Tranquility and great food at a reasonable price. It was so enjoyable here, we returned the next year.

Highly recommend gorgeous home with incredible views! Beautiful room, big shower, with good air conditioning. We really enjoyed a wine tasting and tour of the vineyard and cellar- our guide was very informative. Delicious homemade breakfast prepared according to our preference. Our host Nadia was very sweet and helpful! Our favorite place in Tuscany- wish we could have stayed longer!

Nadia de bodega La Lastra nos maravilló con su sapienza sobre vinos y viñas. Su Vernaccia, citado por Dante en sus escritos, es un blanco muy rico, con personalidad, acidez perfecta y buen cuerpo. Muy ricos los vinos rojos merlot, Cabernet franc y su blend de Cabernet s. Merlot and Sangiovesse.

This is a lovely agriturismo in the heart of Siena. We arrived to a warm welcome by the host, Nadia, although her husband didn't seem to want to interact much and kept to himself. Our room was large enough to accommodate our family of 4 and the bathroom was gorgeously appointed. The A/C also worked very well to fight the sweltering heat. After our first night, we asked Nadia for an extra blanket so that the kids didn't have to share one, but instead we were told to lower the A/C instead, which didn't really address the issue. We were left a little perplexed. That said, the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and we slept very well during our stay.
For breakfast we were given the option of sweet or savory... we sampled both and it was delicious and plentiful, with something for everyone. We also opted to have dinner there twice and everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. Although the pricing of the dinners made sense for the adults (with wine included), we felt it was a little high for our 2 boys, aged 13 and 10. We sampled several of the wines that are made in-house and they were all delicious. Note, there are also 3 charming cats that share the property and our kids loved playing with them.
Due to COVID, we had to take our laundry to a local laundromat (less than 10 minutes away), but otherwise, we felt comfortable and taken care of during our stay. The location of the agriturismo was excellent, with easy access to Siena only a few minutes away and plenty of amazing restaurants just a short drive away.
Overall, I would recommend this agriturismo if you are looking for the true Tuscan experience for your family and want comfortable, spacious accommodations.

Nadia is really wonderful and helps foster conversations between guests. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous—truly something out of a magazine. And it’s very close to Siena (less than 10min drive)!

The hosts are amazing and so helpful. The property itself is fantastic. Wine in the evening on the patio. Breakfast was delicious in wonderful atmosphere. And Siena is just a short drive for dinner and night life.

We were blown away by our stay here! Our experience really made our Siena trip memorable and we can’t wait to come back. After coming from Rome, this gorgeous and peaceful agroturismo was a much needed change of pace. Nadia and her family were so sweet and made us feel really welcomed.

We had dinner one night there and it was honestly one of the best we had on our whole Italy trip. Nadia was so accommodating of dietary restrictions and dinner was amazing. We wished we’d eaten there both nights because it was so good.

It’s about a 50 minute walk from Siena’s city center but they have bikes you can use, and the taxi service is very fast and affordable. It usually cost us $10-$12 per trip one way. We had such a great time we were sad to leave but appreciated our time there.

Sehr freundliche Begrüssung von Nadja, wunderschön Gelegen, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wunderbar eingerichtet.
Ist nicht weit mit dem Auto von Siena entfernt, dank Nadja haben wir eine gute Parckmöglichkeit und Restaurant zum Abendessen gefunden.
Wir haben leider verpasst das Abendessen zu reservieren.
Nadja und ihr Team machen alles selber frisch und biologisch , das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht im Agriturismo Marciano wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Splendida location a due passi dal centro storico di Siena. Da provare il vino biologico prodotto dai proprietari.

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, bardzo ładna okolica, cisza, spokój, a to wszystko blisko Sieny, co jest dodatkowym atutem.
Dodatkowo obsługa jest wyjątkowo rodzinna, miła i pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Pokoje czyste i bardzo wygodne, a kuchnia przepyszna.

Sono venuta a Siena a trovare mia figlia e cercavo un posto tranquillo, e l'ho trovato! La città si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi in 30 minuti, la camera doppia è pulitissima e confortevole. Sono stata solo due giorni ma tornerò senz'altro!
