Hôtel accueillant, fonctionnels et proche de toute commodités.

En arrivant,nous avons était très bien accueillis par un employé qui nous a ouvert de suite le grillage du parking de l'hôtel.

Vaste parking en sous-sol très bien agencé.

Une foi dans la porte de la chambre ouverte , nous avons découvert une chambre décorée avec sobriété et fonctionnalité.

Tout y est très propre et bien agencé!

Nous n'avons pas était incommodé par le bruit de la rue car isolation correcte.

Petit plus pour l'attention que l'hôtel a eut pour notre petite boule de poile à 4 pattes!
Après notre installation, le monsieur se trouvant à l'accueil est venu nous apporter un tapis rafraîchissant pour notre toutou ainsi qu'une gamelle d'eau pour son petit confort.

Nous avons fortement apprécié cet attention après les kilomètres que nous venions de faire.

L'hôtel est situé à plus ou moins 10minutes de la place du Duomo à pied.

Il y a un métro, une pharmacie, un restaurant, une petite pizzeria ainsi que plusieurs magasins dans la rue à proximité de l'hôtel.

Une foi la voiture au garage ,il vous est possible de tout faire à pied ou en métro tant , tout est à portée de main.

Poor soundproofing, old windows. The second bed was a pull-out sofa which was not comfortable. The wifi was slow. The breakfast could have been better.

I don't recommend booking at this hotel. During my stay, my clothing was taken from my bedroom along with the sheets. When I raised the issue, the hotel didn't take responsibility and didn't offer any compensation. I understand it might have been a mistake, but the hotel should have taken a more positive approach and compensated for what happened, considering that my clothing never reappeared.

Surclassé dans une grande chambre. Personnel aimable parlant aussi bien l'italien que le français et l'anglais. Très bon séjour.

Die Laage ist natürlich super! 10-15 min zum Dom . Oder ca 500m zur Metro von dort in die ganze City. Das Personal war immer freundlich und beim Frühstück zuvorkommend. Zimmer war immer sauber :) Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen!

Leuk hotel, een echte aanrader als je 1 nacht in Milaan overnacht. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar de Duomo dus dat is redelijk ver als je al een lange autorit achter de rug hebt. Wij hadden de suite dit is een erg mooie kamer en hier waren twee 2-persoonsbedden te vinden die erg comfortabel lagen.

המזגן (זה יותר יחידת קירור מאשר מזגן) בחדרי לא עשה את העבודה שלו לצערי. ארוחת הבוקר היא פחות ממוצעת, גם בהשוואה למלונות אחרים מאותה החופשה. אך הצוות אדיב ועושה כמיטב יכולתו, המיקום של המלון מצויין והחנייה מרווחת.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel thanks to the amazing service of Emilia, the receptionist who checked us in on July 19, she was very welcoming and friendly, she gave us a lot of useful information about the city, she also left a lovely welcome note in our room, we were very touched by this thoughtful gesture (In Persian). Emilia is a great asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for her excellent service, thank you Emilia for making our first trip to milan memorable.

- Trop chaud, impossible de baisser la température, on a dû se lever la nuit pour boire de l’eau
- vis à vis et vue sur la rue
- Cher , sans petit déjeuner 250 euros la nuit
- la Chasse d’eau des WC ne marchait pas bien
- on entend les voisins pisser dans la chambre à côté
- la douche ne s’évacue pas bien: plein de poils se déposent
- parking 30 euros / jour alors que que le parking à côté , 14,40 euros avec Parclick
- accepte soi disant les chiens … information obtenue après réservation non annulable … 50 euros/ jour !!
bref, ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 ****

Hotel bastante caro para lo que ofrece. Una de las dos habitaciones tiene una cama mucho más cómoda que la otra. El buffet es bastante normalito. Recepcionistas amables. La ducha tiene dos modalidades de agua: Siberia o el Infierno. Pocos amenities para 4 personas.

The light in the bathroom was broken, the room decor was old and outdated, the air con didn’t work properly and was too noisy. Awful.
We cut the stay short.
