From outside the hotel looks not good. Luckily there lift. Love the breakfast.

Personnel ignoble! Attention Trompeur sur la superficie de ses chambres!! J'avais loué une chambre de 20m2 j'ai eu que 10m2 pour 1 couple et un enfant!! Le responsable un vrai paysan fermé sur lui même et mal honnête!
Expérience catastrophique de A a Z! Traces de moisissures sur les murs, et cheveux féminins retrouvés dans toutes les couvertures...!!!Établissement à fuire absolument!

Totally ok, rooms were clean, not too warm for the winter time, great croissants for breakfast, staff was friendly.

Pour avoir loué une chambre non fumeur, nous avons eu droit à une petite chambre sentant très fortement le tabac froid :-(. La réclamation a été faite mais aucune autre chambre n'était disponible.
A notre arrivée, nous avons également signalé un problème de chauffage. Le monsieur de la réception n'était pas très aimable, voire agacé. Chauffage opérationnel le lendemain.
Premier soir, douches à l'eau froide. Ce problème n'était pas à imputer à l'hôtel puisque suite à des coups de vent, la ville n'était plus alimentée en gaz. Situation retrouvée normale le lendemain soir.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien.
L'emplacement près de la gare et non loin du centre ville est un atout.

Hotel quasi introvabile, non c'è parcheggio, quando entri non c'è una hall ma la sala delle colazioni, personale abbastanza gentile, ma freddo.Stanza piccola, bagno non troppo pulito, ho chiesto un matrimoniale e ho trovato due singoli affiancati.Colazione scadente, caffè cattivissimo.Posizione buona.Non consigliato se non per dormire una notte di passaggio

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione e a 2 passi dal centro, quindi super comodo. Le stanze non sono niente di che e si sentono molto i rumori esterni. Buona la colazione e molto gentile il proprietario.

A small good value for money hotel a few minutes walk from the train station & approximately ten minutes easy walk into the centre.
The room & hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the bathroom has a really good shower both in terms of size and water pressure.
The staff I dealt with were polite and professional, there is also an excellent continental/Italian buffet breakfast included in the price.
Recommend for a short stay in Como

Hotel złodziei. Po anulowanym locie hotel nie wyraził zgodny na bezpłatne anulowanie. Łaskawie zgodzili sie na zwrot 30%, jeśli sprzedadzą po raz drugi pokój, na który miałam rezerwację. Pokój oczywiście się sprzedał, minęły 2 tygodnie a ja nadal nie otrzymałam ani zwrotu obiecanych 30% ani faktury na pozostałą kwotę. Brak kompetencji... Totalna porażka. Zarobili na jednym pokoju podwójnie i nie raczą spełnić swojej obietnicy co do zwrotu, mimo, że ja dopełniłam wszytskich ich prośb. Nie polecam, jeśli nie chcecie zostać oszukani!

Un bien sympathique hôtel de taille humaine tranquille à 500m de l hyper centre médiéval historique Confortable propre bien équipé Petit déjeuner très bien mais attention pour les anglo saxons pas d œufs brouillés saucisses haricots etc ( charcuterie fromage œufs durs)

We spent very nice days at this hotel. The service was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were well-equipped and clean. We also had a very good breakfast. The location is near the train station and the city centre. Would visit again!

So when we arrived the disappointment began as we were in disbelief at the outside alone graffiti on the wall and it just looked dirty we thought we were lost it looked like a slum . On entering it was ok , it was and hotel feeling but it was clean and the lady that greet us was kind. The inside of the rooms were clean , the bathroom was clean and room air conditioned. As you can see from my pictures the view from my window was just disgraceful , no mountains view unless I got a rope to hang out the window.
The breakfast was good and better than expected however the gentleman that is their can be quite rude especially when using the coffee machine , he mutters in Italian he hoovers around making you feel uncomfortable, whatever you do make sure he gives you the tutorial before touching the machine . Also at the end he then added tax to our build which we were not aware of when we paid in advance and my sister hotel did not have tax added at her hotel. But the location is amazing right on the door step of everything. Just don’t be surprised as we were when we arrived.

We had room 107 this room faced the road and was extremely noise you need window open for air flow as the room had the most horrible musky/mouldy smell that took our breath away tried to spend as little time in room as possible. room was very small hardly could fit our 2 suitcases in. Good location fromTrain station and easy walk to lake.
Lady who checked us in at reception was lovely but we found the man a bit rude and grumpy for our liking not very friendly.
Breakfast was included which was very nice for price of hotel.
The shower was great

Leuk kleinschalige hotel vlak bij het centrum.
Vriendelijk personeel, eenvoudige maar fijne kamers en lekker ontbijt
