We had dinner in the regular restaurant (not the Pizzeria) and would highly recommend it. The staff and particularly the Maitre d' were very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. The dishes were delicious and the selection of wines superb. We will be back.

Servizio ottimo, bistecca non esattamente all’altezza delle aspettative ma buona. Musica decisamente troppo alta e contrastante con la formalità e l’eleganza del luogo.

Su consiglio di un amico prenotiamo un tavolo presso questo ristorante per cena. Ci accolgono Ciro ed Andrea con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Una cena che portata dopo portata ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. La location é bellissima, con la giusta atmosfera e tranquillità. Il cibo ottimo e di qualità, con una menzione speciale per la carne grigliata tipica fiorentina. Il conto é giusto ed a tratti anche basso per la qualità del cibo che si trova. Grazie ancora e alla prossima!

This restaurant is in a lot of ways great. Everyone in our party of six more or less agreed that the food was good albeit everyone commented on how the portions were needlessly spartan and small, for the price you pay. This was an international group not normally used to huge American portions.

Often at high end restaurants it's common to have small portions of quality food... however this is not a high end restaurant. It appeared to be mostly filled with tourists as we kept hearing the waiter speak English to patrons.

I had a small amount of spaghetti with small pieces of small marinated shrimp that I struggled NOT to finish in five minutes. ...there's a chance you may still walk out somewhat hungry.

After saying all that the atmosphere is pleasant for a romantic special occasion dinner

Nous avons choisi de dîner coté restaurant. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Venu sans réservation nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement.
Service au top, les serveurs se mettent en quatre pour se faire comprendre et nous faire passer un moment agréable. La cuisine était au top ( filet de bœuf sauce poivre), le vin au verre très bon.
Merci pour ce moment fabuleux.

Restaurant qui ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard. La décoration et le lieu sont super. Mais nous avons payé une addition à 130 euros pour un repas qui n’était pas excellent , des pâtes trop salées un dessert trop sucré. Pour ce prix c’est vraiment regrettable…

Trüf mantarlı makarna ve kabaklı risotto yedik. Risottoyu hiç beğenmedik. Trüf mantarlı makarnanın da porsiyonu çok küçüktü. Tiramisu yediğim en iyi tiramisuydu. 1 makarna, 1 risotto, 1 spritz ve 2 tiramisu’ya 84 euro ödedik. Fiyatlar biraz yüksek bilginiz olsun.

Except services, everything is alright and quality of food is good but price is fair.

We had dinner in Restaurants section, not Pizzeria.

Reason for 2 stars: The waiter is rude (not the manager or Chef). Me and my friends both also have a feeling that the waiter who toke order is bit looking down on us. Attitude is bad - the way he leave the cutlery and wine, and how he talks. (Maybe because he is not Italian ?)

Sadly it is huge bad impression for my in Florence.

스테이크에 발사믹식초, 올리브오일, 후추 뿌려서 맛있게 ~든든하게 먹었어요~♡

Sehr gutes Essen und aufmerksamer Service. Die zentrale Lage ist auch gut aber Parkplätze gibt es leider nicht.

Atmosfera romantica e affascinante per questo bistro' pizzeria che purtroppo non sorprende per qualità e originalità dei piatti. Prezzi abbastanza alti .

Ottimo ristorante dove gustare al meglio piatti tipici e non, ben reinterpretati dalla cucina. Carta dei vini perfetta. Andati per assaggiare la fiorentina e le aspettative non sono state deluse. Prezzo medio alto ma considerando la posizione, il locale e il servizio, ogni tanto si può fare.

Worst steak of my life

First of all, I have visited several steakhouses around the world, but it's never been like this before
Even though I visited this restaurant with a travel guide, they didn't even ask me how to cook the steak, so they just brought me a piece of meat as tough as an eraser.
The spaghetti was so bland that it tasted like ketchup mixed with spaghetti noodles
Finally, the meals provided to locals and tourists seemed different.

Reservei o restaurante para a ceia de natal, e porque era um dos únicos disponíveis, sem muitas expectativas. Meu Deus, que sorte!

A decoração do restaurante é lindíssima, acolhedora e muito aconchegante. Fomos tão bem acolhidas por todos os funcionários, mas menção honrosa para o Ciro! Trabalhar com essa simpatia na véspera natal não é para poucos. Ciro, você foi maravilhoso! O que falar da comida? Massas incríveis, vinhos deliciosos e um tiramisu divino! Com certeza voltarei aqui! Recomendo muito!

Incredible everything - pizza was delicious (soft, seasoned, and cooked to perfection, the service was exceptional. Super attentive and welcoming. Definitely coming back.
