Nous sommes allés dans cet établissement pour un week-end.
Je n'ai mis que 5 étoiles car on ne peut pas donner plus.
Ce qui est surprenant, c'est la simplicité et la serviabilité de Stefi et Naren.
Ce sont deux personnes vraiment formidables qui vous mettent à l'aise dès le premier instant.
Dans un monde d'endroits où tout est laissé au hasard, ici il n'y a rien qui ne soit pas à sa place
Si vous devez séjourner dans cette région, je ne peux que vous recommander cet établissement

Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur cette maison et elle n'aurait sans doute pas pu être mieux. Stefania et Naren sont des hôtes merveilleux et connaissent parfaitement leur métier. Un petit hôtel très raffiné. La manière dont les hôtes sont accueillis et pris en charge ici est un exemple de bonne pratique ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement le Reflection Boutiquehotel et souhaitons à Stefania et Naren tout le meilleur et beaucoup de succès sur leur chemin ! Merci pour leur hospitalité et leur service parfait !

Si un hôtel du lac de Garde offre un service exceptionnel, c'est bien le "Reflection" ???? !
C'est incroyable ce que font Stefania, Naren et l'équipe.
Le service est digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et est fantastique. En conséquence, les chambres et le petit déjeuner sont également au top.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique. L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé.

Merveilleux hôtel de charme à deux pas du lac et de la plage. Chambres très propres et spacieuses, lit et oreiller confortables. Bon petit déjeuner. J'ai passé un week-end fantastique avec ma femme. Les propriétaires sont des personnes exceptionnelles qui feront tout pour que vous vous sentiez à l'aise et que vous viviez une expérience merveilleuse : serviabilité et éducation exceptionnelles. Le service de conciergerie était également excellent.
Recommandé à tous points de vue. Nous reviendrons.
Si vous séjournez ici, vous ne serez certainement pas déçus

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au reflection boutique hotel. L'endroit est très confortable et Stefania et Naren ont été très accueillants.
L'endroit est propre et bien rangé et la nourriture était délicieuse.
Nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour notre premier séjour en Italie

Malheureusement, on ne peut pas donner plus de 5 étoiles, mais cet hôtel mérite au moins 9 étoiles à tous les égards. La gentillesse, la courtoisie, l'amabilité et le service à la clientèle sont au plus haut niveau ! La chambre (j'ai réservé une Deluze) est spacieuse, calme, parfaitement meublée, et le matelas et les oreillers sont excellents. La propreté et les installations de la salle de bain sont également très bonnes, le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits frais et une variété de sucré/salé. L'hôtel se trouve à distance de marche du lac et à proximité de toutes les attractions du côté de Brescia, d'où l'on peut ensuite rejoindre le côté de Vérone par ferry.

En conclusion : l'hôtel que tout le monde aimerait trouver. Ma femme et moi avons visité plusieurs hôtels dans le nord de l'Italie, mais il y en a très peu de ce niveau !

Un petit hôtel très agréable, il n'y a pas besoin de beaucoup de mots. Tout était parfait, nous donnerions 10 points si c'était possible. Les propriétaires Stefanie et Naren ainsi que toute l'équipe ne sont pas seulement d'excellents hôtes qui s'occupent avec dévouement de leurs hôtes, mais aussi des personnes très aimables. Un jeune couple gère ce petit bijou à Toscolano Maderno ! Design frais et moderne, couleurs relaxantes ! Plage au bord du lac à deux pas. Une énergie pétillante et positive a caractérisé notre séjour au RBH !

De la communication avant l'arrivée, à l'accueil chaleureux, en passant par l'atmosphère hospitalière pendant le séjour, tout est au top.
Les chambres sont grandes et disposent de tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour relaxant, y compris un petit réfrigérateur.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offre tout ce qu'il faut pour commencer une journée italienne.
Nous nous sommes rarement sentis aussi bien accueillis et pris en charge qu'ici. Même après notre départ, on nous a demandé si nous étions arrivés à destination sains et saufs.

En ce qui concerne les déclarations négatives sur les cloches qui sonnent, etc.

Un fantàstic petit gran hotel. Els propietaris i tot el seu equip et fan sentir com a casa, amb un tracte excel.lent i sempre disposats a donar bons consells per conéixer l'entorn. Molt net, instal.lacions modernes. Tots els hotels haurien de ser així, ofereix més del què les seves 3 estrelles fan esperar.

Tout dans notre séjour à l'hôtel était parfait. Les chambres étaient soignées et joliment décorées. Les propriétaires et l'ensemble du personnel étaient si gentils et attentionnés ! Ils nous ont recommandé de nombreux endroits à visiter dans la région et nous pouvions toujours compter sur leur aide via WhatsApp. Ils prennent le plus grand soin de leurs hôtes. Il y a un parking pour les clients, près de l'hôtel. Il ne faut pas plus de 5 minutes pour se rendre au lac de Garde. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation.

Il Reflection Boutique Hotels è un piccolo angolo di paradiso. L'edificio, appena ristrutturato, è dotato dei migliori confort e adatto proprio a tutti (sportivi, coppie, famiglie con bambini, ecc).
La posizione è ottima: vicina al lago ma anche al centro di Toscolano. Il parcheggio è comodo e permette addirittura di ricaricare auto elettriche.
Gli ambienti sono molto confortevoli, i colori rilassanti richiamano inconfondibilmente i colori del lago di Garda. Il grande giardino permette di rilassarsi a tutte le ore. La colazione offre diversi prodotti (dolci e salati) di altissima qualità.
Stefania e Naren, i proprietari, attenti ad ogni esigenza e richiesta della clientela vi accoglieranno come parte della loro famiglia.

Naren and Steffi are amazing. These two individuals embody love, kindness, and a willingness to assist at any moment. Their dedication and passion in managing the hotel is unparalleled, a level of commitment we've rarely encountered before.

We had the pleasure of staying at Reflection Boutique Hotels for my best friend's wedding, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the very moment we arrived, Naren extended the warmest of welcomes, even though we were significantly delayed due to our journey. He patiently waited to personally greet us and even prepared a drink to make us feel at home.

Throughout our stay, Naren and Steffi seemed to anticipate our every need and went above and beyond to accommodate my friend and all the guests. Their support was unwavering, and it wasn't just the bride and groom who felt at ease; we, as guests, also felt like we were part of an extended family.

The hotel and its rooms are exceptional. Everything exudes modernity, attention to detail, and, most importantly, impeccable cleanliness. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The breakfast options were abundant and of excellent quality, providing something for everyone.

Conveniently, there is parking right in front of the hotel, and the beach is only a short walk away, with a dog-friendly beach just around the corner.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Reflection Boutique Hotels to anyone and everyone, whether it's for a special celebration, a vacation, or a family gathering. With Naren and Steffi as your hosts, you are guaranteed to feel 100% comfortable and have an unforgettable experience.

verbracht . Die Lage ist gut ca.3 Minuten Fußweg
vom See und schönen Strand entfernt.
Die Betreiber sind einfach SPITZE bieten den Service eines 5 Sterne
Hauses viel besser geht nicht. immer für ein nettes Gespräch
offen.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön gute Betten und Bettzeug super schönes und modernes Bad, sehr ruhig durch Rollläden, auch eine Klimaanlage
welche sich super regulieren lies und großer LG TV ,einfach GUT.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit vielen regionalen Produkten alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Zwei Herzensmenschen als Inhaber, die sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmern, eine Köchin, die ein wundervolles Frühstück zubereitet und makellose Putzkräfte. Wir sind viel unterwegs und verstehen ganz genau, weshalb dieses Hotel nun hundert von hundert Fünf-Sterne-Bewertungen bekommen hat. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut neben einer wundervollen Kirche in der Nähe der Promenade und bietet genügend Parkplätze, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Generell ist Moderna ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Gardasee und die Umgebung zu erkunden, da eine Autofähre einen innerhalb von 20 Minuten ans andere Ufer bringt. Das Mobiliar und das Frühstück sind hochwertig. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet. Auch unsere einjährige Tochter hat sich hier stets wohl gefühlt. Wir möchten uns noch einmal herzlichst bei Stefania und Naren für ihr Interesse und ihre Gastfreundschaft bedanken und wünschen Ihnen noch sehr viel Erfolg. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auch selbst besuchen.

Firstly props to Naren and Steffi to making this such an amazing hotel; from the moment you enter you feel like you feel the welcoming atmosphere. From the elegant detail and decor in the hotel, the furniture, the design architecturally, to the interior all just click to make it a perfect hotel. The location is perfect we managed to vist various places from top to bottom on both sides of Lake Garda from here in a car. The room itself was amazing with again good quality bedding, room decor and furniture, the bathroom was immaculate and modern. Breakfast also amazing, just the right amount of choice and perfect views. Naren and Steffi are the most accommodating hosts we have ever had, they really showcase thier passion and commitment to the hotel and making guests feel that extra bit comfortable. Nothing is every too much for them- from giving us recommendations for dinner, to itinerary for places we were going to. It was one of the most memorable stays we've had and you can clearly see the wealth of industry knowledge and experience both Naren and Steffi have combining it together as a couple to make something spectacular for thier guests. I cannot recommended this place enough, you will not be disappointed and we will definitely be returning.

Wir waren 6 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Hotel, Einrichtung luxuriös komplett neu renoviert mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Frühstück ausgezeichnet mit hochwertigen Produkten, Rührei & Omelett werden nach wünschen zubereitet, sehr sehr lecker. Wunderschöner Garten mit Olivenbäumen, dort kann man gut entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen, super Weine und Cocktails. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, die Besitzer Stefania und Naren sind so herzlich, immer da und sorgen dafür, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir vermissen es jetzt schon!

Wat een geweldig hotel. De eigenaren zijn uitermate klantgericht, flexibel en proactief. Ze gaan tot het uiterste voor een goede klantbeleving. Hotel is recent met heel veel smaak en oog voor detail gerenoveerd. Smaakvolle moderne ruime kamer en een mooie badkamer met heerlijke regendouche. Prima bedden. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd. Heerlijk! Bij goed weer is er voldoende mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. Ze gaven leuke tips om de regio te verkennen en voor goede restaurants (die zij voor je reserveren ????). Alles prima. Een aanrader, zeker ook door de bevlogenheid van de eigenaren.

A charming and quality boutique hotel. The place is clean and tidy at a very high level. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, the atmosphere in the hotel is really wonderful thanks to Stefania and Naren who manage the place and gave us the feeling that they really hosted us in their home and did all they could and even more than that to help in everything we asked. Even before we arrived at the hotel they offered help in choosing restaurants and itineraries and all their recommendations were excellent. A very warm and pleasant atmosphere in an excellent hotel. Recommended wholeheartedly.
I am sure that we will visit the wonderful hotel again.
