, tutto sempre eccellente. Consigliatissimo.

Hôtel vraiment super
Nous avons réservé sur le site directement et on regrette pas il y avait compris dans le prix le petit déjeuné et une heure de sauna privatif

Facilmente raggiungibile in metro 200/300 metri dalla fermata porta Venezia. Reception aperta 24 ore su 24, possibilità di lasciare le valigie senza alcun tipo di costo. Camera minimale ma funzionale, piccolo bagno ma grande doccia comodissima, trovato qualche capello nel letto oltre che l’odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, è un po’ di rumore proveniente probabilmente da una cucina sottostante (poco insonorizzata la camera). Tutto sommato per una toccata e fuga, vista l’ottima posizione nonché la zona, lo consiglio!

فندق رائع، اخذت يوم ثم أضفت يوم آخر.. توجد محطة مترو M1 قريبة من الفندق ومنها ننطلق حول ميلان.. الغرف بعدد أسرة مرن حسب عدد الكبار2 والاطفال2 ???????? رغم صغر حجم الغرفة ولكنها مناسبة.. وخدمة الموظفين اكثر من رائعة. الافطار بسيط وكافي.

احرص على التأكد ان الغرفه في الفندق، لأنهم يديرون غرف اخرى في مبنى مجاور اعتقد.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte siamo stati benissimo servizio cortesia e posizione nulla da dire, la camera era un pochino datata,ma il sevizio e il personale ottimi. La colazione ottima.Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Non consiglierei a nessuno dei veri truffatori, ho prenotato una stanza e volevo disdire dopo circa un'ora, vogliono trattenere 50 euro su 80

Echte Betrüger würde ich niemandem empfehlen, ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht und wollte nach ca. einer Stunde stornieren, von 80 wollen sie 50 Euro behalten

I would not recommend real scammers to anyone, I booked a room and wanted to cancel after about an hour, they want to keep 50 euros out of 80

Struttura accogliente, confortevole e rilassante.
Hotel pulito con letto comodissimo, doccia spaziosa, perfettamente climatizzato.
Stupita dal personale altamente professionale, sempre attento ai bisogni del cliente.
Posizione strategica, poco distante dal Duomo.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Sono stata a Milano per una breve vacanza, l' hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal duomo. La camera bella , molto pulita e accogliente, piacevolmente sorpresa dalla presenza della doccia emozionale e una bella tv.
Il personale professionale e disponibile, consiglio vivamente!!

The staff is super nice and friendly all the time. From the manager to the front desk agents to the night agent they have all been super helpful and always with a smile.

I was given 2 rooms with a bad smell but when I requested a change I was given a new room that smelled nice. The beds are quite big and comfortable. The only problem is the pillows which are really really thin. It was super cold outside and the rooms were super well heated. They were also very kind to give me a late check out.

If you are there, make sure you use the sauna. For a 3-star hotel it was unexpectedly good.

The location is great so many nice bars and restaurants around that area. Honestly i was pleasantly surprised cause i was a little worried with the low rating but I had a nice experience.
