My two sons and I stayed here this week. It was part of a while travel package, so I did not specifically pick this hotel. It is the only Kosher hotel in Venice, which is great if you are Jewish and looking for specific things to accommodate your religion. That being said, whether Jewish or not the hotel was very nice - clean, modernized rooms of large size and with all of the amenities you could want. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating; they definitely go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location has both good and poor aspects to it - it is close to the train and bus stations, making luggage and travel time to and from very easy. It is in a quiet part of Venice, which is wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day without lots of noise or crowds. On the downside, it is a fairly far walk to the main Venice attractions (St. Marks Square, Doge's Palace, etc) However, there are water bus stations close by that will easily take you to any part of Venice you would like to visit. This is my 5th visit to Venice, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Other than the distance from the main attractions the only negative thing i can say about the hotel is that if your reservation did not already include the breakfast (which was basic but tasted great) it is quite pricey at $20 per person per day. All in all i had a wonderful stay here and would recommend this hotel to others.

Odalar temiz ve orta seviyeydi konumu da süperdi. Camımızdan kanalı görebiliyorduk. Sadece odalarda biraz koku vardı onu da rutubete veriyorum. Onun dışında biz çok memnun kaldık.

Wonderful place to stay for a Shabbat - if you want to be in the Jewish quarter. Clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are simple - eggs, salad, cereal, coffee, tea, bread. But more than enough for the morning. Location - a good 30 minute walk from most of the sites. But you pass lots of great stores and learn the area. Close to GamGam and Ba'Ghetto restaurants. Would not hestitate to stay there again.

Great area walking distance to Rialto bridge/center. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast service, very personalized. Staff is attentive and accommodating, especially Micaela.

Hotel tranquillo, pulito e confortevole con addetti alla reception molto gentili. Ti permettono anche di lasciare i bagagli in un deposito al di fuori dell'orario previsto dal check in o check out.
La vista sul canale è molto bella e la posizione è perfetta per visitare la città.

Ottima struttura in posizione tranquilla, vicina a 2 ristoranti kosher, caffè, panificio-pasticceria e molto altro. Alloggiati in una camera Superior spaziosa al primo piano, silenziosa e pulita, con vista doppia sui canali. Bagno piccolo ma finestrato, con doccia, phon, kit cortesia. Le due ragazze della reception, molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno offerto la possibilità di lasciare in albergo i bagagli per riprenderli la sera.

Quiet, nice, clean and comfy (and kosher, for those interested). Receptionists are all super kind too. Perfect position, the area has plenty of places to eat and, cute shops and beautiful sightseeing spots. Also very close to the train station.

You cannot find the hotel name on the building. The building actually is called: Casa Israeliti Del Riposo!! It is attached to a restaurant called Bagattorio. Rooms are simple and clean but fairly basic. Can be noisy at night when the canals are busy with hecklers. Need stronger water pressure for showers. Need milk for coffee. Has fridge, tv, safe, lots of storage, comfy bed except for cots.
Plus: a 750m walk from the main train station San Lucia. Staff very professional, friendly and very helpful. Very clean rooms. Convenient location. 20 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge and 28 min to St Mark Square.

Great stay with friendly staff and a clean room. The location is great if you want to be a slower area but still within a short walk to attractions and restaurants. The walk from the bus or train station is relatively easy with only a few bridges to cross.

Unser Zimmer war leider in Richtung Platz gelegen, auf dem bis spätabends gefeiert wurde, und eher karg eingerichtet. Das Bad war ok, auch die Sauberkeit war gut. Unser Kühlschrank funktionierte leider nicht, auch Reklamationen brachten hier nichts. Das Frühstücksbuffett war ok, allerdings fehlte uns nach drei Tagen doch die Abwechslung, es gab keine Wurst und Käse. Man musste sich am Vortag immer für eine von drei Frühstücksschichten à 45 Minuten eintragen.
In Summe ein relativ kostengünstiges Hotel in recht guter Lage mit begrenztem Wohlfühlfaktor.

Very bad service. They make a booking confirmation then they cancel it the last minute. Then they propose an appartement in another location for few days, and a different apartment for other days without any notice that the apartment is at the 4th floor.
Worst experience ever!
