Hotel non PET FRIENDLY!!!! Volevo prenotare il soggiorno per una notte per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, ma sentite un po' quanto fanno pagare per un cagnolino piccolo di un 1,8 kg? 350,00 euro a soggiorno, in questo caso a notte e non vengono neanche accettati al ristorante, piuttosto dite che non gli accettate gli animali domestici, ma non fate i ladri. E' sicuramente una strategia per scoraggiare la gente con i cani a venire da voi. Noi frequentiamo solo hotel a 5 stelle di lusso e massimo che ci hanno mai fatto pagare per le pulizie extra per il nostro cagnolino sono stati 50,00 euro all'estero, in Italia di meno, non 350,00. E' assurdo!!!!!! Se sono cagnolini educati e abituati a viaggiare, state pur sicuri che vengono puliti tutte le volte dopo le passeggiate e non sporcano da nessuna parte. Dovreste cambiare le vostra policy e avere una mentalità più aperta nel 2024. Con quello che fate pagare per le camere dovrebbe essere assolutamente incluso il soggiorno dei piccoli amici a 4 zampe. Siamo venuti nel 2019, ma non avevamo il cagnolino ancora, quindi non lo sapevamo ci fossero queste condizioni.

Le bar est très sympathique : personnel prévenant, cadre très agréable avec une décoration typique vénitienne.
Le Whisky Sour vaut le détour car il est fait avec du blanc d’œuf dans la pur tradition !

Hi visitato questo famoso Hotel, solo per aperitivo e cena, la visita è comunque stata sufficiente per respirare la storia, e i personaggi famosi, che ci sono dietro questi muri. Il salone s'ingresso lascia senza fiato. Sembra di essere in un museo, senza però l'effetto polveroso dello stesso. La terrazza ristorante ha una vista impagabile sulla laguna e la città, bellissimo dovrebbe essere cenare all'aperto. Ottimo il polpo alla mousse.

Non merita 5 stelle assolutamente! Abbiamo prenotato per il nostro anniversario, chiedendo anche il tavolo per il ristorante ci conferma il Sig Enrico telefonicamente ho chiesto di ricevere una mail di conferma lasciando anche carta di credito come garanzia mi ha assicurato che ci sarà lui e non c’è bisogno, al momento della cena ci rechiamo al ristorante io e mio marito ci dicono che non c’è nessuna prenotazione e che il ristorante è al completo, ci hanno creato un enorme disagio il giorno del nostro anniversario di matrimonio! Ci abbiamo messo due ore per cercare dove mangiare! Personale incompetente e senza professionalità! frequento alberghi della stessa categoria ma una cosa del genere non mi é mai capitata!

Esperienza fantastica, peccato non averla fatta prima. Albergo e servizio fantastici, abbiamo avuto upgrade in suite, torta sorpresa di compleanno, colazione al roof top con vista incredibile sulla laguna, personale gentilissimo. Ci si immerge nel fascino veneziano con eleganza e raffinatezza. E il letto gigante e comodissimo rende il tutto veramente unico. Non conoscevo ma ora che conosco so dove andare quando tornerò a Venezia

Esperienza indimenticabile! Il Danieli non è come me lo aspettavo, ma molto meglio.
La cortesia del personale, l’attenzione al dettaglio, l’eleganza e la bellezza in ogni angolo, quadro e oggetto di arredo dell’hotel. Se volete vivere Venezia al 100% , è obbligatorio essere ospiti in questa struttura.

Luxury Roomで快適＆ｺﾞｰｼﾞｬｽな滞在。
ｽｳｪｰﾃﾞﾝの画家ｶｰﾙ・ﾗｰｼｮﾝ自宅天井にあるとされる言葉「正しく古いものは…（云々）」を想起させる。ここは「適切に維持管理されているﾎﾃﾙだから美しい」と感じました。ﾘｽﾍﾟｸﾄを感じる静謐な空間。今後も大切に維持存続されんことを。

人生の後半で最高の経験が出来ました。スタッフはみなプロで、的確な動きをしています。お部屋はアップグレードの提示をしていただき感謝しています！ラグーンビューの素敵なお部屋に泊まりました。
家族が皆んな喜んでいるので、ここに泊まれて良かったです♪
ディナーのフィレ肉は、バルサミコのソースが絶妙で、とても美味しくてボリュームがあったけど完食してしまいました！
値段も一流ですが、その価値はあるように思います。歴史的遺産に泊まれて、朝のテラスで家族写真が撮れるのは良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！

Esperienza unica in termini di cortesia del personale attento al cliente nei minimi particolari ???? il fascino del Danieli avvolgente nei suoi marmi, ori e rossi della tappezzeria ! La camera impeccabile, la ricca colazione (a pagamento) viene servita al 5 piano da dove si può ammirare una vista mozzafiato circondati dai palazzi meravigliosi sulla laguna in Piazza San Marco ???? Abbiamo cenato nella meravigliosa hall poiché la musica al pianoforte di Tiziano ci ha rapito ???? tutto gustosissimo, servizio imbattibile ????
L’approdo presente in hotel permette ai clienti il trasferimento in taxi super comodo super client friendly !
Grazie per avere reso il mio compleanno un ricordo bellissimo ☀️ Arrivederci al Danieli beautiful Venice ????

P.S la sera del mio compleanno ho trovato in stanza una bottiglia di champagne ed una torta alla pasta di mandorle e frutti rossi deliziosa!! Davvero un gesto indimenticabile! ????

This review is only for the service in the main tea room. We had called previously to make a reservation and they said they would not make a reservation for tea for our group of 8. We split up and arrived with a small group of 4 to be told we could not be seated in a nearly empty room, that without a reservation they could not serve tea, and that we must order food if we were seated, and that we were not allowed to get up to go speak to our other friends who were seated 2 tables away from us. We were finally grudgingly seated and ordered food and other drinks, but service was terrible. When a nearby customer asked to take photos of our group ( we were dressed up with hats and nice clothes for the occasion) they said that wasn't permitted either. All in all the hotel staff were dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and clearly irritated by our presence, this was during the height of carnival on a quiet Saturday afternoon. The tea room was mostly empty. We had been excited to have tea in the beautiful hotel but this experience made it awful and we will not return.

Great location, nice rooms, and decent breakfast. Service is very good. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge was great to speak to and felt welcomed. I would stay here again.

On the flip side… Our room was facing the lagoon so it was pretty noisy at night. So keep that in mind if you get the lagoon facing room. The night service showed up the first night, didn’t show up the second night, and we had to call the third night. So not sure how that works and was a bit confusing.

Stayed here for 3 days and it was fantastic. Breakfast was included and was simply superb. The best part was the service which was impeccable. Rooms were very nice too. I would definitely come back. It was quite foggy in February when we went so couldn’t see too much of the view but I’m sure other times it’s beautiful. The water taxi dropped us off at a private entrance which was amazing too. The only thing is that our room faced the docks where lots of tourists come so at night it got a bit noisy. Besides that it was still a fantastic experience.

UNE ADRESSE LEGENDAIRE A COTE DE LA PLACE SAINT MARC, AU BORD DE LA LAGUNE. UN HALL MAGNIFIQUE. ACCUEIL TRES PROFESSIONNEL ET EFFICACE.
TOUT EST ELEGANCE. LES CHAMBRES LES PLUS SIMPLES SONT ASSEZ PETITES MAIS TOUJOURS TRES JOLIMENT DECOREES. IL NE FAUT RATER LES BARS DE L'HOTEL. LES PRIX SONT EVIDEMMENT TRES ELEVES MAIS LA VILLE, LE CADRE ET L'HOTEL SONT DES RECOMPENSES EXTRAORDINAIRE
