Exceptionally well designed, modern, and comfortable apartment in a quiet and authentic area of Venice. Friendly and helpful staff and the bonus was that my apartment had a canal view. I would definitely stay here again

A wonderful stay! The apartment is incredibly spacious and airy. It has been tastefully and carefully renovated, preserving the original paintings on the ceiling. We found it spotlessly clean and it is very convenient to reach from and to the airport. It is located in a nice area of Venice, five minutes away from Rialto. The reception staff were so kind and attentive, they called and texted us numerous times to support us before, during and after the booking and onsite. We will definitely be back and I can thoroughly recommend Palazzo dei Miracoli.

Beautiful, clean and in excellent location

Enchanting view on the most romantic church in Venice, it’s located in the heart of an authentic and charming area of this breathtaking city. I loved the curated design and the nice vibe in the apartments that are mirror-clean, really an enjoyable stay. I could stay hours on the balcony, listening to the stories of the gondolieri along the canal and admiring the jewel Renaissance church in front, so near that I could nearly touch it. Niche! Thank you

La situation géographique est selon moi parfaite pour être au centre de tout et rejoindre n'importe quel lieu d'intérêt en peu de temps (que ce soit à pied ou en vaporetto).
6 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de vaporetto "Fondamente nuove" qui permet d'aller à Murano et Burano directement sans changement. 7 minutes à pied de l'arrêt Rialto qui permet de prendre le vaporetto pour la gare ou les parkings de Piazzale Roma. En moins 12 minutes à pied on arrive à Piazza San Marco ou dans la partie centre de San Polo.

La chambre est vraiment comme sur les photos, belle, propre, moderne, agréable, spatieuse, ça respire le neuf. Salle de bains agréable et moderne, douche spatieuse, propre, sèche-cheveux moderne.

Le service était vraiment impeccable, autant pour les informations avant l'arrivée pour rejoindre l'appartement que pour le check-in facile et en autonomie. Propreté impeccable, et étant allergique aux acariens et à la poussière je n'ai eu absolument aucun problème pendant les 3 jours! Elisabetta et Olga se sont montré disponibles par whatsapp ou mail pour répondre à toutes nos demandes d'information durant le séjour et on a pu laissé nos valises à l'abri après le check-out pour profiter du dernier jour sans s'encombrer.

La situazione geografica è secondo me perfetta per essere centrale e poter raggiungere qualsiasi posto in poco tempo (sia a piedi che in vaporetto). Vicinissimo alla fermata Fondamente Nove che permette di raggiungere direttamente Murano e Burano senza cambiare vaporetto, vicinissimo alla fermata Rialto che permette di raggiungere la stazione o i parcheggi di Piazzale Roma direttamente, e in meno di 15 minuti si raggiunge Piazza San Marco o San Polo a piedi.

La stanza è davvero come sulle foto, bella, pulita, piacevole, con molto spazio, e la vista sulla chiesa dei miracoli è stupenda. Bagno moderno piacevole e pulitissimo, asciugacapelli moderno.

Il servizio è stato davvero impeccabile sia per il check-in che per le informazioni fornite prima di arrivare, sia per il pensiero di benvenuto trovato in stanza che per la pulizia della stanza (sono allergica agli acari/polvere e non ho avuto nessun problemi!). Elisabetta e Olga si sono mostrate super disponibili via whatsapp e mail per qualsiasi informazione e per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out per godersi l'ultimo giorno senza pensieri !
